A new test of power for the Human. Or rather, training of her powers. Action for the woman has been rather scarce lately, and she's been getting quite antsy. Everyone in the Vanguard that she trained with were either too weak or far too powerful to allow her to learn anything of use, which put her in an odd spot with no one to truly learn from. If she could learn from no one, then she might as well learn from herself. This rather simple thought process led to her taking a trip to the Karakura forests, not too far in, but just enough to not be interrupted by most normal people wandering by. Logs were posted up all over a rather large clearing that allowed her to run about and use her abilities freely. This woman was left standing in the middle of about 20 scattered logs. Each foot deep log was lodged deep into the ground so it shouldn't be all too easy to knock it right out and make the point of this rather useless. Fingers slipped through her gauntlets, covering her knuckles and the rest of her fists safely as she took a fighting stance, feet set squarely upon the ground shoulder-width apart.

With a burst of speed, the woman was already gone from her initial starting point, dashing as quickly as she could. Just at her base speed, she seemed to almost be a blur, definitely much faster than any normal human. Step after step, grass crushed underfoot, fists cocked back, she was ready to try something out. The first log she was faced with was met with a kick, Elysia skidding along the ground due to her speed as she brought one leg up, bent outwards with the sole of her boots aiming towards the center. As she neared it, a powerful kick was sent outwards, slamming against the middle of the large piece of wood and sending cracks all through it's form. With her foot already against something, she kicked off of it, body spinning rather quickly around to a log very close, momentum used along with the spin as her fist was sent swinging from the side in a hook.

The metal gauntlet slammed against the next training post she set up, fist digging an inch deep into the log as cracks rippled along through it, piece of barks falling off from the force as Elysia was stopped rather early in her spree. She planned on doing quite a bit of acrobatics... Or at least a beginner's attempt at them. Spinning from log to log, snapping them and sending cracks all through their form, but instead, she was already stopped by her fist getting stuck. A few sharp tugs led to nothing as she seemed rather annoyed at the moment. Another set of sharp tugs later as she was just about ready to just tear off the chunk of wood that had her stuck... After a few more moments, that was just what she planned to do. A shout escaped past her lips, free hand clenching into a fist as her riatsu flared outwards, actually able to be sensed rather easily. "Awaken Spark!" With the words uttered, electricity began to course throughout her body and even her gauntlets.

With a fist cocked back, loud sparks of electricity began to arc into the wood ineffectively, but the sounds would attract anyone nearby. Elysia wasn't trying ot exactly shock the wood, but more-so trying to empower her punches. Each landing roughly into the bark as bolts slammed against the bark, singing it and even tearing off a few chunks as this process continued until a nice giant hole was made with her hands finally freed. A small smile forming upon her lips at her success, despite it being a rather minor success when compared to what she had to deal with on a nearly daily basis. Progress was being made at least, progress that she had some self-pride for.

"...Voi.."

A content voice slowly let out, its owner laying softly in the grass of the forest floor. Having just woken up slowly from a nap that he had spent out in the beauty of nature, Moonie Iramasha gazed up at the sky with a smile. "Voooi…" He let out, almost a yawn like sound as his arms and legs slowly stretched. Everything was quiet… everything was peaceful…

That was, until a shock of pure force echoed through the ground. Moonie's body shook as he slowly began to sit up, his mane of blonde hair trailing behind him as he slowly rubbed one eye. "Voi, who's making that racket…" He let out, before blinking wider as more impacts rang through the ground. Generally, such waves of force could not be picked up. However, for a man of the sensitivities that this Golden Retriever had, it was no problem at all. Turning his face to the side, he rapidly gathered info on the situation of the woman that was in his sight.

Reaching a hand upwards, as he was behind the log she was attacking with her spark, he slowly stood up, coming into view at last as he reached out his right hand, a wave of pure Gravity flowing outwards and gripping at her arm, placing the center of its gravity as Moonie's palm, causing it to race towards him as it smashed firmly into his palm. "Voi…" He let out calmly, as if that was just another wake up, yawning loudly in front of her face before blinking, tilting shi head at her. "This is pretty pitiful, voi." He let out, before turning over the hand he had caught, withdrawing his own as he showed her his palm, a completely deadpan expression on his face.

"Your punches have the right formula.. The stance, the assault, the purpose. It's all there… but voi, it's missing something. And that would be its future." He slowly explained to her, stepping in front of her log as he smirked, finding this amusing as he brought up the same hand he had caught her blow with, his fingers bending to reveal his knuckles, as he gazed back at the wood… and a look of a demon infected his expression. His mouth curled downwards, his eyes filled with venom and hate, and his teeth clenched as the muscles tightened all around his right arm, before he knocked his wrist backwards.

The log snapped in half, a wave of pure force echoing outwards as it rumbled around the trees, the devastated log falling to the ground, looking as if it had been hit with a miniature meteorite. Turning his head back to her, Moonie looked right at her eyes. "Voi. You are supposed to attack an opponent. Not nature. How are you supposed to improve if you aren't fighting with damaged form? That is not the art of combat. That is sport. If you plan to attack someone with those fists of yours, then practice hitting a living person who can grab you and smash you directly back. Those experiences are what will truly fuel your attacks." Moonie explained to her, before widening his arms with a smirk, rapping his right hand against his chest, an expression of pure joy on his face as her surprise instructor gave her a command .

"GO ON! HIT ME!"

