T I T A N

Far above the former fishing town of Ayuka, a dark, eerie presence began to manifest in the distorted crimson sky. A single cut of purple split the air in twain, a dark, powerful energy easily detectable from the forming rift. It opened slowly,, the only visible thing inside being an empty void of eternal nothingness. It looked down upon the newly-evolved city like an eye from the gods, remaining in place for multiple minutes, as if waiting for something to happen. Though nothing emerged from the cut in reality, the range of the vile spiritual pressure began to spread across the entire city, and even further away from it to the outskirts of the land it was perched upon. This wait would eventually come to end abruptly, a faint spark visible from the center of the portal. It glowed a bright red, becoming larger with each second. It was as if something from the very ends of the bizarre gateway was headed for the exit like a bullet.

The ember light flared ever closer, now becoming more easily visible. It was a burning object, spinning exceedingly fast and headed straight for the heart of the city. Strong winds picked up the closer it got, the serene, though contorted weather of the evening transformed into a brief storm of gale-force winds. It struck out of nowhere, houses being torn apart and even cars and other large vehicles were tipped over from the kinetic shockwaves of the approaching object. It ripped through the rift, the cyclone reaching its peak in power. In only a few second the waves of kinetic wind were bolstered to the level of some of the strongest hurricanes. Entire buildings were ripped apart at the closest point to the falling comet. The currents were strong enough to induce physical cuts and tears on those unfortunate enough to be outside.

All this chaos culminated into the most destructive conclusion. The blazing weapon struck the ground at full speed, the flames around it dissipating from the force of the impact, but a whole lot more followed. It struck the ground like a bomb, the ground being torn asunder and an enormous explosion of physical force cast in every direction. The wave ripped apart anything in its way, hundreds of civilians being reduced to a pulp instantly and the great infrastructures that adorned the town were crushed to rubble The ground quaked for miles, fissures torn open in the ground and more and more of the former peaceful city being reduced to Hell. It only went on for a few seconds, but to those involved, it all may have appeared to last a few minutes. The wave of force ebbed, smoke and debris scattered across the city.

When the dust cleared, the middle of the town was replaced by an enormous crater, stretching nearly the size of a football field. Tremors continued to course through the ground, the force causing delayed damages to the decimated landscape. The rift had closed in the short period of the devastation, leaving only the object it cast upon the world in the middle of it. A large war-hammer was stuck in thee center of the crater, embedded in rock and glowing red from the heat of its own collision. The metal cooled, steam rolling off of it. The same dark power that originated from the portal now resonated from the weapon, a beacon of energy pulsating outward in addition to the echos of the destructive force it caused on impact.

There was a dreadful silence, the destruction and death ebbed as soon as it started. The weapon remained in place, motionless and unresponsive. Energy ran through the crater, slowly moving to the surface and stretching outward for miles. Unlike other incidents, there were no further obstacles that were in the way between the twisted creation and any that would approach it. Rather, its dark power acted like a lure, asking any that desired it to come and take it for their own. The destruction around it served as the proof of what it could do. It was a tool that could shift the flow of entire wars through ungodly amounts of force, and it desired an owner that could properly utilize the immense power it contained. Who that soul would be and their intentions would remain unknown until one successfully claimed it.

In the wake of everything happening all over the world, zeus needed an escape. Rifts opening, darkness falling over the land, and and all around madness and hysteria. It wouldn't be so much of a stretch to say that the world was ending. Well if it was ending zeus was going to end it in style. At a nice sunny and joy filled beach spot. Akuma wagama was famous for it's beach and peaceful atmosphere. But as zeus stepped forth over the city, he fantasies of blue seas and beach babes quickly went out in flames. The madness had gotten here too. The blonde haired boy look towards the crimson sky.

He could see the rift. It's purple aura radiating. The massive dark energy culminating from it. It was overwhelming. It was dead silent I'm the city. Yoy couldn't here a single civilian or animal in the distance. It was so eerie. As if time had stopped for the town. "What is this?" Zeus uttered in a hushed tone. It was devastation. The land was torn apart cars, houses, and trees all blown way and trashed. The smell of death in air. Zeus could feel the ground subtlely shake as if a small earthquake had surfaced. All eminating from the center of the city.

