I'm approving this for a number of reasons. One of the first is the fact that it is a lower tier level bump. And, with these, it's easier to raise through the ranks than the higher levels. Second, he did earn them in the event and I could the EXP from the event/miniburst playing a factor. So I'll stamp it, approve it and you add it in your characters app.
