Another day passed, and another dread filled war came to pass. This is what life in the human world, nay, all realms at this point seemed to be.

Everything was cold as the shiver of war chilled down the spine of Iceland. With the autumn weather oozing over a wicked frost, the weather was quite bleak; as if matching the outlook of the world itself now that the curtains of conflict closed on all sides. The skies soon turned into a melancholy shade of grey and through the mist of sadness did the Shadow Fall troops storm into the city soon after. For, in the screams of men and women alike, did the echos of battle roar throughout the corners of the city and soon did a tinted barrier with a nasty shade of black consume the city like a disgusting infection.

Yeah. That was the right word to use for this war. It brought forth the feelings of unrest, uneasiness and sense of dread for the oblivion that was sure to come for many of those who took part in such a bloodshed. And for some -- it brought forth the errors of previous clashes. Ones which caused a lifetime of nightmares and anguish for a spirit. This would be such the case for the Sixth Archduchess of Shadow Fall: Saiko Mori -- The Gotei 13's demonic betrayer.

As she led a platoon of a few ten thousand men to the out lands of the city to face the enemy, imagery of former wars bled into her mind and instilled a sense of terror and anxiety. Flashing back to the visuals of Demonic Incursion, the holy war waged within the Soul Society burned within the tainted Shinigami's mind as recollections of the many former comrades she slayed with her hands rushed into to the maiden's consciousness.

As these scorching reminders of days past melted through Saiko's mind, the heartbeat of The Archduchess beat like mad. It was if someone had their foot on the accelerator and never let go. Her body became as light as feather, perception as distorted as static on the TV and nauseous gnawing like a parasite within the gut. Yes, this anticipation within The Void Enigma's body was par for the course when it came to any battle or mission waged for Shadow Fall. Yet, in wartime situations, this absolute horror exploded tenfold and she would once again be forced to face the demons of the past in the present as the gears of conflict shifted.

Yet, these feelings of internal horror could not be indulged for long. As if cutting through the fabric of existence itself, a blackened void opened in a horizontal fashion across a mile region. With this bleeding hole slashed through the lands did ten thousand of Shadow Fall's Sixth Circle agents come storming out to combat the threat of The Vanguard. Ready to put the hurt on their mortal foes, it did not take long for the sounds of swords, echoing gunshots, roaring of screams and rumblings of explosions to fill the out lands of Akureyri.

For miles on end within these mountainous ranges, the virus of war injected itself into the soil of Shadow Fall's home. While the Vanguard put up a valiant fight, they were on the turf of their enemy and this enemy had a heavy advantage in numbers and resources. Thus, the initial result was one where mounds of Vanguards operatives were being slain in higher numbers than Shadow Fall's own. Of course, many types of demons, hollows and Arrancar's were killed in dozens, but they were being killed in the hundreds and eventually reaching the thousands after the first half hour of combat.

Therefore, the heat of battle was raging on and the likes of Saiko Mori seemed to otherwise be leading her men straight into the depths of hell itself with a terrified, but resolute direction. Thus, the scene would zoom in and The Archduchess soon found herself circled by hundreds of Vanguard operatives aiming for her head due to the position this woman held. She was to be a high-impact kill for her rank as being on par with a Captain. If they could defeat or kill her -- it would send a harsh message within the depths of Shadow Fall. So, many sorts of murderous, hostile and downright vile cries, stares and attacks were launched towards her way.

Yet, the pale white figure only let out a slight whimper and shielded herself against a barrage of projectiles in the form of a dense, black flame that erupted around her body. It corroded the many types of various bullets, arrows and energized shots thrown at her; much to their horror. As The Betrayer placed each of her cold palms through her raven black hair, this corrupted shinigami cursed with demon blood shut her plum eye and tried to drown out the sounds of the world.

"Please....stop.....I don't want this....you don't have to do this. Just go back to your own land....."

These petrified words were echoed out through the battlefield by Saiko's spiritual aura projecting her sullen voice. They were meant to try and reason with the men before they marched forth into their deaths.

"ARE YOU BRAIN-DEAD?! YOU CAN'T BACK OUT OF THIS NOW! YOU'VE REAPED WHAT YOU SOW AND NOW WE ARE TAKING YOUR HEAD, WHORE!"

One of the more livid and wild men shouted out a cry of rage as he stared down the sight of this pathetic excuse for a Shadow Fall operative. He was searing with sheer fury as she had no right to say such things after the horrors he had seen this organization do in the world. So, there was no going back on this road and he unleashed a burst of lightning strong enough to harm even the likes Saiko.

"...."

No response was given after that. What could she give as a reply? No. There was no exit. No exit at all.

There was only -- blood to be shed.

In response to this thought, the eye patch upon the Void Engima's left eye became devoured by a violet and midnight flame. An upsurge of energy was overflowing within and around The Demonic Shinigami. It caused her shade hued, hooded jacket and thigh-high skirt to flare violently against the harsh gust flooding the area. As she stood up on her own two feet once more, the tense Archduchess clenched her fist together and an outbreak of darkness choked the area. In this discharge of raw power, dozens upon dozens of Shinigami and Humans alike become a puddle of liquefied guts, skin, blood and organ. They dissolved and turned into their pure primordial essence as the flares from this diffusing fire outright broke their bodies down in an odious outpouring of death energy.

