Miraya listened to the explosions happening farther away. She really didn't know how this base was set up or the proper names these people had for it and honestly she didn't really care. She heard the explosions and knew that the fight had already started. She knew who had started the fight and that they would likely attract the strongest defenders to try and stop her. The strongest and most delicious souls to devour. Of course while Miraya may be arrogant and cocky sometimes she wasn't suicidal. She knew that if she went there, joined that battle, she would likely be slaughtered before she could do anything. So she kept away it knowing there were plenty of other strong fighters around the base as well.
She looked at section of base nearest her smiling at their preparations for the attack that could be coming their way, the attack that was coming their way. She wondered how long it would take for them to notice her standing in the distance. They would certainly know that she was no friendly come to save their sorry hides. She imagined the alarms that would be raised the shouts of panic, anger, perhaps even confidence in their defenses. She wondered if they truly thought that they could stop her. She had come along on this mission because it was right up her alley. Deal out as much death and destruction as she possibly could. It was easy and simple no complicated rules or targets. Simply go wild on this base. Whatever defenses they put up would never stop her from completing this goal.
She walked closer to her target looking over the defenses as she raised her left arm. As she balled her fist her blades sprang forth and she started to charge her energy a dark ball forming in the middle of the blades. Her cero was strong but it came with a certain amount of kick. That kick made it difficult for her to aim making it virtually useless in battle but for something like this, where all she wanted was to destroy as much as possible aim didn't matter that much. She released the cero toward the defenses that were being set up and the people behind them. Her arm kicked back causing her cero to hit almost everything left of the section directly in front of her where she had been aiming. She smiled not caring what she hit at that point wondering when she would begin to hear the screams and crys of the wounded.

There was a hint of chaos inside the people were running around to get to safer parts of the sector, preferably inside the research labs as they were built to be more blast proof than the rest of the sections. The sound of shoes stepping on metal echoed as they scrambled deeper into the moon.
Two men were running in the opposite direction, one wearing a lab coat, the other holding a golden bow. They were Perseus and Romano, and they were going to protect this sector with everything they had. They got to the doors that led to the outside portions of the sector. They slid open with a hiss as it led to the domed portion that was filled with air.
It was always a breath taking sight out in the domes, but there was no time for sight seeing. They saw a woman standing on the moon as she was charging a cero. Two glass like arrows formed in Romano's bow as he fired them a moment before the cero was fired. One of them flew and intercepted the cero, as it did it created a 10 foot diameter portal that absorbed the cero. The other arrow few ontop of the woman and formed an identical portal as the first. Out of this portal came the cero that was being fired at the base, it was probably a very big surprise to the lady firing it.
Perseus chuckled at how easy it was to divert the beam "It seems that Shadow Fall isnt as strong as they claim." The ground underneath the female would then start to rumble as 4 large pointed spires of rock would rise up, attempting to pin her in place.

Miraya watched as her cero flew toward the wall expecting it to cause some pretty major damage. Instead she was forced to watch as a strange portal opened in front of it absorbing it causing no real damage at all. She noticed the second portal opening toward where she was standing. It looked so much like the first portal she had an idea of what to expect and decided it was a good time to be anywhere but where she was. She leaped aside as her own cero came charging at her from the portal. She managed to dodge most of it mainly getting it from the shrapnel created when it exploded into the ground.
She was a bit surprised not having expected any real resistance based on how the people she had seen were scurrying about some even actively running. She quickly looked around to see if she could spot the source of this ability. Surely that wasn't some form of automated defense so there had to somebody behind it. She scanned the area and spotted two people standing their ground. Based on the looks on their faces they had not intention of letting her wreak havoc here. She would have to put her plans for mass death and destruction on the back burner until these two were dealt with.
The question was how to deal with them. She didn't know much about them besides that at least one of them could create those portals. That would make her ranged attacks difficult until she figured out which one it was and how they created them. She hadn't paid enough attention when they had first been made to see how it worked. One thing to her advantage is that besides the fact that her cero had likely given her away as an arrancar they didn't have much info on her either. Based on the portals and the fact that one of them had a bow her plan was simple. Get in close and engage them which was fine by her. She specialized in up close combat anyway.
As she decided on her plan of action she felt the ground start shaking under her feet. She would look down as the pillars started to rise from the ground. She would quickly push against the tops of the spikes as the rose jumping backwards so she was behind the spikes in relationship to the two she had spotted a moment ago. First the portals and know this. She wondered if it was the same person or the other one. The only thing she was sure of was that they were likely only feeling her out so far trying to get a read on how she would react. They had already seen her launch her cero so she decided to try and not give away her fighting style just yet. Not until she could get closer. She dashed out from behind the pillars heading toward them pulling her right fist back as she prepared a quick bala launching it toward them her left fist already pulled back charging another. She would be exposed and have to dodge their attacks for a bit but with this they might think her a ranged fighter and not expect her to get to close to them.

