What Is It: The Vastimian Alliance is the official roster for those Vastime has sanctioned to help Vastime and It's forces as a known ally. Initially this was started as a response to the ever growing requests of third parties wishing to seek entry into Vastime along with providing aid. So this branch of the Vastimian Army was created as a way to allow rapid advancement throughout the ranks for specialized individuals who capacity to aid or render help has been deemed extraordinary, vouched for, or is a trusted associate of Vastimian Leadership.

The core tenets of this branch is simply to render aid to Vastime in whatever way possible while making an effort and goal to strive to learn the Vastimian way of life. Knowing that their culture and habits can been misconstrued but the outside world this branch also helps acts as a cultural outreach to others to allow them glimpses into Vastime from a first hand perspective; while it is not mandatory to attach yourself to a Vastimian unit it is highly recommend so you may learn the customs and courtesies of both Vastime and it's military.

Where are They: The home base of operations is currently 'The Iron Banner of Vastime' better known as the home nation of Vastime. They are authorized limited access to certain classified information and locations based on their rank and approval within the Vastimian Alliance. It is not mandatory to visit Vastime as an ally nor reside it in but housing is open for free to any level of agent or otherwise; all Vastime needs is a few hours notice before you are set up with comfortable living conditions to the location of your liking.

Why Join: You should only be seeking to join this branch if you are willing to learn from the ground up, to meet an assortment of people some you may like and others you find distasteful. You will learn however Vastimian culture and knowledge along with being apart of the first generation of people welcomed into it's ranks; along with cornerstone members should you choose to fully dedicate yourself. Joining gives you the chance to not only work for something far bigger than yourself but a nation and organization willing to give back what you put in it twenty fold.

Joining does not exempt you from any organization, the only exception to the rule is if the organization you are joining is openly hostile to Vastime.

BENEFITS OF THE BANNER

Shelter: As mentioned before Vastime is willing to pay and provide housing to allies when they are in Vastime; a simple courtesy.

General & Specialized Training/Education: Vastime has a focus on military prowess, it wants it's leader to be able to command as both civilians and military leaders. The foundation of a citzen soldiery of the focus of Vastime, an important part of it's culture. Due to this, they are willing to both take you through a 'boot camp' designed to get you affiliated with Vastimian military knowledge if you so wish, specialized training if they have someone who can help mentor you, and finally they are willing to be your educator. Vastime holds in high regard, if not more, the pursuit of academics and the arts meaning that if someone so wished to pursue those aspects instead of combat Vastime would be willing to help to the best of their ability.

Monetary Rewards: Vastime has incorporated a system of monetary rewards to alliance members if they prove themselves in one of the field's of pursuit for Vastime be it helping defend a battle field successfully or making a major academic breakthrough that will help advance Vastime or the world. Due to this they are willing to issue commission bonuses on these type of acts, all one needs to do is simply apply for it.

Specialized Vastimian Weapons & Armor: This might be one of less likely to be seen benefits, but allies that prove themselves through steadfast loyalty are eligible to recieve prototype armor and weapons to be tested and used by them. Of course their might be check in to see how it is performing with them eventually being incorporated into Vastime some way or another. However, they can also make the request for specialized equipment to suit your personal needs so long as you prove yourself first.

HOW TO JOIN

All you need to do is express interest through an IC thread with Hayden or the correct NPC, you'll go under investigation for either a week to multiple months depending on your status. Once approved for service you'll be given a designation number, code name (which is classified information), and rank; till then you are seen as an associate with minimal benefits.
