Description: As lame as the name itself may sound, the Annihilator has served its name to be true to itself, its original schematics kept hidden while the weapon itself still lives on for two exact years, serving as a useful sidekick for the likes of Sou Yuuki for its intended purpose; to destroy anything that dares to stand in his way.

Having a considerably ironic history, Annihilator started off as nothing more than a scrap weapon, made from nothing more than 'scrapped materials' from the junkyard that he could get the cheapest material for in order to this precious gem of a weapon that now plays a huge role in his combat. But even when the materials used for the original was a scrap, it was durable, enough to take on forces that are far beyond his own and stood its ground well, and it used to only have a few functions only and had huge flaws in combat that made it typically useless, however, a year after that, it received a new upgrade with better materials, durable steel and more power to keep it going.

To commemorate the 2nd year anniversary since the weapon was first created, Annihilator has received another upgrade, and the effort was made during the absence of the Inverse Sou Yuuki, the mirror of the original and now with the consciousness of the original itself returning, the weapon was refined in the collapsed Black World in his absence, or so you may say, his 'death'. Now, it returns as a far more powerful weapon, from experiences of its destruction and undergoing many trial & error in battles, it has been improved to have enough strength to rip its path into two with ease, create massive destruction when needed to and stand against even the mightiest forces that it can take in its arsenal. Annihilator doesn't simply exist for the past 2 years for nothing, as it has undergone many repairs and improvements until the power it was able to reach today, at the hands of the new original owner, Sou Yuuki and its Inverse side.


The Annihilator dawns an appearance of an underarm crutch, with designs that shows simplicity in its daunting appearance, painted completely black with a white stripe that stretches throughout the entire center of the crutch. Of course, it is nothing too fancy with it with its normal-looking appearance of an underarm crutch, however, there is a noticeable appearance for a sharp eye, and that is, the crutch would be made with a completely different material. Usually, it is made a wood, polymer and in special cases, a titanium alloy. However, its shiny surface is not supported any means of wood or expensive metal, but instead, he used the scrapped metal he once used to mold it into a material he desires using his knowledge in machinery in order to create his own material to further strengthen the crutch's durability and ability to withstand pressure. And of course, that is in its crutch appearance

It also dawns a 2nd appearance, from its crutch form, its size would be compressed to nothing more than the size of a gauntlet, this time, instead of his hand, it is designed to cover his entire arm that wields the Annihilator in order to protect him from having his limb cleanly sliced off. It has a rather advanced design for it, having flexible metal that enables for effective maneuvering in his combat and the palm of gauntlet being equipped with a 'compressor'. Having the same color design as the crutch, instead, the gauntlet form dawns a completely black color that seems to be able to reflect light from the surface of the gauntlet as if it is brand new.

The 3rd appearance is one of the newest forms and the most complex design of the other two, known to be a difficult one for it to 'transform' into as well. However, the design itself turns out to be successful, but still in prototype. Which, the third form is in the form of a sheathed katana, in a mechanical-like scabbard. When unsheathed, the katana seems to be sharply made by a professional blacksmith, its edge seemingly sharp enough to be able to cut through almost anything that dares to oppose its force. But one thing about the katana, is the material it is made from. Instead being just a typical refined steel is made from, the katana he wields is made from a steel that he, himself, refined using the essence of the Black World during his absence, which causes the entirety of the katana itself to done a pure, blood red color across the surface and edges of the blade, as if it had soaked into the blood of its victims. The blade of the katana somehow seemed to be made by solidifying energy into the edges of the blade, and by an imbalance level of energy between atoms of energy on the blade, it would create a relentless power of vibration within a sub-atomic scale since it couldn't fit properly together, as well as creating an extremely high frequency within its vibrations, hence its blood red color. Another trait is the 'lever', or this 'trigger' armed under the scabbard, fitting his hand perfectly into it for comfort and effective maneuvering.


Activation & Deactivation: In each and every form the weapon could take, two switches are placed conveniently near to his finger that wields the weapon in combat for convenience and quick access. One of them functions to allow him to switch to different forms of Annihilator to his own will, while the other one would activate the Vector Field that the Annihilator was installed with to deal against threat that may out of his sight. What differentiates to the functions of its predecessor, the Prototype Annihilator? Further simplifying the functions of the button, creating a pathway for faster current to signal for faster activation, at this point, the Annihilator would able to switch into different forms at an almost instantaneous speeds to be wielded flawlessly by the hands of its owner. That way, it would prevent lag between his consecutive attacks and allows him to perform in combat more efficiently and effectively against his opponents by boasting the activation and deactivation speed in a more convenient and faster rate to prevent 'accidents' from happening.

The activation works for one purpose; to communicate with the Network integrated within the systems of Annihilator, and while the activation itself does not require any power, the access to the Network will begin draining the battery life provided for the weapon. When it activates, the Annihilator would release a pitch of sound frequency, regardless where he is, whether within the midst of destruction or in a noisy area, the unique frequency can be picked up only by Sou only and allows him to easily discern the sound as an activation of the device regardless the distance between him and the Annihilator, since the sound is tuned to penetrate through even the thickest object and the noisiest places for him to pick up the sound uniquely only to his hearing.