Something just stopped Elysia's fist, something she didn't even notice whilst setting up any of the logs. A palm. A palm that seemed to just catch a metal gauntlet sent flying at full force? Her eyes widened at the sudden appearance of this odd character, Moonie. This being just seemed a little bit out of place, at least in her own eyes. Despite this random stranger popping up out of seemingly nowhere, they did seem fairly strong. Strength was something she always admired, but also feared, what also brought a bit of fear into her mind was the fact that it felt like her fist just jerked towards his palm rather than it's intended path of to the log. Slowly, her eyes narrowed towards this man... Could it be called a man? Something didn't feel right about him, but as to what it was, she had absolutely no clue.

Before she could even say anything, she was interrupted with a yawn of all things. Her punch didn't even do anything to him if he looks so groggy and tired still! Lips became pursed at the proclamation of her attack being 'pitiful', striking a bad note with her. Still, her pride was subdued for just a moment longer. She didn't know enough to really say that he's wrong or not, and Kamui definitely taught her the dangers of just rushing in blindly with hands going places that she'd really rather never went to again. What was -he- doing out here in forests that usually hid quite a few dangers? He wasn't training if he looked like he just woke up a few moments ago, so was he confident enough to just sleep wherever? Questions flew about in her mind before her attention was caught with him starting to speak further.

Her eyes stared at his palm since it was offered out, curious as to why he was so willing to start explaining things such as how to strike to her? Sure, her method was completely self taught in order for basic survival, so this would be very beneficial... And the compliments to what she did get right boosted up her ego a bit more, so why not give him a good listen? Poise, stance, assault, all of it was good... But it was missing it's future? Perhaps there was something to learn here, considering that this simply left her confused. How can a punch have a future to it? Punches can have emotions, force, momentum, and even powers behind them, but a future? It was a concept she didn't quite get.

Even if she didn't understand it, Moonie's power was soon revealed to her. A single step taken back as a deep breath was taken, eyes staring at the log that was just utterly decimated by a single hit from this odd man. It was fairly possible that she might have gotten herself mixed up with someone who could destroy her easily but... Hey, she's been in that scenario about twice now, how bad will a third time be? Sadly for her, she didn't quite notice the utter hatred and violence within his being as the log was shown who was the top dog around here... But what she did notice was his willingness to train her it seemed, or at least, give her some good practice. He was starting to make more and more sense now, a sparring partner was always better then just simple posts, though his strength still worried her. Most people who got punched felt pain, but this guy? She was at least 80% sure that he was going to be fine, so there was no reason to really hold back.

"ALRIGHT ALRIGHT! NO NEED TO KEEP YELLING, BETTER CLENCH THOSE TEETH!" A rather haughty chuckle escaped past Elysia's lips, she always found some weird masochistic pleasure in fights like these, especially with how it contradicted her past. It was her time to shine now, and all she needed was a good start up. She figured if she even wanted him to feel like she hit him, her powers would need to be going at full blast. A quick hop backwards led to her gaining some distance, kicking off the ground to land a couple of feet away before fists were slammed against one another. "Awaken Spark!" Electricity surged throughout her body, riatsu once again flaring outwards in a rather explosive manner.

Her body remained motionless for a good few moments, electricity arcing through her hair, causing it to stand up rather comically as she prepared herself. Not a moment later, her voice echoed out once more to reveal a little bit about what she planned on doing. "Bullet Shot!" One moment she was there, the next she was seemingly gone. A blur was all that was seen coming towards Moonie from just a good few feet away, dashing forwards at speeds that Elysia personally thought were great... But it was becoming more and more obvious with the more people she met, they could move faster. She hoped that this one couldn't move faster like all the others. If she was able to land her attack, she would end up standing directly in front of the Iramasha, looking as if she had stopped mid-sprint with her fist slammed against his chest. Electricity shot out from her fist at the same time of impact, momentum adding unto the force behind it as the pressure exerted unto him was definitely enough to break the bones of a normal person... But not everyone is normal anymore. This was only a best cause scenario, hoping that the attack landed to at least knock him back, or even just make him flinch.

The confusion on her face amused the Moon Iramasha. After all, that small piece of confusion is what Moonie would be using to build his entire 'lesson' with this woman on. Hearing her fighting spirit, Moonie finally began to wake up, his eyes widening as he beheld the woman in front of him beginning to prepare her attack. The wind around him seemed to pick up as she roared back him, causing his eyes to widen completely as he laughed, yelling right back at her. "CAHAHAHA! THAT'S WHERE YOU'RE WRONG!"

As confusing as that statement was, it was completely true as Moonie felt her spirit charging towards him, even as she prepared her attack. As her hair began to stand up on end, a peculiar phenomenon would occur… Moonie's hair also began to rise up. The sheer mass of strands of hair that left from the top of his head were picked up by the excessive amount of electricity that was now present in the area, causing it to stand on end. Plus, Moonie's own Gravity was flowing through it, in order to mimic hers, letting his full hair do rise up into the air.

"Well… that's a lot faster than I can go, anyway." His voice told her honestly as her fist impacted into his body, his head leaning back as his mouth dropped, his fingertips beginning to shake. Her fist would feel as if it had come into contact with solid concrete, and in this moment it would become obvious to her, perhaps, about what Moonie had said. While the electricity shot through, his chest remained firm, a dark brown spot appearing even as the edge of his garment slowly began to smoke, before his head slowly began to slide forwards.

