Aiko discovered Mirja's standing with Monsuta and her belief that they could change, that their leader could change, and the idea that helping others see this was necessary. Reluctant, the meeting was brought to an end shortly as Aiko disagrees with the view that the man that killed her husband and the captain commander can be redeemed, or that anyone within the gotei associated with him can be considered anything short of a traitor.