As the woman was distracted by the redirection of her cer Romano spoke to himself "Oh ardente potenza di fuoco lasciate che il vostro calore sradicare quelli che avete creato." At that moment the sun, which was currently visible on this side of the moon, glowed a bit as Romano called for some of its power. The effects of this incantation werent currently visible, but he now had command over fire.
Both of them stood on guard waiting for her next attack. Romano wasnt as skilled at detecting spirit based creatures, he was more adept at fighting demons, but Perseus was there to pick up the slack. "Bala incoming" Perseus announced as he saw the distinctive energy on the arrancar girl's hands. Romano shot 10 arrows at the incoming swarm, but something strange happened. The arrows were on fire, bright orange-red flames that could melt through steel. As they flew past the bala, the orbs of energy were pulled by the arrows gravitational fields, pulling them in the direction that the arrows were traveling. The arrows also picked up dust from the lunar surface, the flames from the arrows spreading over it, causing it to melt into tiny shards of molten rock. Arrows, bala, molten particles, all on fire traveling towards the arrancar.
Perseus was standing watch, he knew that Romano should be strong enough to take down the lone attacker, but they werent going to be alone for much longer. The base's sensors picked up another energy signature coming to this sector, and it was a well known one. Holographic screens appeared around Perseus as his systems alerted him to the threat. It was Silvia Asthavon. He read up on her quickly as he turned to face the direction he was coming from. "Well, well, well. It seems like things just got interesting" he said to himself.

QUEEN OF MATTER
Silvia Asthavon
Song: Fade To Black - Artist: Movie OST - Words: 577
"Disgusting men. Ganging up on a defenseless woman such as that. I will make you suffer for that." There was a voice that called out to them all as the two vanguard heroes attempted to send both of their attacks at the Arrancar. In a matter of seconds did a demoness wearing a black hoodie, black gloves, glasses, slim fitting black shorts and thigh-high boots emerge in front of Miraya. She would then put out her right hand and have a dense cluster of her demonic energy form a barrier which was able to bare the brunt of their attacks. From the impact the extremely long raven hair of the demon would more than likely lash out in front of The Arrancar, but she would remain safe as her emerald flaming eyes stayed fixated on her targets.
"You. Take this if you want to live." Silvia spoke calmly and clearly to the Arrancar behind her as this information was going to be important to keeping her alive. From the wisp of her shadow would a crimson miasma emerge and if Miraya were to be caught in it she would see a mass boost in her health and performance. This is because it was a specialized weapon by Shadow Fall meant to help increase the performance of their soldiers during war. Undoubtedly she would be better able to stand on her own with it if she decided to keep fighting with this royal demon. She was far too beautiful of a woman to die to a bunch of creeps like these men before her.
"You two disgusting males sicken me. Die." Without any further delays the horned demon would then go on to hold out her left hand and fire off a massive burst of green energy at each of the men. This would be on par with a cero and was meant to destroy five city blocks worth of space and trap them within the explosion. It would serve to make each of the men face injuries such as major burns, cuts, broken bones and damage and stress placed on their organs alongside major blood lost.
'I should not have to waste my time with anything extensive. These two are nothing but a waste of flesh. Let's just get this over with for sister.' With a glance to her side she would hope that Neoveta's battle would prove victorious. She did not want for her sister to die in a miserable place like this. Therefore she would do her part in order to help support her and ensure her dark goals were realized. So for this reason is why over a hundred smaller bala scaled blast scattered the base and started killing everyone in sight, destroying much of the base and increasing the death and injury count on the base.
While, at the same time, Silvia ordered for thousands of Shadow Fall troops to begin emerging out of numerous portals she created around the base in order to block off exits, engage in battle with Vanguard troops and begin the real battle now that the royal of Shadow Fall was here to ensure things would not be so one-sided. Her disgust for these men were going to see her to victory if she could help it and she wouldn't waste her precious powers on them for much longer.