A huge crater was in the middle of the city. Zeus knew whatever caused this destruction came from that crater. And for some reason he felt like he had to go to the crater. This power was pulsing from the crater. A hypnotic trance like power. It was dark and evil and nature but luring nonetheless. Zeus slowly walked towards the crater. He wasn't completely sure why he needed to go but his body told him to move. It didn't take long before he was at the edge of the crater. He looked down inside to see something inside smoking as if it was on fire a few moments ago.

Zeus went down into the crater. Upon closer inspection he could actually identify what it was that caused this chaos. "A... weapon..." zeus said seeming intrigued. The war hammer was just sitting there. It had caused some much destruction and it was just lying there. The hammer poured out negative energy that just didn't feel right. It was such a powerful weapon. Full of energy and spirit. It needed to be wielded.

All these thoughts raced through zeus' head. Zeus had commanded many weapons but none like this. It felt so destructive just by standing near. Zeus inched closer and closer to it. He could feel a bond forming as he got closer to the weapon. It was trying to connect with zeus' soul. How could zeus use such a malevolent and chaotic weeapon? The lure of the war hammer was too strong. Zeus needed it. He would be the user of this weapon. He would decimate anything that tries to stand in his way. "I can have this hammer. I can only do good things with." Zeus said unconvincingly. He knew that this weapon was too much for him. The power was calling him. He reaches for the hammer.

It seemed today was going to hold more surprises for the new Vizard.

Hours ago a report had come in requesting for someone to investigate odd supernatural occurrences that plagued the city, something of a dark purple energy emitting from some sort of rift. This was just the type of report Hayden needed to get his ass in motion and head out to the area to conduct an investigation himself, while at first seemingly unimpressive in the whole ordeal he was quick enough to know that he didn’t want to lollygag around waiting for something bad to happen so he decided to use the Vanguard nifty transportation system called
Immediate Response Transit System or IRTS for short. Hayden never got the scientific terms much but what it did was open up a gate way at one point and a gate way at another allowing for quick response for Vanguard troops. Seeing as this was a major city it would have a link to the IRTS allowing him to appear in mere moments- quick enough to feel that dark energy ebbing towards him.

The dark energy seemed to have some type of malevolent power to him, but it was faint as if this was the calm before the storm. Not quite a good thing, Hayden thought. Not in a public area like this. It was best to always act quickly in these circumstances, not that he knew the power or scale of what was coming but something deep within him stirred at the feeling causing a uneasiness to spread over him. Hayden knew it would be best to use his focus to scout the area for where this energy was most concentrated, so with the closing of his eyes he was able to focus within a matter of seconds to remove all other external sources of energies to seclude this one type allowing him to find it relatively quickly- the energy hit him like a brick to the face. The sinister and potently powerful energy was strong- strong enough allow to Hayden to use his Shunpo to dash over to where the source was. But when he arrived he was in for a surprise.

Just as he was stopping a decent distance away the he felt a tremendous physical force begin to push at him, he very area shaking around him as people began to get thrown every which way and buildings shook violently mere moments from collapsing. Hayden’s body kicked into a quick drive as he entered a focus state, the world slowing for a moment to allow him to only hear his breath- his speed was on a different level of mastery but his concern was the civilians of the area. He didn’t have the time to enact an emergency evacuations but he was quick enough to move through the streets to save a number of people from building collapses and being thrown away fatally. His speeds entering well above mach as his flash step allowed him to seemingly pull people out of the harm's way like some sort of superhero- in reality he was just a man doing his job. None the less he was able to save a number of lives within thirty seconds damn near sixty but just as he was removing a man from the streets the world shook once more with a final push of the winds literally ripping the man from Haydens arm and into a building. There was no need to check, that was not a crash a human could survive. Sadly.

The reason Hayden could walk through these winds and even move at these speeds was the intense training, war, and meeting of crazy individuals in his lifetime. He could take tank rounds to the chest and walk away from that added into his healing factor he was quite the force to be reckoned with. But whatever had caused these the gods hath no fury like a man that was hell bent to find out who had destroyed a city he was sworn to protect. Sadly this was not the end of it, he felt a strong dark presence speeding towards the city and before he could react (most due to having been thrown) a shockwave ripped through the city throwing him even further before he was able to stop himself in the air with his Reiatsu with a roar. Widen eyes met the sight of what was to be witness, a crater formed where the middle of a once bustling city was.