Hordes of more men and women alike soon screamed bloody murderer as the enemy went on such a vicious assault. Yet, from the point of view of Saiko, this was a terrified response to a group of people who refused to back down from a war they didn't need to fight. She had no desire to truly fight them, but her soul was long sold to demon-kind for the sacrifice of those she loved. Hence, in this depraved form would she fight against them and do nothing to stop the toxins of the devil itself from polluting her body.

Thus, in an cyclone blast of guilt, rage, fear and regret did The Archduchess of Shadow Fall dismember her foes. In one swift motion she forged a blade of shadowy flames and began the process of systemically cutting through all those who opposed her. Wave after wave, the bodies began to pile up and the blood poured down on Saiko's body like an unending rain. Skewered limbs, slain hearts, melted skin, dissembled eyeballs, torn guts and a cluster of mangled human waste piled up for hundreds of meters as Saiko let out her howl of anguish against her foes. The sobs were intense, but she knew she had to keep going through this river of death to make the pact she dealt decades ago become further fulfilled.

Even as many souls tried to fight back against this solo-butchering, The Void Enigma did not cease in her outrage. For during this out lash did a holy arrow piece the medial section of Saiko's abdomen and cause a streak of soot, crimson and indigo fluids to become spewed out of her body. Despite these vital liquids leaving her, the adrenaline and fear was too much to for the tainted shinigami care. She just kept slaughtering and slaughtering until hundreds of men were left massacred in her weak.

After ceasing her movement in a graveyard of rotted flesh, The Archduchess began panting heavily, sweating and wiping away the tears of extreme excitement and began to calm herself down. This was what Saiko signed up to do when her spirit was sacrificed to these monsters, so she had to psyche up and move through the pain. The Betrayer had no one but herself to blame. For as she stood in this tomb of mutilated bodies, the words of those men rang with a sense of moral righteousness within the conscious mind of The Void Enigma. She had no right to say such idiotic sentiments, but this terror kept choking her up and she just didn't know what to do.

She wanted it to stop -- but it was just too late. It was far too late to recant such action and bloodshed. Hence, as more battlefields became craved out on this mountain of causality did the heaviness and impact of this war hit her hard. Standing firm in the blood of her slain enemies, Saiko stared at her soiled hands and understood the beast she turned herself into with this sense of inward cowardice and greed. No matter how much er anxiety screamed at her to flee, she had to own the sins of her past and walk forward with them for they were her choices coming to life and she was reaping what she sowed.

But, in spite of all this, the rotten soul of Saiko Mori managed to carry on and sing this song to herself to cope and take her worrying mind away from the sea of death before her eyes:

"This gravity is crushing me. The exit’s not here and so much doubt falls on me."

Following those heartfelt words, The Void Engima's face fell into a deep trance and a tendril of darkness extended from her back. It rattled and vibrated with peer malicious intent and was ready to kill on behalf of its master. Extending for roughly five fight and moving at break neck speeds, this appendage leaped into action and crushed five humans to death on impact. With blood dripping from this shade tentacle, the body of The Archduchess went into an automatic state of fighting and she drifted further away into her disjointed state of being:

"I can’t stop myself from looking behind from the end, I’m standing, surrounded, so close to the edge."

In a full 360 sweep, The Betrayer continued her murderous melody by severing the bodies of two dozen humans in half and leaving them nothing but bloodied stumps on the ground. The tendril compromised of pure onyx flames was now entirely covered in blood, but she still carried on:

"It’s getting dark and panic’s setting in. My spirit tumbles down into eternity, and I question if this soul of mine will ever find any solace?"

....

There was nothing left in the wake of Saiko's onslaught. Not a soul stood and she was left alone. There was now -- only silence this battlefield. At least, if one discounts the echoing sounds of far-off battles quite a ways from this burial ground of Vanguard operatives.

Thus, Saiko was left to stare into the dimming clouds. The slaying could end for now and Saiko closed her eyes to further meditate and ease the tensions brewing within her body. During this down time, she uttered out one more verse of her solemn song:

"This feeling’s setting in and I am faced with a sudden silence. This sight I see is confusing me and I wonder if I can be seen......."

War. War never changes. Lives will be lost and victories forged through a path of blood and loss.

This is what Hayden was born to do what he was bred to do in his human life and now in his life as a death god. Every little conflict on earth or in the multiverse led back to war, the conquest for power or unity with each side believing they were more entitled than the other. This was the life he had chosen and by no means did he deny that, it was what felt right to him as if being in a battle field or some type of conflict to liberate people. Yet, as he heard the news of a whole division disappearing before his arrival to the dreaded city he now knew as akureyri his calm exterior masked the rage bubbling inside of him. It was time to enact some vengeance be it righteous or otherwise.