"Moon. Destroyer."

With those two words, Moonie's forehead would bare down on Elysia… before trying to smash directly into her. Now, this was not a full-powered, crust-shattering Moon Destroyer. This was one designed simply to 'wake her up', the way she had just done for Moonie. To get her blood pumping. The force that impacted her noggin, or even her body if she was still within ten feet of Moonie's body, would drag her entirely downwards by her head, likely smashing her firmly into the ground. The force from the impact would cause it to be pushed back in a radial form, creating a crater beneath Moonie's feet as he looked down at her, a smile on his face as he slowly squeezed his fingers, checking his circulation as he slowly rotated his neck.

"Voi, that woke me up." He informed her, before slowly kneeling down if she was in the crater in front of him. "Did you visualize my chest breaking, shattering?" He inquired of her, before slowly laying out the hand he had used to obliterate the log, revealing tiny traces of blood along his knuckles. "That is what I mean by 'future'. Voi, cause and effect. You have to know what your blow will do to your target. Even if it breaks your arm or your ribs to do it, you have to force your 'reality' to occur. You have to FORCE your opponent to break. After all, if you don't put that pressure onto them, how will they show you their true power?"

Moonie inquired of her, before slowly turning his back to her, his right arm raising up. Drawing his elbow and shoulder straight in a horizontal line, Moonie slowly uncurled his pinkie finger. This digit stood proudly at the end of his hand, its muscles taught, his calloused flesh rigid. "This is my finger. You have to break it. You have felt my chest. You have to breakthis." He explained to her, before looking upwards, slowly leaning his head back down as he looked her in the eyes.

"Voi… fine, I'll show you.. A technique of Moon Style. WATCH, WITH ALL YOUR SENSES." He informed her, his left foot pressing backwards into the ground, smashing into it as his body leaned forwards, his right foot reaching out as it smashed into the ground, his weight smashing into the ground as he brought his left shoulder back while pulling his right arm forwards, his fist reaching out as he applied torque to his entire arm using the muscles along its length, his fist shaking as he suddenly gripped onto his elbow and downwards, still pressing with intense strength as the words left his lips.

"MOON SMASH!"

The outporing wave of force cascaded to Moonie's left, tearing forwards as it smashed into the nearest tree, meeting intense reistance as the tree began to fall back, its roots ripped out by their seems as it smashed into the forest floor. Moonie then slowly drew his body back together, holding his arm out once again as his pinkie resumed its former position.

"Voi… now… Improve your own style… using what you've seen of mine developed over millenia…! And shatter this finger of mine, BREAK IT THROUGH!" With that final demand, Moonie would only wait, that smile still on his expression as he stared at her, his chest still smoking slightly from her last attack...

Was luckily able to slam her fist against his chest, all of her force and energy exerted out against Moonie as... The impact ended up making her hands ache with a dull pain of hitting something absolutely solid. Metal gauntlets only did oh so much against something that felt like even a tank couldn't mow through. It was honestly a little bit scary to her and rather offsetting... But before she could even react, she was just able to barely see Moonie's head move backwards to prepare itself. It didn't take a genius to understand what was about to happen next, and how much it would hurt. Her body did it's best to prepare itself for the most likely painful strike against her as best as it could, tensing up as muscles clenched.

Moon Destroyer. Something that she'd have to remember considering how much it just ruined her whole idea of being able to do something worthwhile. The impact of his forehead against her own head easily brought her straight down to the ground, ripping her off of her feet as she got a face-full of dirt. It hurt, a -lot-. She could at least feel that he held back a bit, but damn, that still hurt really bad... Imagine if he actually went full strength, she could very well be dead right where she stood. Slowly, she began to push herself into a standing position once more, hands pressing against the ground to begin lifting up her body as she stared upwards to see Moonie once more, towering over her. Words were spoken once again, teaching her further of what she needed to know.

One thing that did surprise her the most was that he was actually bleeding. She already formed this mental vision of him being extremely powerful, so how could attacking a single log be enough to harm him so? Maybe he really put enough energy into the blow to hurt himself with it. It may seem stupid but... She admired that type of strength and determination. Willing to harm one's self to get their goal done. The future of her attack, visualizing the results. It was something she'd have to keep in mind, to remember for later usage. Pressure. Something to force through the enemy's defense. Simple enough-

And then her next task came through... Break his finger. A rather unamused look came over her face for a few moments as she stared straight up at the finger shown to her. She had to break that... Well, to be fair, she barely did anything to his chest, so this might actually prove to be a fairly useful challenge for her to attempt. The woman soon found herself standing tall, staring straight at him as she began to prepare herself for an attempt before being interrupted by his words once more. His own way of fighting? He'd be willing to show her in person what it was possible of? It was a great idea to her, a smirk coming across fairly soft lips as the idea of learning more attacks to use in the future would most likely lead to her survival.

What she just witness however... Was... Something she didn't think she could ever learn. With her style of fighting, something like that just wouldn't fly. That was a pure display of strength backed by how stalwart one can stand. Her style usually involved great amounts of movements and mobility, hell, the first thing he showed off would be much easier to copy, just a headbutt with force applied. The tree was just ripped right out of the ground and forced to fall over, roots exposed and everything for crying out loud! But for now... She had to focus on the finger, something a bit more possible for her rather than tearing through trees and such. This finger was something she'd have to break...