Hayden mind reacted just as his body did, moving towards what caused this not due to the power ebbing from it but due to the responsibility Hayden had to these lost lives now. His travel was short mostly due to his shunpo allowing him to travel miles in seconds- but when he arrived the potent and disgusting energy was able to assault his sense as he saw some man attempting to reach for the source of it. Now this couldn’t be allowed to happen either for the man’s safety and first he needed to secure this area under the name of the Vanguard. So as the man’s fingers began to reach out to take the weapon, the vizard was able to appear to shout out one of the most basic Kidos.

“Bakudo #1 Restrain!”

The words exited his mouth as he performed the proper hand motion as the man arms would be forced to move their arms around there back quickly before they could touch the war hammer of sorts. If they were able to break out they would need to be near Hayden level of spiritual energy or at a higher level of Kido understand; but he had accomplished his goal of stopping them from touching the war hammer- in three quick shunpo steps he would appear in front of them with a scowl on his face standing between them and the weapon.

“What where you doing?”

The question came out with authority, as evidence the Vanguard badge on his arm revealed he was a third seat within the world wide protection organization. His other hand came up as a black substance began to form out of it before it shot over to the war hammer forming a bubble around it to keep it sealed from being touched by others- though due to the potent power it’s energy would still seep out although not as strong as the calling was before most likely. At least if someone goes for it they must break the shield I formed first, Hayden thought.

As for the black substance that was wrapped around the hammer in a bubble it leaked, no radiated the aura of pure death. Neither malice nor pure intent simply death in it’s most pure form; one could confuse it’s intent as sinister but only if they feared death most likely. Should someone try to touch it they would find it cold and harden like a metal and should they attack it the energy coming into contact would slowly fuse into the orb before being leaking into the air as black particles of this strange energy called ‘Death Matter.’

Hayden final act as he waited for a reponse was alerting the Vanguard home base of what is going on and request a pick up team to extract a dangerous item. Extreme threat level.

Titan's Fall (Dawn Of Madness Mini-Event Series) Empty Re: Titan's Fall (Dawn Of Madness Mini-Event Series)

The sun beat down on Carter's up turned face in a pleasant way, his arms stretching up as if to try and embrace the light, a delighted groan escaping his lips while he stepped out of the door frame of the hotel room he had purchased for the night.

His arms came back down and with a lazy yawn his left hand ran through his ivory white hair while his blue eyes adjusted to the morning light, "Feels like it's going to be a good day" He said, a content smile on his face while he worked on strapping Nacuto to his hip and walking toward the town center. The city bustling with activity already this morning, Carter loving his freedom since leaving the Gotei and traveling the world as a free lance shinigami, hunting hollows and demons as he pleased with no one to report to.

But not here, this was a paradise and his vacation spot. Here he came to unwind and forget some of the reasons why he ran off to work on his own. A group of women ran past him in their loose swim wear, all of them at least a foot taller than the short Shinigami but that didn't stop him from throwing them a warm smile before continuing his walk down to one of many cafes in the town center.

Having been here every day for the past month he had become some what of a regular customer so when he arrived the staff greeted him with a warm welcome by name and he strolled up casually to pay for his coffee before taking a seat out on the patio to listen to the not so far sound of waves and the laughter that echoed through this haven.

Once more a yawn found itself free from his being, Keep this up and you'll get fat and lazy here Carter, don't forget your duties He scolded himself internally before noticing the shift in color of light, the bright morning taking a red hue like a setting sun before rapidly turning crimson like blood. People stopping in the streets and looking up, immediately the hair on the back of Carter's neck rose when he looked up to see the sky ripping open, a long gash searing through reality and emitting a digustingly eerie purple light. " GET OFF THE STREETS NOW!" He roared while leaping up and knocking his table over, his coffee mug shattering on the stone pavers beneath his feet.