The news had arrived over radio, well the first part he didn’t fully know what was happening till he actually tuned into the communication channel. As his fingers messed with the dial of the portable communication device in one swift motion the static turned into what can only be described as a massacre. The blood curdling screams heard and loss of life was easily discernible from all the noise in fact that was all he heard; no fighting only the sound of helpless men and women being torn to shreds. This wasn’t a battle it was a god damn massacre.

Every soldier knew when going into a battle that their was a hefty chance every bullet fired, every swing of a blade, or even just an unlucky step could be the thing to do them in. That was a honorable death, at least to go out fighting for a cause. But to die while scared with most likely some monster was something they did not deserve, these men and women under him who had pledged their lives to the same cause he did. He was willing to die gladly for this and he knew everyone of them was ready to do so too. Yet, as he sat in the boat that made it’s way to the shore near the city this conflict was taking place he felt an overwhelming energy that almost matched his rage. Almost.

The waves smashed into the boat as he neared the shoreline with a small detechment of soldiers meant to intercept into the city and cut off the enemy forces. But it seemed that plan had gone to shit now that literally the whole division was wiped out so quickly. Hayden finger switched the dial as silence overtook the once murderous screams channel the small amount of soldiers with them silent as their resolve was just as strong as his. But he knew if they went into this battle they would most likely meet the same fate as the others; so he turned to them warning them only once.

“If you come with me; I have a strong feeling you will all die. For the Vanguard sake you should set us up a base of operations at this cost and stay away from this battle. Be prepared for any more forces that come with way; I have a feeling some more of our operatives will be coming this way.”

He instructed them a bit solemnly knowing that they ached to go into battle to defend the name of the Vanguard and their fallen brothers and sisters. Yet, he also knew they understood if they died they would not be able to further their cause so they all nodded beginning to unload the two fishing vessel size ships filled with equipment. They was acting as a signal force and intel force right now that would re-equip any units that came this way while setting up entrapments to push the enemy away should they take this chance to try to assault the lone unit of twenty operatives. Yet, it was to keep in mind while these were not a force capable of dealing with the person who had just slaughter a division they could handle themselves. It was time to start the wheels of this battle.

This whole damn conflict was a liberation to free iceland from shadowfall clutches, this war could determine a lot including the standing of the Vanguard within the world. For a while they weren't being taken seriously but now as they made moves against a fair strong organization the world was watching them. Now was not the time to fail or stumble because if they did their whole world could come crashing down upon their heads. So as Hayden bid a farewell to his fellow soldiers beginning the march up the icy ground he looked behind him to see the waters they came at between the two separated land masses. Ideally if they could capture and set up a permanent foot hold within this area it could provide a good tactical insertion.

The silent death march through the terrain was uneventful but the increasingly powerful spiritual pressure of a shinigami was something worth noticing, but he didn’t hide his he openly displayed his power to them. Letting his reiatsu flow through his body as he marched to the spot where the unit was last reported, each step feeling heavier as he neared knowing that he would finally meet the bastard who did this to his people. The stench of the coppery smell of blood pungent in the air as he finally began to near the scene of murder; the crime that was committed upon these unholy lands would go punished so long as their was blood in his body. So long as he walked this earth their would be hell to pay for the lives lost here today.

Finally, after some time The Fallen Soldier reached the center of the massacre, passing the discarded corpses of his comrades that lay shredded to pieces and broken in ways he would not describe for all the money in the world. This was carnage, a carnage that would be met with full force so long as he had a say in this. In the middle of this carnage he saw a single standing in the middle with a calm expression on their face; the power that was emitting from them had to be the power that committed this atrocity to his people. Yet; it appeared as just a child but if he learned anything since joining the Vanguard looks were deceiving. So he removed his Zanpakutō from his back burying it in the ground next to him slightly before opening his mouth in a roar that would echo throughout the valley of death. They needed to know someone was here to provide retribution to the lives they just taken; no man or woman or even death himself would stop the bloody rage that would come from the man.

“Retribution has come; for the crimes committed against these soldiers and the world I see only two options- Surrender or face my retribution.”

These words echoed between the two as they stood a good twenty meters apart his hand resting on his Zanpakutō; he knew that anyone that would slaughter these people would not surrender to him. It made this all the much sweeter knowing that this person and him had a understand that one of them would not be walking away from the field alive today. This was two warriors squaring off in a battle that could help determine this war. He had no time to be gentle, to show compassion to a child on this field let alone a fellow shinigami. All he saw was a enemy who had given a disgraceful death to each one of his soldiers and for that they would pay.

This battle was going to be so much more than just a battle for a way to Hayden; this was all his training and livelihood coming to fruition. Ever since Wolf he pledged to grow so strong that even gods would have to recognize this power; that no life he could defend would go unguarded due to his weakness. This person would be the gauge to how far he had come and due to that he could not lose. He would not lose. Not today.

The battle has been set, the cards have been played now it was their move. It was time to enter into the arena of battle. It was time for someone to die.