The Network: Heavily improved version of its predecessor, the Prototype's Network, the network itself is known to be the 'core' of the Annihilator and the I.E.B.N, or known as the International Electronic Brace Network. How is this improved from its previous work? Well, while maintaining its default usage of the network to save energy where 1/4th of the network is used in its semi-active state and 3/4th of the network in its active state, the state which the network uses its full power was never well-known since it was never tapped into in the duration of its usage since its creation. The network is shared between the I.E.B.N and the Annihilator, and this is where the improvement comes in; the shared network between both devices. Not only I.E.B.N now do not require to establish its own mini-network, but if anything happens to the main network itself, it would run a backup network in case of internal damage or disturbances, and anything that separates the network from connecting into the I.E.B.N or the Annihilator, this backup network could go its 'way' around and still run equally good, however, because it is a 'backup', it is only half the power of the actual Network itself, but it is still better off than nothing. Not only that, the improvement comes with an even better processing speed at a point where it may as well bests out against even a super computer, because the current processing speed it uses has enough power to run a huge city if it can be used for that purpose, as well as it comes with another improvement, it would even allow him to use the Network to calculate laws that are unknown to him, and could even allow him to calculate his own 'law' as long as it could still apply to the current dimension he lives into without breaking anything. While the effects may be small, however, Sou could make use of the new 'law' and could potentially allow him to learn how to maneuver better in new surroundings, use his techniques in the most effective and deliver even the most painful punches.

Otherwise, the function of the network is just as it follows: In order to double up the processing speed, the network and the calculation device that is installed within the crutch calculates their surroundings evenly and of course, under an intense speed in both mechanisms, that having the network to run the complex calculations such as vector values at its top priority, applied together with wind's speed, electromagnetic wavelength, frequency, earth's rotational speed, atmosphere that includes gas such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, particles and anti-particles around him, even photons, intensity of light, temperature and many other applications that applies into calculation just about everywhere regarding to his surroundings that is within a mile radius around him, as since it is for his own purposes only, he does not require a large-scaled calculations and only need to influence what's around him between his very position to a mile radius wide, depending of how large he wants to affect his surroundings, which, of course, also allow the weapon itself to adapt to the changing surroundings much like in Sou's case as well.

With new improvements, the Network's weakness is very few, but possible to perform by anyone who's willing to go up against the Nightmare. How? First method is the destruction of the Annihilator, and you get the point without explaining why does it work, since destroying it into smithereens would, of course, completely obliterate the network from proper use anymore. The other method is to temporarily 'disturb' the connection between the Network and the I.E.B.N using dusts and metallic objects that has decent electrical conductivity, to 'reflect' the signal off from the device and causes the signal to direct itself away from the object. Since some objects have electrical conductivity, it could disturb the frequency even the littlest of current through its magnetic field and potentially bends the signal from travelling its designated target. However, the effects of such method is temporary. However, Unless one is able to find a way to interrupt the communication between the two, preventing such cases is nigh-impossible, since Annihilator and I.E.B.N communicates directly as they reside and held in the same area, although it is still done wirelessly most of the time, it can be resolved with the extra retractable cables from the Annihilator to insert into the I.E.B.N device and allow the calculation to be done directly.

Battery: As the name implies, it still stands as.. well, batteries, but more upgraded; Reinforced Batteries. Why is it reinforced? Specifically to withstand massive force and heat against opponents who may attempt to burn the Annihilator's batteries to crisp. Simply put, it is reinforced to the point of being able to take on against even the force of a nuclear warhead while only suffering as little as a scratch on the surface and still functions perfectly, since Sou has to take into consideration to beings that would be able to manipulate vibrations, heat or such, and there, reinforcing the batteries itself to withstand a great deal of punishment even from harsh foes can be rather useful when things are taken the wrong way. Quite the tough one, eh?

Well, going along with the new ones, the batteries are electricity-resistant of an outside source, on an extreme level too. While, sure, the batteries can be recharged since Sou conveniently provided himself with one as it is custom-made, it doesn't mean that it'll be usable in dire situations either. Quick way to make it recharge would to use electrical energy from an outside source, and that would be opponents that are capable of manipulating and creating electricity. The batteries are built to be resistant against electricity to the point that it could be blown continuously by waves of lightning bolts, electricity shocks and so on, and would still remains unharmed. Why? To absorb these electrical energy directly to the core and recharge it back to its fully-charged state. Its best not to underestimate these batteries either, considering the condition that Sou is in after the crippling effects from the Australia War, in order to support his body to continue 'living' and of course, functioning, he would need a huge supply of electricity to power the body that keeps him alive, and that is where the capacity of the batteries comes in; an electrical capacity capable of powering multiple cities for a few days or literally weeks. However, sustaining his body? Not even a day would suffice to continue his combat, and would need a few days of semi-active state before he would need to recharge or change the batteries to continue its power.