The one booster to her confidence was that his chest was still smoking, showing that her strike had done something. So how should she break his pinky? He revealed to her that he can't move as fast as her, so she shouldn't expect Kamui levels of shenanigans... At most, she'd have to expect that pinky to be made out of diamonds for all she cared about. Fingers slowly curled to form fists as she took a step back. She doesn't have that much strength, so momentum would be needed. The woman found herself taking a few hops back to make some room between the two of them, standing at about 30 yards away before she figured this was a good enough place to attempt her strike. Her riatsu was flaring outwards once more as she got into position, similar to a sprinters now as she was nearly kneeling on the ground. Crouched as one leg was far behind her, another bent and ready to launch her off the ground. One hand kept her steady as the other was cocked back, bolts of electricity seen surrounding the fist. "DON'T MOVE A MUSCLE! I GOT THIS, BULLET SHOT!" With the words echoed out, her body became a blur once more, shooting out from her starting place. Stray leaves were sent flying in all directions once she shot forwards, dirt with some grass still attached even kicked upwards as she zoomed forwards towards Moonie. Each step was quick, feet propelling her faster and faster forwards with a fist cocked back. She had one shot, and if this messed up... Welllll, that headache she was trying to ignore might get worse with another headbutt. So instead of getting another headbutt, all she needed to do was hit the bone hard enough to shatter it or at least break it a little within it's fleshy confines. Something simple enoguh to visualize and even imagine happening.

The metal gauntlet slammed against the Pinky if Moonie stood completely still. Metal against bone, momentum from a dash hard to follow normally backing it up as she took another step forwards, trying to force her way -through- the pinky as bolts of electricity shot into the finger. Right foot forwards, right shoulder bumping Moonie's chest, right fist slamming hard against the finger. To a completely normal person, that finger and hand would probably be shattered with this amount of force... But people who can just tear through trees don't exactly have the physique of normal people, now do they?

Just a Dime a Dozen Ways to Start Conflicts [Open] Empty Re: Just a Dime a Dozen Ways to Start Conflicts [Open]

Mon Nov 09, 2015 9:35 am

It was a good thing that Moonie had decided not to use the full force of Mon Destroyer. Otherwise, the young lady he was trying to educate would quite frankly be very, very dead. Yes, that's it. The Moon Iramasha thought to himself as she slowly began to push herself back up. "Now, do you feel misery? Or do you feel exhilaration? That is the primary question. That is the purpose of the Way of the Fist, voi. Your strength and your opponent's strength are one large pool… and you want to make that pool as great as possible. It keeps your mind clear… and your blows clearer."

Moonie explained to her after having told her about what it meant to pressure someone. He could only smile at her after demonstrating his attack, seeing how she took his proposal. After his demonstration, he could 'feel' some uncertainty from her, as if she was unfamiliar with what Moonie had tried to explain to her. Voi… does she think I told her to copy what I did? Cahahaha… No, I only want her to implement parts of it into her own attacks… to increase their force by using the entirety of her body.. Well, let's see what we have here…! The Moon Iramasha thought to himself as he looked into her eyes, seeing her preparation as he began to laugh aloud.

"CAHAHAHAHA! THAT'S RIGHT!" He declared, taking note of what it would take to continue her education after this. Her preparation for using her full power… it took up too much time. It was too obvious. Moonie's eyes tracked her every step of the way to his body, his eyes wide as he laughed aloud, his arm being bent back as she smashed into him. His eyes widened as he cackled… feel his pinky snap out of shape, before a huge gash appeared between his fingers, black blood splattering out onto her gauntlet. "VOI! YOU'RE GETTING THERE!" He yelled at her as his left arm came around from behind her, his right foot smashing into the ground as he laughed once again, slamming the both of them forwards as Moonie smashed her body through one, two, three, and then a fourth tree, before finally releasing her.

"Voi. Not bad. But you need to work on that technique still." He told her, holding up his distorted hand. "This is the result you want, but how effective was your attack? Voi, your attack style is based on speed and sudden impact. That means that your weaknesses are your brute strength and your durability. The gigantic black and blue spot on your forehead proves as much." He explained to her, before slowly turning around. Moving his feet, he walked before a colossal tree, looking up it as he gently closed his eyes, wrapping his fingers around it as his grip tightened, his wrist and elbow beginning to move upwards… as the tree began to do the same.

"Voi, when I said to incorporate what I showed you… I meant to use your body. For example, what if you provided rotation to your impact?" He asked her, holding up his left hand as he brought it outwards towards another tree to his left, spinning his fist as it made impact. Not only did it smash the tree out from its roots, but the rotation dragged out the resistance, causing it to become lifted. "Forces… is what it all comes down to." He explained to her with a smile, his arms hefting the tree in his hands as he now had room where the one to his left had been knocked down.

"It does not matter the martial art… but if you feel ready, I'll show you what I have for that kind of style…" He explained to her, his eyes darkening as he tossed up the tree into the air, causing it to fall vertically as Moonie's gaze stared at it, his body horizontal to Elysia's gaze, making sure that she could see everything. "VOI!"

"MOON PUSH… RAID!"

With that declaration, Moonie's four fingers in his right and left hands curved in, revealing his knuckles as his body leaned forwards. Like a snake, he whipped the fingers outwards, crashing into the tree's length with each strike of his knuckles. The tree snapped apart into logs, flipping outwards with the force of each strike and moving out of the way, before Moonie's mouth opened wide.

