Damien's Upgrades

[mod]I'm going to have to deny the upgrade, the event states it's possible to gain a tier upgrade, and at his level, I believe what he had done in that thread was not enough to allow an upgrade such as this. As a side note, when applying for the yen, look for a prize thread, there should be one for every event. If not, reply to this thread telling me and I'll tell frost about the yen reward.[/mod]