Guardians. That's what Ash always believed she were, along that all of her allies were. Guardians. People that protected others, made sure they were safe, happy, alive. That was one of her life goals within life, along with happiness, and freedom for those that wish for it. All of these were fairly generic thoughts for someone who wanted to be a good guy, but all of these ideals were put unto her by her father, and those she loved. Long hair flowed down her back, her gender a bit more obvious this time as she seemed to be female this time, perhaps for a slightly smaller frame to move quicker. Every bit counts. A tightly worn uniform covered their body, black vest with straps all along it clinging to their chest, thick sleeves covering their arms as they didn't seem to worry all too much about protection, more-so mobility. Tights covering their legs, black fabric seemingly strong but thin, clinging to thighs and calves with just as black sneakers allowed them to move quickly without all too much trouble.

They had come here for a reason, remaining near the very outskirts of one of the large sections for battle for a multitude of reasons. The first being that she knew she couldn't fight what was happening inside. She heard the screams, the yelling, the violence all caused by one being deep within. The girl may have been here to fight for the liberation of Iceland, but not to get killed and only add another body to the corpses. She needed someone to fight with, someone that she could rely on, someone to call her partner for this mission. She came here without one, only being part of one of the ships sent out, and only for her to take the supporting role earlier in some of the major scale fights, the images of violence still so fresh within her mind of what happened just a while ago.

Standing in the far back, being a support for those in need of it. She never fought with weapons, but instead, her power. Chaos Energy being used to support those in need of it. It played so freshly in front of her eyes, so many people she knew in the vanguard rushing forwards, clashing blades and ducking behind cover as bullets whizzed by. Screams of pain and roars of blood lust echoing out, along with the cries of those begging for mercy. Why fight a war? Why bring people to feel this way, to be in pain? She never understood it, and never understood why a group could all collectively be okay with doing all of this, of putting lives in risk with little care.

Allies before her were hurt, wounded, as she tried her best to defend. Every chance she got, arms were thrust forwards to form a Chaotic Barrier, red shine surrounding those about to be hit with artillery fire. The explosion impacting the shield as it shattered, keeping the small groups alive for just a bit longer as they rushed back out into the fray. Too often was she unable to form this shield, and too little was she able to find an Iramasha to empower. Using her Chaos Channel to empower them further, increase their abilities as they swathed through enemies and protected more of their allies with the conjoined powers, and conjoined strength.

But the longer she remained and did her best to help others, power being drained from her and split apart, she was soon forced to use the powers that led to self harm and mental injuries. To many of those injured were unable to get the medical attention they needed, bleeding out on the ground as Ash tried to help those still fighting... But with most of her Chaotic Energy being drained, she switched to another source. Eldritch. The calls for the forbidden arts in her mind being answered as she stuck her arms forwards. Black writing forming in the air in front of her in a language that was hidden away to many appeared, Eldritch Runes. They shattered, energy being dispersed as a man before her began to heal, flesh knitting together as open wounds were closed up, but the cost was already paid. Whispers within Ash's head, loud. All talking about the things that were wrong.

"You'll never win.""You need us.""Use our power that we gave unto you.""More of your friends are dying, all because you're weak.""Your father is disappointed in you.""You're worthless.""Use us, allow us to let all those who oppose fall." They were all coming from many angles, and concentrating was getting all the more difficult. The girl forced to use this power more and more, creating walls of flesh to guard against some ranged attacks for others, knitting together the flesh of the wounded. Even offense when an enemy snuck by the front lines, an explosion from Eldritch Runes made by the magic forming in the air to harm them enough they either retreated or someone else picked them off.

All of this was too taxing, screaming in the girl's head as she was forced to abscond, insanity about to take hold of her sensitive mind. She ran for a good while until she reached a fairly secluded spot, just barely able to hear the distant fighting... It sounded good in her ears, things going well in her personal opinion as voices of commanders and other valuable members seemed to replace her when she had to retreat to recollect her power. Falling down against a building, back against it as she saw how ruined her outfit was, blood stained all over, caking it almost entirely... Her eyes shut for a few moments as the insanity was purged from her mind into the small blob unto her shoulder. Turning it into a dark black as it began to shake... And then they waited for a small while.

The memories of what happened earlier came to a stop as she was standing tall once again, most of her energy restored as the faint whispers in her head were fading away, and a greater threat then the grunts has appeared. With her blob still somewhat tainted, a single eye forming in the gray surface, she rushed out towards the sounds of distant combat. Dipping in and out of cover and buildings, corpses and gore on the streets, stray shots from distant battles, it would only take a small while to meet what had caused this much destruction.

And within a few moments, she found herself quite a few yards behind Hayden, a member she's heard quite a bit about... And someone ahead. A woman, someone who seemed all too capable of this, as seen by the blood all around her and the corpses. Hayden's declaration of surrender or die heard. This was an important battle, she knew it within her mind and heart. She quickly took her stance, legs shifting as she kept them a little bit part shoulder width apart, knees bent slightly as she seemed more ready to move rather than remain as a stalwart fighter. To avoid rather than charge.