"MOON BLOW!"

With that announcement, Moonie released a stream of Blast from his lips, as wide as the hole in his mouth… but so intense that the air around it became lit on fire due to the intensity and speed, the tree's leaves being consumed by flame as Moonie then opened that mouth of his wide, a cloud of Gravity flowing outwards as the charred leaves descended into his gaping maw. "Voi. Thanks for the meal." He said with a smile before turning back to her, his hands slowly falling to his sides.

"Now… I want to push you to the limit." He told her, that smile returning to his face once again. "I want you on that line between life and death. You have seen how I handle it. Once you experience… that… for long enough… you will be able to summon that mentality at any time. And that is the true goal of this training… To reach deep inside of you, to drag out any hidden potential laying around. To grab for your 'soul'. That is the Way of the Fist."

With that explanation, Moonie's mane would whip out to the right, his right palm laying over his right. "Voi. Prepare yourself for an attack. But attack me as I prepare it. Do not abandon your fear. But force it to make you more awake. FIGHT WITH IT. It's part of who you are! And only by becoming familiar with fear that grabs at your very soul, that chills your feet solid, will you find the true path forwards."

Moonie was not used to talking so much. However, anyone who assumed that the male was poor-educated or stupid… would be proven wrong. Moonie was very intelligent.. He simply chose not to use his words most of the time. Right now, though, he had things to say, so he said them. Between his hands, a small sphere of pure Blast energy had appeared, Moonie's hands grasping the energy as he compressed it. "Voi, can your manipulation do something like this…?" He inquired of her, still holding the sphere as he would wait for her assault…

After all… the main point of his words… was for her to attack him now, in any way she desired… even knowing… that he was going to hit her back...

Victory. Success. Satisfaction. All of those words popped into the human's mind as she finally landed a good hit and accomplished her goal in a rather... Morbid type of way. The last thing she expected was black blood to spurt from the wound she created when Moonie's pinky was snapped. Her gauntlet was stained with the sickly liquid as a look of concern came over her face when Moonie seemed to -laugh-. What did she get herself into? The question was answered rather quickly as she found herself held in a way?

This wasn't a gentle hug however, it was an arm slamming around her back to bring her closer to Moonie as the being launched the both of them forwards, Elysia unable to react as she could only prepare for the worse. She was expecting to get knocked into the ground, which hurt on it's own... But this pain was much, MUCH worse. Her back was slammed against tree after tree, being forced to tear through each of them as she howled out in pain. She's felt worse... Right? That was her usual excuse, she's been stabbed, beaten over the head with metal pipes, kicked while she was down with broken ribs... But this was a first, being brought through thick, tall trees as if it were nothing.

It took her a few moments for her senses to return to her. She was -riddled- with pain, body aching from the brute force. She was finally released and allowed to stand on her own, body shaking just slightly from the impact just moments before. Moonie made it plainly obvious how his durability and strength far surpassed her own. She was at least able to challenge him with her speed, but it only did so much. Eyes stared towards him with heavy breaths as she tried to recompose herself for a few moments, taking his monologue for this breather. Her ears and eyes were open, paying close attention as she's actually feeling quite invested into this training sessions.

Strength and Durability... It -was- pretty obvious with how she's been fighting. The black and blue was extremely obvious... Reminding her just how much ice she'd need when she got back to the base after all of this. -If- she even got out alive, a possibility she had to start considering now. Eyes followed his fairly messed up hand as it... Lifted up an entire tree without issue. Moonie didn't even seem to flinch from his damaged pinky even, a feat that definitely impressed Elysia. She's been exposed to brute force, blinding speeds... But something -this- powerful? Honestly, she had a lot more training to do if she ever wanted to get her goals completed.

Awe. That's what was seen on Elysia's face soon after. Moonie display of raw force left her staring as nothing seemed to eve impede him. None of nature posed any type of thread if he had -this- type of power to throw around without an issue. One tree was just lifted up and shattered into logs right in front of her with one strike. Then soon after, pure energy was released to char leaves for Moonie to devour and even compliment as a fine meal. A few questions popped up in Elysia's mind, such as if this was one of those people that live in forests all day and grow insane.

Even if the question was thought, she wouldn't dare ask it. Instead, she offered a cocky grin towards Moonie's smile. Even if she was the student, she still had to show some confidence and pride through the pain. She -has- dealt with worse pain before, that or adrenaline was simply keeping her from feeling the full brunt right now. What Moonie uttered next... Sounded rather easy. She's spent almost her entire life in that situation, but perhaps not long enough if she wasn't on his level yet. A quick nod was given to Moonie as she began to stand up straight once more after catching her breath. Arms hung low as she bent down just slightly, staring ahead towards him. What was her new goal?

Her new goal was something she's done before and would rather not attempt again unless needed. The last time she tried this, she's had to wrap ice around her knee for days to bring the swelling down. Hey, no pain no gain, right? She's willing to mess up her body once more for a good training match with someone. All she had to do was attack him during his own attack. Fight with fear. Use every emotions. Use the true path... A little bit shonen, but it's gotten her through a lot in her life using most of her feelings to fight.

What did make her question her own abilities further was... Well, Moonie's question. Her manipulation wasn't that great yet, hell, she could feel her energy reserves being drained the longer she kept Awaken Spark active. She had a bit longer, enough to show her surprise teacher just how much she had in her. Attack him -now-. Something easy enough. A few steps back were taken as she prepared herself in a familiar pose. Legs spread apart shoulder width, arms cocked at her side as a single moment passed.