Nothing good was coming, his left hand ripping Nacuto out of her sheathing in a flash, his causal clothing gone and replaced with his battle attire. A robe of pure white with gold trim cascading over his shoulders, around his arms and down his back with seven golden stars forming a circle patterned on the upper back section of the caping. His Dou or dō, a japanese styled chest armor made up of iron and or leather plates dyed rose gold and ivory now dawned where his shirt had been and his Haidate thigh guards covering his legs, the iron metal worked into long rectangular patterns with leather work underneath, the seven star pattern stamped into the metal, gold chainmail connecting the varying metal and leather pieces together and sown into the cloth underneath. His shoes replaced with simple wooden sandals, the small man appeared ready for battle right as a blazing object came forth from the void and descended toward the city at supernatural speeds.

fuck me, no time to get these people to safety he thought as people ran screaming in each which way. His blue eyes closed while he tapped into his energy a burst of golden light issued forth while he entered his shikai state, his Zanpakutō changing from a simple viceroy longsword to something like a work of art, the handle growing and changing to a rose gold coloring while etchings of rose petals appeared int he metal work, the metal of the sword extending five inches while the blade turned into a crimson color mirroring that of the sky above. A small chain growing from the pummel of the sword with a golden bell attached.

Once done he took the brakes off, speeding upward toward the object with his right hand pointed at it and his sword ready to arch and deflect any incoming attack, it appeared to be some sort of projectile so he had to stop it before it hit its target. Light shimmered from his right hand and shot outward, the light solidifying into massive, translucent, brick work like the side of a castle. His defensive attack going forward like a catchers mitt to stop the incoming attack, but when the object collided with the energy the wall shattered and dissipated without even slowing the object, it barely missing Carter as it sped by.

In the blink of an eye it made its touchdown, Carter hovering above and watching in horror as the paradise he had grown to love be destroyed in a mere second, the ground quaked and rocked like a wave with the force of impact, the buildings buckling and everything blasting outward with horrible displacement, a huge crater forming while more buildings toppled, cars flying every which way, people buried in seconds. The concussion blast reached Carter and whipped his robe about him with horrific force, causing him to squint. His hair flung back while he watched helplessly.

After the attack was done and the dust settled Carter noticed singular man walking through the crater toward an object that steamed and gave off a god awful power. Carter licked his lips when the power called to him, begging him to take it but Nacuto brought him back, his eyes narrowing as he realized what just happened, It's evil, pure and simple and must be stopped He reasoned before racing down toward the thing, feeling more waves of its energy wash over him but he wouldn't be bought. He landed opposite of the man that was reaching for the thing, it appearing to be a brutal war hammer half stuck in red hot rock. "Lay a hand on it and I will cut you down where you stand" he warned the man, the guys eyes appearing glossed over with his hand out stretched.

In seconds another man appeared and issued forth a binding kido. One to wrap hands around ones back and confine them. Carter's hand went up before he realized he was only attempting to bind the guy reaching for the hammer. "Good to see someone else with their head on right Noting his vanguard badge Carter nodded to him."You got back up coming? We're going to need a red cross relief effort here..." He said, sadness creeping into his voice, his comment not even a joke. He scanned the ruins of the city outside the rim of the crater the three were in.

Vacation was over.

The Knight Of Forging

JULIUS SMITH

|Author:Thousand Foot Krutch|Song: War Of Change|Word Count: 554|

Julius had a simple walk. Earth Realm was something he haven't visited since as a Hollow the boy was pulled to Hueco Mundo, so he could feed and become a Menos in the end. Now a lot of waters had passed and once again the feet of this child touched the Land Of The Living. The place he appeared was new, something he hadn't seen even being a human and then a low level Hollow. Homes, streets, everything was new and fun, so with this in mind Smith went in a wild run. House from house, roof from roof, he needed to see everything. His eyes grew wide from the sights, nose twitched with the new smells filling it and the bone ears moving at each new sound. Yes, the Arrancar senses were overpowered, but in the same time he felt as alive, as a spirit could.

Silently the boy was followed by his constant companion, Guillotine. He was the spirit of a sacred weapon, crafted by the same air-headed boy, and as a loyal weapon, always followed him. Today was no different, as the invisible spirit, which looked like a samurai armor, floated above his master. It was in the outskirts of the city when the air suddenly trembled with the fear of the dark force. As any animal panic too took over Julius, making the fox tailed child hug both tails and tremble, while watching what would unfold. Soon though this fear faded, changing into curiosity, when the alien weapon appeared in the sky.
"I don't like it, Master! The object is just too vile..." It was rare for Guil to speak, but Smith quickly forgot it, as the object descended from the sky, down on to the unlucky city. The already huge foxes eyes grew even bigger, seeing everything that happened at that moment.