Distribution Sensors: An aiding mechanic that is used under situations when I.E.B.N has stopped functioning, since that his nervous system would stop functioning upon the deactivation of the International Electronic Brace Network, these aiding mechanics were implemented to make up these weaknesses if the machine ever runs out of power or is damaged in any way, or even hijacked at some point as well as this is applied to the reservation battery as well. These sensors is able to scan as wide as a mile radius at max, while in minimum requirements if the power consumption rate for the Annihilator is too high, it would be a minimum of 300 meters wide radius. How it was done is that it unleashes an electromagnetic radiation across the specific radius given, and of course, the electromagnetic radiation was modified in a specific wavelength where it detects his surroundings from tip to toe, every fabric and atom of his surroundings before transferring the information into the calculation device that was built in the weapon, and allowing it to build a full 'concept' to be transferred into the brain within a matter of seconds. These sensors are made to allow him to interpret his surroundings, determine the center of gravity to allow him to stand up wihout much of an issue despite losing the support of his nervous system, as well as allowing him to determine the sound waves and interpret the voice and the tone of a specific person wihout requiring the receptors in his ears since it would've become non-functional, and allowing him to attain the sense of touch indirectly in order to allow him to determine the amount of damage to his body accordingly using the electrons on the surface of his skin and electromagnetism that 'activates' the electrons, transmitting the signal to the calculation device before interpreting the 'touch' into the brain to allow him to feel as if he was actually touching something. While sight, smell and taste isn't particularly affected despite a damaged nervous system, they are rather blurred at some point but can still have a clear effect to store information. Proximity Sensor: It is one of the core sensors involved in the mechanics of the Annihilator, and as described, it allows him to interpret and determine his surroundings from humidity, temperature and etc by using an array of data that builds the concept through his head, and using electromagnetic radiation on a type of frequency, it would be an easy task to allow him to know anything that happens in his surroundings, what, where and who's in that specific location, while even moving targets can be sensed by calculating its initial coordinates through a possibility equation to a final coordination. These can be done wihout any motion sensors since the information has already provided in the proximity sensor and accurate calculations done can allow him to easily determine a moving target's location through calculating coordinations. Even if it is not a 100% accurate, at most in 99%, it is accurate, while 1% can be in the means of failure.

Force Sensors: It is another sensor implemented to sense 'force', an applied pressure or force between two objects, and this is something required to use his strength in a stable form which in such cases, it requires a direct connection with the I.E.B.N through cable, that despite no power is within the I.E.B.N device, it can be supplied alone by the Annihilator's power and supply a little power to detect changes in the muscle structure which would not risk much of a power in the battery. It detects the amount of force he uses by detecting the movement of muscles in his body, stamina used, contraction and expansion of his muscles, as well as the movement of his arms and legs before applying force to boost himself in speed. Through coordination calculations and with the force sensors that detects the pressure between himself and the surroundings including the changes in the muscle structure, he could fight effectively and use his strength in an exact force of where he needed to be, wihout overusing it or even use it less than he has expected. In general, this allows him to determine the amount of strength he uses while allowing him to understand how powerful a certain attack upon contact, whether would it be an energy blast or a strength-based type of attack, offensive or defensive, as long as per contact is made, at the least a few times or in a certain amount of time, it wouldn't be long until he knows how much force needed to take it out. Otherwise, tanking a few wouldn't hurt.

Gravity Sensor: The gravity sensor is rather different from the ones used by cellphones, instead, this gravity sensor was modified to determine the center of gravity, that despite it is not much of a use to Sou, it senses the center of gravity through gravitational pull of the earth that goes downwards, when he jumps, fall, run or etc, the sensor would be able to determine the gravity below him and allows a proper balance for Sou's body during the inactivity of Sou's nervous system. Unknown whether it would be effective against gravity users, this statement would still be unknown. Otherwise, such sensor only aids Sou in movement, acceleration and deceleration, changes in velocity and altitude, and such are taken into calculation before distributing it to the brain to maintain balance which allows him to move while being able to acknowledge the center of gravity wihout walking around like a drunk bastard.

Frequency Sensor: The sensor itself is a custom-made sensor made by Sou to sense all types of frequency, whether it exists or not, as long as it is determined as a type of 'frequency, from the lowest to the highest possible frequency can be detected by the said sensor, and of course, while the I.E.B.N is down, the frequency sensor aids the ability of the Vector Field he creates in his limited capability to manipulate vector values, and he would be able to redirect anything electromagnetic from waves to radiation, attempts to hijacking even the weapon, Annihilator, would be redirected. The frequency sensors also helps out in redirect sound waves and such as well in the aid of the 'vector field', playing quite a role in the absence of the I.E.B.N if it ever happens. The only limit in the frequency sensor is unlike all other senses he has implemented, that its range is fairly shorter than the rest, that he is able to expand it as far as 100 meters wide due to how complex and a variety of frequency it can calculate alone to allow him to determine and calculate any type of frequency that may pass through the range of the sensor.