When a full second passed, she screamed outwards, grin further seen upon her lips as she was feeling the rush of this already. "Bullet Shot!" The woman was a blur once more as... She didn't appear in front of Moonie at the end of her dash. She found herself right besides him, to his left as her right foot harshly slammed into the dirt, digging a few inches deep as she spun on her heel, left leg zooming towards the back of his knee. "Luce Celeritate!" A move learned by Hayden. One that used all of one's momentum in order to try and disable a foe through striking at the back of their knees. The force from momentum and power alone would be enough to shatter any normal person's knee.

She wasn't done yet. If she was at the very least able to land the hit on the back of Moonie's knee, she would kick upwards off of it. Her momentum still used from the dash and spin forcing her body to spin mid-air as her right foot came swerving over from the right side of Moonie's head towards the back of his neck. He can survive this. She's certain. "Bisectur!" Another attack she learned from Hayden that was supposed to chain together right after Luce Celeritate! The pure speed and aiming of this attack was usually enough to tear through the flesh of a normal person's neck in order to decapitate them if it landed.

But results on Moonie depended on if he even let the first kick hit. She was left in the air now, completely vulnerable from all angles as all of her momentum had been used for these attacks. Just how would she be punished for this vulnerability now?

Moonie was pleased that she was keeping such intense attention on the matters at hand. He could tell that she was in quite a lot of pain. He could also tell that she was really feeling his attacks. The fact of the matter was, she was just a normal human. That was not something that Moonie had been expecting, but it was something that he expected to change. After all, she had the potential to generate that electricity… but still, her emphasis was almost entirely on being like the lightning, without the force of the thunder.

Although Moonie could have no idea what she was thinking… perhaps she would realize that he was a force of nature. An Iramasha spawned by the Moon, he carried with him the brute force of its power. The ability to draw currents towards it, to crash through space in a gravitational ring with the Earth… such massive power, tectonic-class movement. He was its child, the spawn of such a thing. He had spent thousands of years there, training, staring back up at the earth… feeling so very, very alone. When he had been brought here… something had changed within him. First, he had wanted to kill everything and everyone who claimed strength. That Moonie would have already killed Elysia and blamed her weakness for her death.

This Moonie had a more gentle soul. While he still valued strength, he now valued strength of a different kind. He valued the strength to make one's outside like one's inside. To be able to display one's soul at its greatest level, to force it to resonate with another, causing both to burn and flare brighter.

Voi… it took to long… Moonie thought to himself about her start up, watching her dash to his side, her leg reaching out as it smashed into his leg from behind. Good move. But I think she stopped visualizing the future, voi. He thought to himself as his hands slowly came apart, his leg lifting up to help solidify him as he breathed out, his eyes still following her as her leg moved behind him. Thinking at speeds much faster than a normal person, Moonie decided to make a snap decision. Her foot smashed into the back of his head… and just like before, black blood exploded outwards. His neck fell backwards, his eyes open wide as he looked at her from behind, his mouth open in a wide 'O'.

Most people would assume him completely dead… but most people wouldn't feel his arm gripping around their leg. Moonie's mouth slowly changed, becoming a smile as his head began to reattached itself, his flesh moving as the wound on his neck slowly began to close, holding onto her leg as he swung her entire body around, smashing her into the ground like a rag doll. Wrapping both hands around that arm of hers, he pressed his right foot into the small of her back. ray]"VOI! WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE YOURSELF SO VULNERABLE? DO YOU THINK I'M AN IDIOT!" He asked her plainly, before releasing her arm as he wrapped his fingers around her leg, some of the blood from his still wounded pinky dripping along her skin as he held her up in the air.

"Voi… Don't let yourself be vulnerable. Do something, anything to avoid being discourteous to your opponent like that. Fighting is an unspoken contract between two people… making it simple VIOLATES that contract! YOU HAVE TO FEEL IT!" Moonie proclaimed, before looking up into the sky.

"Voi. I'm giving you one more assignment to do as part of this one. And that's… TO FLY!" He told her , lifting her up by her leg as he rotated his arm to the right, the muscles along his right arm and pectoral flexing, her entire body feeling weightless as Moonie's right arm hefted her upwards. Releasing the woman's body, he put a bit of a spin on her, letting go as she began to positively fly upwards.

Moonie, for his part, would press off of the ground as well, leaping into the air as he manipulated his own gravity, going faster as he yelled after her. "Voi… IF YOU DON'T DO SOMETHING DRAMATIC… YOU'RE REALLY GONNA DIE! " He explained to her, a smile on his face. After all, he was feeling the rush of flying into the clouds. As for her… after a few moments of this, the adrenaline in her body and mind would begin to go absolutely crazy from the speed. Her heart would begin pounding in her chest, and if she was afraid of the ground below… that would make it pound all the harder. Come on… if you can't get past this… then we'll never get anywhere…

Stopping himself at the top of her arc, his body slowly rotated, having ended up just above her as their velocities became zero, if only for an instant. The air was very light up here.. They had ended up almost two miles off of the ground. "...Voi. EXPLODE!" He yelled at her, before opening both hands as waves of Blast emerged, throwing them to either side of the pair of them… and he let her drop as well.