Fingers balled into fists, most of her energy had returned after her time to rest as other soldiers were forced to do if there were lucky enough to escape the bloody battles. The small blob on her shoulder stuck itself firmly there, eyes staring forwards to the woman. She wasn't sure of what to do, but one thing was for certain, Hayden was much stronger with the way they were now, so her goal was clear. Support Hayden in this fight and capitalize on any weaknesses he may cause within the woman. To make sure she could handle one of the stronger people that seemed to be a high ranking fighter.

She knew she looked tiny and weak, but only very few would know of the hidden powers within her, the horrific abomination she could call her gift. Soft lips speaking out as she spoke loudly, a higher pitched voice of her more normal male version, something she used often so enemies would only hear the female, but friends heard the male. "Hayden! I'm here with you, so don't be afraid to go all out! We can't let this war keep going on, too many people are dying! Cut the head from the snake!" The words were shouted out with most of her strength as her feet planted themselves firmly against the ground once more, eyes staring out towards this new person... She hadn't been here for the exchange Hayden and her might have had briefly, but she was here to fight, she was here to end it all.

Energy was felt all around her as a power only those few who were gifted with it was used. The immediate area around her feeling quite tense and heavy as spirals of dark, almost unholy and horrific energy swirled around her fingertips. The power of Eldritch. She was Azure's child, his heritage, and henceforth, she has to fight for him. She has to fight for his cause. She had to strain herself once again to the point of insanity to give those who deserve it their home back, Iceland, to allow them the peace they deserve.

She read reports of her target from information gathered through the multiple fights she'd been in. Her eyes were cold and empty, she wouldn't smile on this day. For nothing existed to smile about, this was a conflict a war. Her family fought in these often, but it didn't change the feeling of the negative that filled the air. Crushed hopes and dreams, blood laid spilled beyond the scope of the normal. The Stealth Force had yet to act since she didn't give the orders to do anything. Her Uncle was War the first one that ever decided against this life. She felt a sadness for the fallen around her as she walked on to the field. Exhaling a breath, she mentally prepared for it all as she glanced towards this situation. Walking forward she thought about her storage unit deciding it would be wise to use little reishi manipulation this time. But she wasn't sure on the details of the female's fighting style, she may of needed to release shikai. War was an animal all it's own, the stories told were written by those who won. The victories of the world had change the outline of the structure, she walked up and tapped Desmond on the shoulder. "I've come on behalf of the Gotei 13." She didn't sound cold just letting Desmond know whatever the femaledid wasn't, she would give a quick introduction as she stared towards Saiko. Such sad eyes the woman had all going back to those days of the Demonic Incursion, did no one ride to her rescue? Was she left in such a condition her orbs stared around. Looking at the fight, were these defensive or offensive. She smiled softly, not mockingly as she looked towards Saiko. "My name is Tsubaki Unabara, I would rather someone with such sadness wasn't my foe, is their anyone I can convince you to pull back?" She was sincere as she knew the female wouldn't surrender, but perhaps a withdraw could be convinced. She didn't show hostile intention, but Tsubaki's reaction time was fast. She knew well enough that the woman before her was perhaps shaken.

She didn't know what caused this situation but it wasn't going to be reversed. "I have an offer if you are interested." Her orbs stared at Saiko, she didn't know what would happen. The aura of the female it wasn't going to be easy, she could sense sadness and her heart wanted to help. She wanted to ease the woman's burden as she looked at her. Tsubaki's eyes stared into the woman's core. Such potential it was wasted completely as the female seemed in sorrow. Perhaps it was a ploy however, she'd be foolish to just think she could talk her way out. She knew the fury of those around her were building, but the Unabara were the unwavering Tempest. Her father taught her to not lose control no matter what appeared before her eyes. She stayed alert ready to fight as she looked at the female, she could activate her Shunko or many other moves to define her fighting form. She had many plans figured out in her head, the rest was simply taking what she sought.

What was the answer in this situation, to bring a battle upon the female? No she had her orders from her father, Saiko was to be secured and brought home. To many were wounded by that battle he failed. It still effected his very conscious and his daughter like all children could sense it. She got her orders from two figures, first her family and then the Gotei 13. Did this make them bad people for putting family before duty? It wasn't that simple, duty was part of their laws. But loyalty to the family that gave them so much. That was a completely different world so far removed from anything most understood. The world was kill or be killed, she waited for the female's response. Her eyes stared the trance was there, this wasn't the woman after all was it? She gritted her teeth, it was anger she fought back but sadness. Such a person was once a comrade in arms. She didn't need a degree to see the woman was hurting and now it occurred. She wasn't here completely, the trance like state was like a battle meditation her uncle used. But this wasn't right she clenched a fist as her reiatsu exploded out now. The air dropped below freezing as she stared towards the woman. "If you can hear anything I say, forgive me the offer was a home away from all this fighting..I know now from what I see, my words may not reach you innocent of the Demonic Incursion..So..I hope I can at least reach in one other way." She took a stance and was ready to battle, Tsubaki sincerely wanted to rescue this maiden from her prison. But how did she go about it, her father never spoke of these sorts of things. Battle Trance's were more Uncle Tsuna's thing and he never even brought them up over tea. That man would sell his soul she thought at one point for a good cup of Jasmine tea. Those two near her wouldn't understand why the Unabara Daughter offered it likely and she didn't intend to offer much. Merely that her father told her to follow her heart and instincts. But also regarding Saiko to try and reach her.

