The time is currently 6:50 PM in Selfoss, Iceland. The temperature is currently twenty five degrees, it is beginning to snow, the skies are turning scarlet and a crimson dome is covering the city of Selfoss itself to prevent Vanguard operatives from breaking in. Their objective is to get pass the line of tens of thousands of Shadow Fall Troops that are now guarding the borders starting through a wide field of grass, dirt and rock. And, for antags, their goal is to otherwise prevent them from breaking through this line. The thread will start in the mountains of Selfoss.

Drama, violence, action... And especially, blood shed! All of these things were aspects of war that Murai was expecting when she was shipped out to this chilly, icy, good for nothing hunk of rock in the middle of the ocean. This was boring so far, something that left her wandering about the desecrated and natural earths of this land... So much bloodshed was about to happen on top of this soil, families being ruined, lives taken forcibly, honor and valor, all the things that should be making her feel a bit more excited. Right now, however, all that she felt was anxiety, the want to get this done quicker and worrying about if her enemy would never arrive. All that she truly had with her as company were her skeletons, who she aptly named Charles and Lincoln for no real reason at all. Well, there was a reason for Lincoln, she had given him a top hat she had found in the middle of the battlefield. A childish thing to do, but what more is there for her to put her time into-
Oh right! Her original idea of what to do, the whole reason she scouted ahead of the rest of the Shadowfall troops! A smile formed upon the Arrancar's lips as she clapped her hands together. The two skeletons she had recently animated quickly ran over and lifted her up as if she were a queen, Charles actually speaking up. "Your wonderfulness, the enemy should be arriving soon, perhaps we should make has-" A quick smack led to Charles' head behind spun around the neck bone as he was aptly shut up, teasing look on Murai's face as she waved off a hand to dismiss their rather -RUDE- comments. "I got it, I got you you knuckle heads. Just let me do my thing, like damn." It seemed as if Murai was taking this whole battle thing a little bit too lightly... But that was Murai for you.
The two animated skeletons continued to carry her through the empty fields, only moments away from a bloody battle. Each step led to Murai snapping her fingers and pointing her hand in a random direction, the ground shifting at every location she pointed too as bone structures shot straight up from the ground. They were most of the time cover for future fights. 8 feet tall bone walls at least 6 inches deep with pure, hard, calcium-packed bones. This whole process went on for about a good 10 minutes as she made enough walls to help the Shadowfall forces for when they charged forwards. About 25 made in total, and a strain put upon her body for this. It felt... Awkward to have something drain her energy like this, it has been a long time since she's -been- strained or even tested.
At the very least, some structures were made to help out these forces, to help defend against whatever might try to break in. In all honesty, was there really something strong enough to challenge these numbers? This was their home-land, right? Who would want to even invade? All these questions flew about within Murai's mind, but she soon swept her hand to the side to dismiss them. It didn't mean that much to her, she was just here to get rid of the boredom that's been leaving her anxious for so long. She has her two 'best' friends with her, and a new friend all the way back at home. She at least had a reason to return home this time, and some will to make it out of this alive.
But then came the question... What if she actually was at risk of death? Normally, this wouldn't cross her mind, but it didn't take a genius to feel the massive amounts of energy be exuded from the different powerful beings all on this pitiful piece of land. Death was something she hadn't considered all too much before. Sure, it was sometimes mentioned, but the thought of her actually dying never crossed her mind. Questions like these were ones that confused Murai, and just left her having further questions, so the thought was dismissed with a haughty chuckle and a rather loud declaration that she's too -good- to die on a rock like this one.
And so, Murai was left waiting... Watching, observing on top of her two skeletons, Lincoln and Fuckface. She figured that was a better name for the rude skeleton that thought it should give it's opinion to -her- when she didn't ask for it. A hand rested upon the top of Lincoln's hat, whilst the other calmly rested upon Fuckface's head, smile upon her lips as she waited. She did have an image to keep up, you know? What good would a member of the Monsuta be if they looked to be worried or afraid?

It had been quite some time since Lydia had done this. Her hands were almost shaking as she held the rubber grip of the joystick in her GHOST-CV's Fighter Jet mode. She had never fought in a war before, and this time would be no exception, honestly. Today, she was merely going to provide supervision and control of the battlefield from above. Unity to the units, who would otherwise be lacking in the event of a disaster. Despite this, there were only two units she would officially be supervising, and those were that of the TCCU clones she held in the cargo hold of her jet, ready to release at a moment's notice. The island itself was several kilometers out, they likely wouldn't reach it for a few minutes at the least.
Lydia would turn around and face them, looking through the narrow hallway leading to the cargo hold. "Okay, boys! We're almost there! All we gotta do is get in there, wipe out the baddies, and get out! You're pretty much invincible with me around!" She would say, pointing her real arm's fingers toward herself as she did so, her bionic hand still firmly clasped to the throttle. The air would whistle on by them in their airborne fast-hurtling container as she turned on sonar. The battlefield was likely full now with the sounds of clashing steel, the familiar pop of gunfire, and the loud roaring of explosions.
Of course, she had no intention of watching the battlefield from above! Only an idiot would leave themselves strategically disadvantaged like that. No. She had other plans. Better plans.