Moonie did not know what it was that she would do about this situation. Perhaps her potential would unlock from the necessity of this. Perhaps it would open the door. To Moonie, that was the first step. Unless she could reach for that forbidden power deep inside of her… he would not be able to help her get any more of it out.

However… he was listening well. If she actually impacted with the ground, the two waves of Blast which Moonie had sent would reveal their true purpose, releasing a massive wave of Gravity on the ground that would nullify her own gravity, setting it down to absolute zero. Now, whether or not she had a heart attack after that was none of Moonie's business. He did not wish to kill her. But… he would give her this little trip as many times as it took… but truly… it should not take more than this single time.

"Voi. Come up here and continue our fight when you're done." He roared outwards, the words reaching her no matter where she was on the path from earth to heavens. Moonie was excited… after all, this was the part… with her body battered and damaged from fighting, her spirit now going into overdrive from the possibility of death… this was what Moonie lived for. He could not wait to see what she had to show him…

Who knew? Maybe this would even drive her close enough to the edge that she, too, would take on the mantle of 'Voi'.

A hit, a strike that landed upon the Iramasha's body. This was something that instilled a sense of pride into Elysia, something to further spur her on, to keep her fighting throughout all of the pain she felt from this 'training' that she's been put through for quite a while now. Two strong kicks landed upon his body, one on the back of his knee, the other unto the back of his head. Her view point was now in the air behind him, feeling her foot force his neck to bend, causing his head to fall back with wide eyes and his mouth in the shape of an 'O'... No, she didn't kill him. The exact opposite actually. She spurred him on further. Amber eyes slowly began to widen, pupils dilating as she released just how much she had screwed herself over. This attack would work great on any normal being, but Moonie could take very one of her hits without even flinching... She just opened herself up to an onslaught of pain.

And that's exactly what the woman was forced to deal with next, feeling the male's hand launch outwards to grasp unto her leg and swing it downwards. It felt as if she was being swung like a rag doll, body forced to sail through the air in a rather painful way as it slammed into the ground. Words from Moonie echoed outwards to her, barely heard as there was a dull ringing within her head, head just hitting the ground rather hard. It hurt. It hurt a -lot-... But she's dealt with worse. That's all that kept going through her own mind. She's dealt with worse. There's been worse fates to others. She can survive. Her body is a vessel, she's survived worse pain than others, both physical and mental.

A foot was applied unto her back, eliciting a groan of pain as Elysia's free hand found itself slowly pressing against the ground, palm facing down as she tried to push herself up even with the weight of Moonie on top of her, even with her arm held upwards and leaving her with only one to use.. He wasn't an idiot, no. Sure, she was very vulnerable at the time but... She landed a good enough hit to tear flesh. This was progress. This was something for her to keep using as a crutch, something to lean upon to bring her closer to her newly founded goals. The woman began to push against the ground before being once again tossed around. Another grab at her leg lead to her being lifted upwards, upside down as she stared straight towards Moonie. Her eyes were... Different, no longer resembling that or a normal person's, but instead, resembling someone who wasn't quite... Right. Her pupils were heavily dilated, very small and almost like tiny dots as she stared upwards at Moonie. Electricity sparked all throughout her body as muscles twitched, her body squirming in his grasp.

It can't be simple. It has to be something worthwhile... She can do that. This fight has to show that both fighters are trying their best, are going all out... Are showing that they aren't just fighters, but living being. Beings with hopes and dreams that should overcome any challenge that arises in front of them. Maybe her mind was resorting to overly dramatic thoughts, but no one ever said that was a bad thing. Before she could recollect anything that had just happened... She was -flying-. Well, the term is being thrown at insanely high speeds upwards, but same difference. The woman was spinning as well, making it all the more dizzying and difficult to truly pertain where she was, but she's dealt with confusing fights before... Just... Damn. This was all so much, the air even felt thinner as she was high in the sky, finally slowing her spinning down as she looked down to see... Just how high up she was.

Her heart was going crazy, constantly pumping, feeling ready to burst forth from her chest from just how much adrenaline was in her. She was so high... How... How was she going to survive the fall? Eyes turned towards Moonie, pupils still just as dilated as before... She had to do something dramatic to survive, right? That's what he just said, right? Well, she certainly planned on surviving this, after all, this would be a pretty shitty way for her story to end. The woman reached the top of her arc, eyes staring towards Moonie as the Iramasha had a smile upon his lips still, sending out waves of energy... Not towards her. They certainly didn't seem to help her at this moment as she felt gravity take it's hold on her as she was being pulled downwards. Her body lurched forwards, arms reaching out towards Moonie, fingers stretched outwards to him as if she was trying to grasp on, but she was too late...

She began to fall, the figure slowly becoming smaller and smaller within her view, her sight starting to fail her as the wind howled within her ears. Despite how this all seemed hopeless, and how fruitless all of this seemed... She wouldn't give up. Elysia's mind flashed with images of her, the girl that gave her hope. The girl that helped her fight. The girl that gave her the determination to live... She wouldn't give up. She would improve. She would get better. She would fight until the last drop of blood was spilled, and Elysia would do the same.

A howl echoed outwards from the woman, hair standing up on ends as volts of electricity surged throughout her body with much more intensity than before. The pure energy even arced out from her body into the air around her, dying out after a few feet, but proving just how much her spirit was flaring outwards, how much her will to live was empowering her. How much of her Reiatsu she was burning. A burst of energy like this would certainly drain most people, and Elysia has been fighting at her best for a while, it would be obvious to Moonie that her energy reserves would start to run low after her next surprise came to Fruition.