But Tsubaki realized the woman wasn't in control and it made her sad. She couldn't change the situation no matter how she tried. She would simply fight to the best of her prowess here, she felt the tear's being held back. Tsubaki was very much in tune with her emotions and hated the idea of this all together. "She's not in control, of her actions it appears to be a battle trance like Uncle uses when fighting..But..I don't think she has say like he does." She said offering her conclusion on the situation, it was the eyes as always. The way people moved that made it evident they were in a trance. She spent so much time training and studying about fighting and even on Saiko's file. On yes the woman had a file among the Unabara, they didn't have the details of her betrayal. But this all added up now, she was taken over by a demonic being and forced. Or was it an act, did she pretend to be put into a trance when fighting?

So as to distance herself from the pain and sorrow gripping her. One thing was clear, sorrow poured from the female and Tsubaki could feel it like rain on her shoulders. She relaxed her Reiatsu and prepared herself to attack, she would combine her efforts with Hayden. He was large very easily effective, they could synchronize their movements for an effective battle. The only question remained in her heart was could she truly save the woman. Could she get her away from battles and protect her. She needed to see Saiko fight before she made up her mind on the subject. She may of needed to use her manipulation in this fight after all. She eyed the thing outside the girl's back, something to be concerned over. This was the object that she figured was causing the problem. Tsubaki didn't like what happened here, this should of been left to her brother. Tetsuya was better at being cold then she was, maybe it was just how the hands were dealt. She left the information open for Hayden and Ash to take in.

She was well aware of Ash's presence, but needed to remain focused for now. The Stealth Force were hidden without any means of detecting them. They'd not entered the field yet, she wasn't concerned about the numbers at all. Saiko somehow she would end this girl's sorrow. The pain she saw she wasn't sure how she'd do it yet. Her Eye's of Truth scanned the girl closely, despite being young she still could see the woman clearly. Her potential glaring back at her along with those emotions that hurt to see.

Artist: Megurine Luka - Song: Wash My Blood - Word Count: 2010

The rain was coming down hard and that meant that the hardship of conflict was all but close. There were people beginning to fill in the hordes of Vanguard Operatives slain and it was only natural they'd seek blood. Therefore, the frail figure of Saiko braced herself for whatever was to come. These choices were nothing but her own to blame and could only curse herself for whatever would come of it. The monster she became, the lives she slain, the devastation birthed in her wake; all of it was done with her conscious decision and poor choice of actions. So now she could only face what was coming her way and attempt to stifle those anxieties into a silent oblivion.

Thus, as her plum eyes turned their vacant gaze around, the first sight they were met with had been the likes of a large and robust male figure. Judging from the rage felt in his eyes, he was quite furious -- and rightfully so. Given that his energy was more abnormal than the herd of cattle she slayed through, there no was doubt in her mind that perhaps this person held a high position of some kind within The Vanguard. Ergo, to see all of his men slaughtered by the beast Saiko became could undoubtedly cause such internal turmoil to his spirit.

Hence, when the male demanded retribution, there was not much that Saiko could contest in terms of words. The only thing she could offer was her resistance against such a threat of violence. After all, this was a war and the time for talk, understanding and diplomacy had been demolished under a sea of carnage, blood and death. So, as a result, the tendril behind Saiko's back extended into four and they all began to quiver with what seemed like screams of terror, cries of heartache and growls of uneasiness to other represent the hurricane of unsteadiness within her own soul from this conflict.

Eyes now shaking, feet trembling and heart-beat racing; white mist exhaled from the Archduchess's mouth and her shaky voice began to speak out among the smoke of decay around them:

"I....will not protest your demands for justice to be enforced for those lives whom I have slain. However, I will...still not allow myself to be massacred. For....there is still something I must live for...."

Eyes closing in that moment, a sudden eruption of terror surged within her heart for the bold decision she just made. And, responding to that frequency of fright and will, the spiritual energies of Saiko became further corrupted. This resulted in a dense darkness overfilling the area; creating a veil of plum and shade tint across the crimson atmosphere around them as the despair within the heart of The Archduchess plagued the battlefield.

Following that release, dozens upon dozens of Vanguard recruits were beginning to drop like flies as reinforcements attempted to enter the area. Just what was happening to? Oxygen. Their oxygen was being stifled from the corroding elements of of The Void Enigma's Death Energy defiling the lands around them. The energy within Saiko desired to protect her -- and would do whatever it took to shield its master from the ugliness of the world around her. For this reason is then why Saiko herself remained unaffected because a secondary layer of indigo energy oozed out The Archduchess and formed a barrier of oxygen for her to breathe.

"...and if you still desire to live, I'd plead with you to stop this. The more you all fight, the more I will have to slay you."

