Appearance: The Heart Of Mending is a small gem that is comparable in size to a finger ring. The shape it takes is in the form of a heart, and it has a rich shade of green because it taps into the fourth chakra of the heart to induce it's healing effects. So, one can say these are the colors of Ash's compassion, hope and love for others infused into a material form.
Background Info: There was a request from a fellow Iramasha that The Angel Of The Ice received. It was simple, yet quite noble in its nature. This is because the person whom requested it desired to simply heal the emotional and mental wounds of their allies. With that incentive, Cirno felt that quite the enriched and powerful gem could be forged from that loving intent. Therefore, she dubbed this tool "The Heart Of Mending".

The reason for this gems name is because, as previously stated, it taps into the 4th charka of the heart in order to induce its effects. As, to have an ambition to heal others indicates that ones inner self is filled with a compassionate, loving and selfless quality. Ergo, it made sense to Cirno to apply this name to said gem due to its origins of creation.
Effects: The effects that The Heart Of Mending induces is stated as below:

Restorative Love: The special ability that The Heart Of Mending possess is simply named "Restorative Love". By channeling into Ash's 4th charka, it then turns this source of spiritual presence into a tangible energy forged by will. As, with each usage of the ability, quantities of Ash's spirit and mental energy are taken away in order to achieve its effects.

Once this has transpired, the next qualification needed in order to summon it will be the fact that there must be a need to heal others. After this need has been sought by Ash's heart, the gem will then activate and appear at its side. When it emerges, there will be an emerald green aura that engulfs the body of the user and it will then be ready to be used at Ash's freewill.

Going off the number of the fourth charka, Restorative Love's aura is capable of healing up to four people at a time. However, since it is focused on such a small number, the potency that it yields is absurdly high. As one of the first effects it has is that it is capable of recovering upwards of 50% of a persons physical health and energy. This will then give them a vitality boost and give them the needed strength to carry on the fight.

While, mentally, they would feel as if a cleansing and purifying presence would be activate in their head. As this force from Restorative Love would seek to ease and absolve the mental and emotional burdens a person can have. Heartache, sadness, stress, regret, fear, doubt, anxieties and other similar anguishes the mind induces a soul would be softened, lessened and mended while they are under the influence of Restorative Love for the duration of the thread; and these effects could quite possibly last beyond the thread (provided the owner of the character gives the clear)

This is because Cirno's craftsmanship is angelic in nature and works off will. So, with how pure the intent Ash's desire was, The Heart Of Mending is capable of achieving great healing effects with less strain to his body. Which is why there is no cooldown period for the gem, but it does zap away mental and spiritual energy. Hence, it is not advised for the person to spam the healing effects. Ideally, it would only be used two to three times in a thread before Ash would become winded. And, if applied to someone whom was already healed not to long ago, the effects would be lessened by 1/4 each time.

Therefore, it is advised that this gem be used in times of great need and crisis.
Notes: Now, if this isn't used in a battle thread, Ash can also use this to easily heal most NPC's with relative ease.