The woman seemed to almost implode in on herself, body shrinking until she appeared to just be a bright ball of light. This ball of light wasn't just something that glowed brightly... But it was a physical manifestation of her reiatsu taking over, filling her body to the brim to imbue it with the element of electricity further. She almost resembled Lightning Sprites from many fables and tales, the size of a fairy, the power of the elements... And she seemed to follow one of their more fun ability. The woman began to zoom straight upwards towards Moonie in this form. A flash of light again and again as she would be floating in one spot and 50 feet higher in a blink of an eye. To those trained, they could see her body condense into this sprite-like form and zap forwards in the blink of an eye before returning to normal.

This was taxing. It drained her energy even further than before, but she would accomplish her goal. The woman continued her newly found form of teleporting until Moonie no longer found her... But could easily sense the flaring reiatsu just above him, and a glance would reveal Elysia just above his head, legs to her sides as her fists interlocked above her head, clinging to one another tightly as the metal gauntlets were coursing with her spiritual energy. The woman fell downwards, swinging her interlocked fists at the same time straight towards the center of Moonie's head. "Voi! Helmsplitter!" A new attack made up on the spot. It was rather simple. Split the head of anyone who took the hit head-on. This time, at the very least, she wasn't entirely open, legs still able to lash out if he tried to counter in a way that left her in further pain. If the gauntlets were able to hit, all of her strength and only about a full second of falling would apply, momentum and force slamming down with metal backing it straight into Moonie's skull with her reiatsu flaring outwards, volts shooting deep into his head, attempting to bring further pain and harm unto him.

Elysia could just -feel- it... The sound of bones cracking and visions fading, but all for Moonie. She could taste victory now, she could imagine him falling to the ground, standing right back up with that same smile... And telling her that she passed.

At long last, Moonie could see the change in her eyes. The eyes of someone who was going through what Elysia was now experiencing. She had abandoned that notion of 'I have felt worse, I know what worse is' . She was no longer thinking about such things. In her mind now was only the situation that Moonie had put her in.

Seeing her reach upwards, towards him… made Moonie feel something. While he definitely believed in what it was that he was doing… He felt that… perhaps… he wished… that he did not need to be so rough with her. For the first time, it truly struck him that this woman was truly going through massive amounts of pain for this training. It brought a slightly hard look to his face for just an instant. After all… what he had in mind for her… it required exactly this. So, to ensure that she would reach that place she needed to be… Moonie Iramasha would continue to blaze with his own soul, to try to keep hers resonating at the same pace.

"Let us see what you can do…" He rumbled under his breath, his arms folding in front of his body as he watched her slowly transformation. His eyes watched as he slowly smiled at her transformation, a small laugh forming in his throat as he watched her flash up to him… and then kept going. "VOI?" He demanded of her now that she was in the sky above him, that eternal question being shared between the man and woman as he waited for her reply. She finally gets it.

That was Moonie's last thought as the gauntlets smashed into his forehead, shockwaves of pure force rebounding back into Elysia's arms, perhaps even dislocating one of her shoulders from the back-resonance, even as the male's head was hit backwards. Moonie's laughter could be heard as he began to fall backwards…

And then his legs shot out and around, grabbing onto her waist as he laughed, his body slowly turning into a dive as he began to spin rapidly, his body flipping around and around as he drew her closer, finally clenching his arms around either side of her torso, pressing his arms around hers as she faced away from him. "VOI! THAT WAS GREAT!" He exclaimed, before curling up into a ball as the pair of them smashed into the ground below, a massive crater shooting outwards as trees began to crack and fall, descending into the ground with loud noises all across the forest, Moonie's body laying in the wake of it all as his arms were still tightly wrapped around her, having borrowed her with his little maneuver to have a taste of what he felt she had given her.

"Voi, now, for the finale…" He slowly whispered, before standing up as he reached an arm into the air, his hand gripping… as a handle appeared out of the air, as if veiled between two layers of what Elysia could see. Bringing his arm back, Moonie withdrew his unique weapon, Mun, drawing it as he held it aloft over her form, the blade moving back as Moonie's eyes met hers, the giant rock held over his head. "Voi. PREPARE YOURSELF. BECAUSE YOU… HAVE NOT FELT ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE. FINAL EXAMINATION."

He told her those words, his eyes deadly serious as his grip on the sword tightened, his words leaving as it began to come down. "HIT ME AGAIN, WITH ALL THAT YOU HAVE, WITH ALL OF YOUR SOUL, AS YOUR MIND AND BODY ARE NOW EXHAUSTED, LEAVING NOTHING BEHIND!" He told her, bringing the weapon down as he smashed it into her legs, his left hand gripping onto her now-tattered jacket as he tugged her into the air, grabbing her shoulder as he pulled her forwards, Mun laying out on its side as it crushed into her stomach, likely knocking the wind, and maybe even a little blood, from her feminine lips. Finally, Moonie brought his hands to the side, before leaning forwards.

His hands slowly turned into fists as they crashed into both of Elysia's shoulders, trying to smash the woman back with raw force, before Moonie stood once again, holding his hands out to either side, the weapon he wielded firmly on his back now.

"KEEP IT GOING! FOR ONE MORE ATTACK! VOI!"