As she keeled down on one knee and summoned another burst of energy from inside her spirit, the voice of Saiko became further distressed as the blood within herself started pumping at such absurd rates. Adrenaline was surging, fear heightening and regret looming on the horizon like an ugly moon which reflects the mistakes of years gone past. Yet, even with all this dread weighing down the gloomy maiden of Shadow Fall, she still saw fit to press forward and ensure the existence of her spirit goes on. If only for that survival instinct within. Even if she yearned for death, she couldn't just give in. Not like this.

"Die. Die. Die. Die. Die Die. Die. Die. Die. Die. Die. Die. Die. Die. Die. Die. Die. Die. Die. Die. "

That one sentence is what repeated over and over again as the mournful tone of Saiko progressed further into becoming more putrefied and troubled than before. In outright tears of anger and anguish did The Archduchess otherwise begin having rows of spiked tendrils begin to try and buzz through the skin of Hayden. Two dozen of them detonated from the ground and were produced through the shadow of The Void Enigma injecting its influence in the environment all around them. So, fueled by Death Energy and Spiritual energy, these appendages were enriched with enough energy to undoubtedly leave a mark upon The Fallen Solider. Burns, scratches, torn limbs, rotted armor, crushing and other similar injuries were all possible if Hayden were to be touched or smashed by these tendrils of eradication.

"Everything....everything dies. So perish, fade to nothing and accept it......"

Those words were muttered silently to herself as the intense panic within settled further into her spirit. Saiko wished not to die once more, but there was nothing she could do to escape that reality. So, to cope, her mind came to the conclusion that everything in existence was futile. Yes. It was her safety mechanism and justification for all this bloodshed.

And so, according to that internal logic, it was only natural to begin the process of enforcing that law on the world around her subconsciously. Which is why when Ash Iramasha arrived on the scene, she would not be given mercy by her foe. Instead, a vortex of tendrils soon detonated from the ground and formed into a cyclone of gnawing hell. Attempting to devour her whole, these dozens of tendrils formed numerous mouths from every inch of their shadowy scales in order to induce heavy injury upon The Iramasha. Lost limbs, broken bones, missing organs and lack of air were all critical dangers of this assault. If not, the outright power could indeed leave the foe a feeling of being crushed and smothered under the weight of Saiko's dismayed soul.

"...you and I cannot win this. Give up...."

Those were were too true in the perception of The Void Enigma's mind as she carried on with her blood bath. For if all comes to an end, and the state of living is misery, the only natural solution was to embrace death and hope it brings sweet release. But, even with that release, she couldn't grant herself that pleasure. No. The body was too stubborn and wished not to perish from its own hands. Someone else had to do it and The Void Enigma had no choice but to endure until that point came.

So, the world became further distilled within darkness and shadows from the vision of The Maiden of Death. Sounds were turning to static, feelings of self degraded into burning pulsations of physical torment and the smell of rotting flesh was all that entered her nostrils. Indeed, she was bathing within the anguish of war, the stench of casualty and the dread of destruction's call.

For these reasons is why the calls of Tsubaski fell on death hears. There was a sense that the woman which stood before The Void Enigma yearned to help, but she was too far gone to accept such a thing. Instead, she would just further throw her soul down the path of despair, negativity and corruption until her mind, body and spirit were no more. When those thoughts became deeply instilled inside the heart of Saiko, it is at that point where the energy sky-rocketed within The Archduchess once more and she proceeded with her melancholic rampage upon The Vanguard.

As the deafening sounds of thousands of screams of terror hollered out from the reaitsu of The Tainted Shinigami, the hellish cries of unforetold souls soon followed as she sent a tsunami wave of darkness towards The Unabara. This tidal wave of blackened darkness would devour everything within a mile and sought to sink the girl in a sea of demise and death. Ergo, the effects of being touched by this liquid could result in skin being melted off as if one touched acid. Should enough of this consume a foe, then they all may simply vaporize to death in an ocean of darkness and dissolution.

But, more then that, as it started to rain down this black mist from the heavens above, the heavy downpour could indeed begin to containment and make most energies within the battlefield least effect or more difficult to utilize. This is because her DE Force made it possible to reduce the effectiveness of supernatural powers from opponents by using it as an parasite of sort. Her command over Death's Influence allows her energy to acts as an acidic and begin corroding other energies that it comes into contact with. So, it stands to reason that prolonged exposure to this monsoon of causality could result in it's pure nature: death.

Thus, as the sounds of earth-shattering thunder clapped from the heavens, the shower of demise came down hard and Saiko allowed herself to become bathed in its cold grasp. As, finally, the external world around her was reflecting the storm brewing within her internal world. The slaughtering of life, the eradication of light and the eclipse of darkness were all elements within that her spirit subconsciously wished to taint the world with. For there was no way out of this hell, so the only solution was to ensure all those around her were submerged within the same anguish.

Henceforth, Saiko would utter one more lyric from her song as this massacre spiraled onward into the depths of deaths doorstep:

"And as the angels above rest on their throne, all of the devils hade awake and claim their kingdom. All waiting to steal your light right outside of Heaven's gate."