With lightning fast movement Julius left his place, rushing at the crater. Everything, starting from his sensitive hearing to precise sense of smell was tuned for any objects in the way. The urge was just too big for anyone to get in his way now. It was calling.

In the childish mind of the Arrancar he felt the sadness. The loneliness of the spirit inside the item. It had desires, dreams and personality. They were so similar to that which he himself had felt time and time again, that there was no chance for Julius to not respond. Rushing forward in a speed not all could keep up with and put together with a mastered Sonido skill he was like a bullet. And this bullet felt someone close. Someone besides the lonely soul there.

They smelled like trouble. No compassion or sadness, more it was anger and fear. The soul was in danger.
"Don't do it! It isn't even close to being good! It is a creature of chaos, nothing more!" It was the first time his friend spoke so much, saying things Smith found completely ridiculous. Without wasting time a pair of wings, each made from 36 swords, appeared out from the boys back and threw him in the air. In a blink of a eye, creating sound waves along the line of his flight, Julius appeared right next to the hammer on the ground. With tearful, sad eyes he spoke to those around.
"Please!!! Please, don't hurt my friend!"

T I T A N

The warhammer of destruction remained still, the pulsar of vile energy continuing to broadcast across the landscape as more souls approached. The object appeared unable to do anything on its own, simply serving the will of another when its initial impact ripped large chunks of the city asunder. Steam pooled in the air, an eternal purple flow flowing from the weapon. Just as one approached it with the desire to attempt holstering the monstrosity, others made their debuts. A sphere of concentrated death encased it, seemingly dulling the malefic call it was producing. While it would surely deter some from easily reaching the creation, the weapon's energy only began to build. The corrupt power of the Advocate swirled around the confines of the barrier, its aura intensifying with the foreign disturbance surrounding it. However it was powerless on its own, locked under the pitch black veil of death.

The Titan could only continue to release one wave after the next of destructive spiritual energy. The barrier had dulled the pressure's allure, but not by much. It had grown stronger at the command of an unseen force to continue drawing in others that sought out its immense power. It would be left up to them whether they could acquire it before it was extracted or destroyed. It was free for the taking once the shell would be broken. It was unclear who would come to truly possess the strength of the Titan. To the eyes of the one behind this madness, that was half of the fun though. The energy of the Advocate began to decay the ground inside the barrier, breaking it down into smoke and weak embers to be unleashed once the field around it inevitably perished.

The hammer calling. Closer and closer zeus' hand came to the malefic object before one man (carter) appeared. He threatened to strike zeus if he attempted the grab the hammer. But the hammer was hypnotic. Zues was lost in it's sweet song of destruction. But before zeus could even think about reaching more for it, he heard a shout of bakudo restrain. Soon after some sort of energy wrapped zeus' hands behind his back hindering him. Who were these guys and why were they here? They probably wanted the hammer too. Zeus couldn't them take his precious hammer.

Zeus struggled to get out of this kudo trying to use his brute strength to get out of it. To no avail. And then desmond asks what zeus is doing right before sealing the hammer in a sphere of what felt like death. Sealing the hammer seemed to snap zeus out of its trance. Making him think clearer and realise what he was doing.

"I.... I was trying to have a get away.... and then the sky changed.... a hole opened in the sky. That thing fell out of the sky... and it... and it killed everything."

Zeus was taking in all that happened. He was sitting in a crater of what used to be a city. Dead bodies we're everywhere. Sprawled out in the streets carelessly.

"I felt this energy... and then everything is fuzzy." Zeus put his head down in shame.

He couldn't help this city. It was too late. Being right in the center of a fresh graveyard just doesn't feel right. But these people. They seem different. Zeus could feel energy coming from them.

"Who are you guys anyway?" Zeus says looking at both carter and desmond.

"What's up with the rift in the sky and that hammer?