Miraya hadn't expected that these two would be easy to get close to but she was a little surprised and a little annoyed that they once again seemed to be turning her attack back toward her. This time however it was easy to spot that it was the arrows doing that which told her that the bow guy was gonna be her first target. She was preparing her sonido to dodge his arrow attack and close the gap between them. She hoped that once she got in close they would be caught off guard for at least a moment in order for her to deal with one of them. Either by taking them out or trying to wreck that bow.
However, instead of all that she was forced to grind to a halt as the black clad raven haired demoness showed up in front of her. Of course Miraya recognized her pretty quick since Silvia was definitely one of the higher ups. Of all the people to show up she didn't expect this one. Miraya would have preferred to win her own battles but she knew better then to question Silvia. She might lose against those two defenders over there but she would definitely didn't want to be on her bad side. She noticed the miasma forming and did nothing to prevent being caught in it even if she didn't actively go into it. She might like relying on her own strength but that didn't mean that she wasn't opposed to gaining an edge.
Miraya watched the impressive display as Silvia wrought massive destruction on a scale that Miraya simply couldn't reach just yet. She planned on being strong enough to do such things eventually. Still while she was sure that Silvia was MORE then capable of handling these two by herself Miraya wasn't about to let her have all the fun. She figured that those two were probably still alive and kicking likely having found some way to mitigate the damage. It was time for her to stop messing around since Silvia was here. Miraya didn't want her thinking she was slacking in her duties or anything.
She began charging her reiatsu in her right arm causing it to begin turning black. Anybody who knew her would know exactly what that meant but such a unique ability to her she doubted those guys would know what it meant. She used her sonido quickly appearing a small distance behind where the guys had first been spotted. She doubted they would know she was there but she was ready to defend herself anyway. She was sure they would emerge and the fight would resume. If they attacked Silvia, since she was the stronger of the two, she would strike at them from behind. If they turned to attack her Silvia would get the drop on them. The most logical choice and the most dangerous for them would likely be to split up.

Perseus chuckled as he saw the explosion coming towards them. Suddenly thousands of green glass like panels formed in the area in front of it. At the same time a red barrier formed behind it, that was Romano's doing, who was now sporting a large set of red, bull horns. As the explosion reached the panels, all hell would break loose, for the women. Those panels were made of diamonds, infused with Uranium 235. If little miss matter noticed the radioactivity coming from the panels, it would have been too late. The panels withstood the attack long enough for some of the energy to begin the fission reaction, causing them to explode, canceling out the young lady's explosion. The barrier that Romano had set up did indeed shatter due to the two explosions, but only a gust of wind came through. Sure it was slightly radioactive, but with Perseus around that was a common occurrence, and he was more than capable of removing and fixing that damage.
Romano noticed the sound of the sonido coming from behind them, Perseus didnt notice. Romano, now with a large sledge hammer in hand, swung it around, it extending and hopefully hitting the arrancar in square in the face, the force of the heavy hammer sending her flying, hopefully cracking her Hierro to do some significant damage to her head. Romano kept looking in the direction he sent her flying, he was going to be her opponent.
Perseus walked past the radioactive dust clouds as he said "Well, well, well, well. If it isnt little miss matter coming to help out her big sister. For such big strong women you sure dont seem confident enough to let your little friend try and take us out all by herself." Perseus smirked knowing that he was only feeding those flames of male hatred more and more. He knew that the base was being attacked from the inside, but they attacked the research section. That was a bad choice. Those in the sector had more than enough technology to help fight the foot soldiers. They didnt have a super large file on Silvia, but her powers did revolve around matter, making her the perfect fighting partner for Perseus. "Now Silvia. You can make this easy or hard. I will let you have the first move. A gentleman should never attack a lovely lady such as you unless it is in proper self defense."
