Information: On April 17th, 2416, the reformed Vandenreich and The Kokuryuteshi had assembled on the edge of the Germany border. Ghislain Eberhart, the current Vandenreich leader, Ginryu Ishida, Vandenreich operative and Sing Iramasha, K-World Princess; were all noted as attending this impromptu meeting. While the tensions for war were assumed, it is believed that the Kokuryuteshi sought a more civil means of dealing with the remnants of the organization since their former leader was confirmed was to be dead.

Upon having this information, Sing Iramasha offered a peace treaty between the two factions in order to avoid another unnecessary war. The details of it are confidential, but the most basic information made available is the fact that the two opposing groups are not to attack each other. And, anyone who does from either faction will be dealt by the higher-ups of either group.