You guys must know something I dont. And vangaurd, I want to know more about it." Zeus' head was full of questions. He had to try and get them all out. His questioning was cut short though. Because some other person appears out of nowhere and lands beside the hammer. He called the hammer his friend. This day was getting too wierd. Julius had swords for wings and looked ready for a fight.

maybe this guy knows something about the hammer zeus thought to himself. It was worth a shot.

"This isn't a place for a little kid. You should get out of here!" Zeus yelled. Zeus looked to the hammer that was inside the ball of death. To think, all this catastrophe made from that one weapon. This day was going to be a long one for sure. Zeus could only imagine what events will transpire next.

Fuck.

This was the whole situation that could honestly be described as, a big as mix match fuck up that went hand in hand with Chaos. Hayden could appreciate chaos sometimes but when it came to this type of fuckery he rather just go home and go to bed. In fact he was getting a migraine from the kid that just appeared on top of the two other guys that was on the scene and the clean up crew wouldn’t be here for a bit. So as all the talking went about with Hayden being either the closest to the orb surrounding the weapon or one of them he actually had easy access considering the kid couldn’t get in front or behind Hayden due to literally being at the edge of the orb that surrounded the hammer. So Hayden was willing to bet seeing as he was one of the few here that could physically and mentally withstand the weird mating call of the weapon he sighed- looking at everyone before acting without words.

His hand came up in a small open palm to everyone, his calloused hand beginning to close before enclasping upon it’s self. As this happened the orb quickly collapsed upon itself matching a mold around the war hammer as the energy was absorbed into the death matter and converted into death matter. The latent dark energy that was- the war hammer still produced it and was in tact inside the mold but this allowed it’s size to be freely manipulated by Hayden- bypassing the laws of the physical mold it had. You see when it surrounded the hammer fully it began to float before suddenly flying towards Hayden hitting him smack in the center of his chest at speeds comparable to mach 15- but when it touched his chest it simply vanished like.. magic.

To those highly perceptive that could watch this high speed display they would see the hammer beginning to morph into his body with the death matter acting as a case to conceal the weapon within his body. It was a type of scabbard to prevent people from touching it but by doing this Hayden was opening the gate way for his energy to connect to it- the energy signature of the weapon would vanish for it would completely be inside Hayden. Now this would have been dangerous if Hayden was to weak to dispel the excess energy through conversion to death matter and leaking the energy out in a invisible but very potent source of death matter in the air. This was a simple trick of storage that wouldn’t interfer with the weapon or change any aspects but allow for safe storage- it would also allow Hayden to summon it to the outside world into his hand. At least he could prevent it from drawing more people by holding the energy within him and releasing it as a different type.

“The hammer is within me- I’m not quite in the mood to fight with you people but on behalf of the Vizard Corps and Vanguard I am taking this weapon for the safety of the general public till out extraction team arrives… rather promptly.” As if by Hayden speaking he invoked a ping on his intercoms with a chime saying they were in the area and would be arriving shortly. This would be approximately one posts from now. “After we secure the area with soldiers we will help evacuation and red cross efforts so please everyone- let's calm down.”

Inside Hayden the hammer was in a free flowing space, mostly due to being connected to the death matter if the hammer wish to bond to Hayden soul it was free too. For by doing this he had accepted the weapon through touch but allowed the negative energy to be dispelled through a conversion process at least the excess if it still produced it as to not overwhelm the Vizard. Now that someone had technically ‘claimed it’ what would happen.

For a much shorter explanation; Hayden used his death matter to make a space for the Hammer within it’s free flowing energy to stop the constant pouring of corruption. Instead Hayden would take the full brunt but use the death matter natural conversion process to act as a release valve to not allow his complete corruptions a loophole to the system. But by doing this he had invited it to bond with his soul. But should this bond prove negative or begin to not be worth it Hayden would remove the object and simply begin to destroy it if need be. As for now he was allowing it to be within him and the subjugator of it till the team arrives.

Yet another moth to the flame as a third new comer came, Carter not knowing what to make of the fox boy. His angel eyes showing him the true nature the fox child, an arrancar. His blue eyes turned to narrow slits when he found the boys nature, just a step down from a demon in his mind and a step up from a hollow. At least a hollow could be forgiven for its sins as most did what they did unknowingly, tortured souls committing sins to fuel their hunger. Demons and Arrancar knew what they were doing, they knew the horrible actions they performed, most in the name of selfish power.