"Yeah! Nothing can beat us if you're around, strange lady!" One of the TCCU's spoke. It seemed just a tad like sarcasm to Lydia... causing her to suspiciously eye the TCCU that opened his mouth in such a manner. "Well it seems like you haven't heard of me yet! I'm the Yayjuu's GREMLIN squad Overwatch. The strongest battle tactician around! I didn't get that title from being stupid! You boys'll do fine!" She would say, giving a thumbs up to the two children that sat in the back of her GHOST. They both would smile at each other, then back at Lydia. It seemed the rumors about them being driven like slaves by the TTCU were true, as they showed no form of rebellion towards her, even though they had literally just met slightly before they boarded the GHOST.
Lydia sighed, turning her eyes back to the open skies. More water still. Then, she saw it. That massive green expanse! Thank the gods above, she hadn't seen land in days! She could almost touch it with her toes if she weren't several tens of thousands of feet above the ground.
Taking a steep dive, she turned and stood from the cockpit, allowing her armpad to calculate descent for her while she took care of business. Activating her communicator, she connected to the two via a secure Yuudeshi network line. If what they said about Shadin was true, these boys would be able to hear her in their heads! Spooky. "Comms check, one, two, one, two!" She would say, holding onto one of the railing bars on the inside of the jet. When everything was satisfactory, she viewed the Yuudeshi Grid stats on the enemies below, as well as took stock of Vanguard Forces. "Hello members of the Vanguard! You need not worry! The Yayjuu's sent their best tactician to help you win this fight!" She would say to the Vanguard troops using their comms line. Then, before saying anything else, she took note of a stronger power level on the field below. Most of the guys down there were almost weaker than even Lydia was... they'd never stand a chance against someone that strong.
"Well boys! Look like I found you both a target! Your mission is to neutralize that enemy and allow our Vanguard brothers safe passage into the city! Follow my words to the T, and you'll both make it out of this alive! Got that?" Lydia would say, utterly prepared to take responsibility if her plans failed. She wasn't very much of a fighter... but she could at least fight alongside them like this.
"Yes, ma'am!" They would both say, grinning wide as could be. They seemed really excited for this battle for some reason... Well, Lydia didn't mind. It just meant this battle would be over that much more quickly. Opening the hatch, she would release the pair so that their trajectory would land them rolling right in front of Murai. Then, she would fly her jet clean out of view, crashing it hard into the water once she was a safe distance from the island. Once she hit the surface of the water, her GHOST could immediately convert into it's submersible form. She let it drift slowly to the bottom of the shore, which was less than a mile deep, as she wasn't too far away from the coast. When the large canister like submersible touched the ground, it would anchor itself into the sand.
Screens with maps and grids and charts all flooded the area now. Lydia was in her fuckin' element now, and there was no stopping this Yayjuu until every last unit she controlled was dead. First order of business, fixing up the state of this field. "TCCU 1, I need you to distract the enemy. TCCU 2, I've got a special job for you." She would say, tilting back in her chair as she typed furiously into her computer to check the specifications of this enemy. All she was registered as was "Murai". No additional data besides her evident power level. "You're gonna take down those walls and help the Vanguard push up, while TCCU 1 takes care of this... Murai."
TCCU 2 would nod, looking at TCCU 1 promptly before dashing off with insane speed back to where the front lines of the Vanguard were, beyond the spires of bone. Once he arrived, it was clear that Shadowfall had the advantage here because of those spires, and they got there just a little bit late. They were on the losing side.
Back in the submarine, Lydia looked carefully over the composition of the walls. They were made of a calcium like substance similar in makeup to... bone? "Be advised TCCU 1, you opponent may possess powers which allow the manipulation of bone matter. Try not to get hurt." And with that, the clone laughed.
Charging up a fistful of lightning as it ran to engage Murai, TCCU 1 had a spark of determination in his eyes. "Looks like I'll be your opponent for now!" He'd say, swinging the energy toward her face with a voltage powerful enough to temporarily stun even an arrancar such as herself. The odds were not even, not nearly close. But he knew his limits. If that blow landed, he would quickly jab a second fist full of lightning straight into her gut. If he missed, he would dash behind her and swing down both hands at her back. If any of these blows landed, however, Murai would get a sharp tugging sensation throughout all of her body as the electricity behind the blows would pass through her, if she were particularly not resilient to lightning, this may even cause her to fall over and vomit with the contraction of her muscles.
Lydia looked to the second TCCU, and thought up a plan. If she could organize the battlefield on their side, then form a unified strike, with TCCU 2 leading the Vanguard's push toward Selfoss, and TCCU 1 holding off the arrancar, it would be fairly easy for them to win this. Numbers were more or less on their side. "TCCU 2, break those walls down with your lightning. But only take the outermost wall for now. I'll have you eliminate the rest on command. When you're done, help the Vanguard out by keeping those enemies at bay." Then she switched her channel to the Vanguard's. "Greetings, Vanguard allies! It's time to get started, so we need everything niiice and organized-like! I need all the close ranged fighters up in the front, with riflemen inbetween their ranks! The TCCU there is going to help you hold off Shadow Fall while we organize. Leave all that to him. For now, if you've got heavy artillery or long ranged weaponry, move yer' ass on to the back! We need you where you can rain destruction safely. Anyone who can throw up barriers, I need you right behind our riflemen and swordsmen. Healers behind that, and artillery in the back. I'll give you more orders shortly, if you so choose to follow~!" Then she would swivel her chair around to the other side of the submersible. Looking at a chart containing the powers of the The Child Clone Units, she committed them all to memory. Those boys would be her trump card this round.
"TCCU 1, I need you playing defensive. We need to discover her move set if we wanna beat the boss, okay? Don't put the cart before the horse, cause then the horse'll stomp you into the ground." She said somewhat sternly, her voice more cautious than upset. Time to see what this girl was made of.