Power, power emitting from this hammer. That explains why one of them is here, selfish power gains He thought, his left hand on his Zanpakutō in case the guy wanted to get fresh. Carter could feel the man was a good bit stronger than him but as one of the seven arch angels it was his duty to be unwavering in his resolve, if a fight broke out and he had to draw sword against the man he would without flinching.

The man enthralled by the hammer seemed to snap back to reality and Carter caught what he was asking but was more focused on the possible enemy, " Carter Devin, shinigami and angel. Here on vacation but now on business to stop this hammer form being used. period." He said, his blue eyes not leaving the arrancar until the vizard moved, grabbing the hammer and absorbing it without even flinching as man would when he holstered his gun. He took the weapon into himself as a container to hold onto it before speaking about who he was and his intent.

"If that's your true intent I stand by you with my sword but be wary of the fox that has entered our metaphorical hen house, he is not an innocent small child as he would have us believe." Without even waiting for a response he drew his Zanpakutō and stared the two down, the weak minded one who was almost taken, enthralled, and the arrancar. While keeping his eyes on them he stayed wary of the man he had sided with, knowing that just because the weapon was now in a safe container didn't mean much. The weapon almost had a mind of its own and had almost taken one man down, it wouldn't be far fetched it Hayden became a puppet for the hammer after accepting it into itself.

" Look now, if you want a fight I'll give you one but let's take all of this out of this city, all of us." he said, "These people have already suffered enough and I don't want any large scale battles breaking out here, plus yu sir are now a walking bomb in my eyes. He reasoned, ending the statement with his eyes on Hayden, 'You now can remove this monster and if you decide to just stand here anymore possible casualties are on you and you look like a half decent man so please let's move this out toward the sea. His eyes almost pleading with the man he had sided with, his sword still pointing at the arrancar. His mind not forgetting the almost enthralled man either.

The Knight Of Forging

JULIUS SMITH

|Author:Thousand Foot Krutch|Song: War Of Change|Word Count: 457|

Everyone were hostile. They bare their fangs at the boy, growling like a pack of hungry wolfs. Julius, being how he was, had little understanding why those around him were angry. While understanding his wrong doings in the past he too believed that a person should be allowed to move on with his life. The fact that he was a part of one of the most dangerous organizations in Earth Realm had skipped his mind, though probably no one in the facility knew it.

As Smith listened to all these men talk to him, the boys unnaturally sharp animal senses picked up the movement of his new friend. It seemed weird, confusing action from it and once the tensed animals small mind understood what was happening it took only a second to realize how he would need to act.

The 72 blades split apart from each other, the blades covering in teal cero, while flying in the direction of the most grumpiest Shinigami(Hayden). Even if the male would posses high durability the cero around those swords would work like a scalpel, going through the defense of the man like butter. In the same time from a bag strapped at his side Julius pulled out a simple talisman, which was then thrown at the hammer. Once the white paper connected with the Death Matter the mass surrounding his friend would burst in blue flames. As the male did put quite amount of power in this defense the flame explosion could be considered huge and bright, even creating minor shock waves.

It wasn't all. Using his Sonido, which was near perfect, Julius in a blink of an eye appeared above all in the sky and outstretched his puny arm. From the long sleeves of his Joē five Shimenawa, thick rice ropes, would fire in the direction of the Shinigami with pulled out sword, moving in the speed equal to Master Sonido. If failed to dodge the ropes, they would wrap around the male with strength near Masters. Additionally, he would feel that all his super-natural abilities would have been cut off from him, as well, as the ropes would drain the energy inside him.

Five more ropes then, in the same speed, would travel to the hammer, wrapping around it, and if the matter survived, the casing that is around it. Then rather then pulling the weapon to himself Julius himself appeared next to it, grabbing the hammer and then pulling it inside his Joē, where it would disappear as easily, as the ropes appeared from it. In the same time, if the black matter hadn't yet disappeared, Shimenawas would put near Master strength pressure on it to break it, though that would happen inside the safety of Julius long Joē's sleeves.