With a wave of her hand, volts of lightning struck down from the atmosphere above and started assaulting entire squadrons of twenty operatives that attempted to keep rushing in the battlefield to help their Vanguard brethren. Most were reduced to a smoldering crisp as their fried bodies became engraved within the heart itself. Then, when those cursed souls were vanquished, she continued.

"In a sea of sacred hearts, not a single one can feel the pain from the numbness. Because when the drugs of your eternal hope fail, you're gonna curse his holy name. So just die, die, die, die, die, die. And just....die, die, die, die, die, die, So just die, die, die, die, die, die."

Tears flowing non-stop now despite her stoic tone of voice, Saiko clenched each of her fist and massive hands compromised from indigo hued death energy forged from the ground around them in the distance. These energized appendages expanded for a city block in length and curled within their palms hundreds of Vanguard Operatives. In one crush -- their lives were snuffed out and brought to the embodiment of hell itself to find eternal paradise within the depths of the demon's Nirvana. Thus, as these hands let go, a flood of corpses, fluids, organs and other human excrement filled the lands. Eyeballs, fingertips, brain matter, fecal matter, torso's, crushed heads, lungs, beating hearts and every which gorey scenery you can imagine flooded the earth as Saiko's choked hysteria turned further demented before repeating one last time:

"So please.... everyone and everything....just....die, die, die, die, die, die. Please....just...die, die, die, die, die, die."

So this was the being that today decided they wanted to die, perhaps he felt some sympathy for them but today he did not show it instead he remained silent as they began to speak after hearing they wouldn't surrender. His state of mind shifted as he placed his hands on his Zanpakutō, entering a focused state to drown out all outside distraction except for the two people that came to aid him. His resolve was as noticeable as the thundering clouds above, almost oile the physical manifestation of his rage. The air was changing this was something he would be able to feel due to his Death Matter nature; afterall Death Energy was a byproduct of what he was and if given enougj training he could potentially take it on. By why would someone give up the source for a simple byproduct? At the end of the day his ability would prove more deadly and surprior.

His first act of power would be feel the area for the death matter his body constantly exerts, she may not notice it due to death matter seeming like death energy to those who never has dealt with it. So as the oxygen began to dry out due to the corrosive effect he could only chuckle in his head as the Oxygen for himself remained the same due to the death energy simply being a byproduct of his powers there for his natural death matter defenses would kick into play converting the substance any time it got near him in this semi active state of power. This was his defense from that but his comrades would have to find a way around this; he couldn't use the same trick for then sadly. This irritated him but due to master level focus state on his powers he was sparing no expense; he knew just the right amount if death energy and Death matter in the area to cancel each other out and if he kept letting it out naturally in three posts he could completely null the corrosive effects on the oxygen for the normal troops and his allies.

They seemed to be speaking with madness as they spoke the same word over and over again as if it was a plea, his only thought being was it for him.. Or for herself. This child killed his men and by law he was required to give them the retribution they deserved despite the cost to mind and sanity. Yet, as this child lost control in such a way that even made him uncomfortable he had to steel himself. His resolve did not waver, his intent to kill then did not give in, in fact it was stronger than ever the least he could do was put them in the ground if only for their own sake. He would need this resolve if he planned to activate hus shikai later.

But as two dozens rows of spikes began to erupt from the ground, his eyes easily able to follow their movements and even decipher what they were in fractions if a second. Normally he couldn't do this but he used his focus along with utilizing his visual and mental capacity to thirty percent its normal output due to his body supremacy giving control of all his body. As he took the information in the process that this was indeed something he should avoid or counter and if he was hit by it while he could remain alive it would severely damage him. So transferring the power that he was using to empower his sight and mental capacity to his legs was easy enough as he activated his shunpo and his natural speed; both being advance with this buff would allow him to disappear from the site of the attack choosing to do appear on her left side the same distance away. However, as he was moving he noticed that she was already launching s flurry of attacks at his comrades; she'd be wise not tk simply cast him off.

The clouds swirled in the air he could tell from the smell believe it or not, just before lightning struck (at when someone used it around him) it was as if he could smell burning plasma about to release its self. As if the container to something was be let loose that it was wanting out. The thing about lightning was you didn't try to control it, you manipulate it, you understand it, and you work together to create something beautifully deadly. So as she forced the lightning to do its bidding it caused him to scoff his anger rising even more once he felt where it was hitting, the death matter in the area and lightning was something he was always conscious to even without his focus. This was something he could prevent and all senses of his body even the world around him told
Him to take over. So Hayden went back to his roots

The world and clouds began to shake slightly emitting from Hayden was a black and purple aura as he gripped his sword with both his hands his muscle
Pulsing as he began to pet out a low growl before it turned inti a full blown yell eventually. The clouds in the air where swirling more violently as Hayden summoned them to his side but this time a bit of help. His natural domain was that of lightning and she dared to step foot in his area? To try to take from him what was rightfully his!? The lightning that was intended to strike his comrades began to shoot off to the left and right missing his comrades as he took over. The black and purple aura around him acting as a conductor as his rage and focus tapped into one of his hidden powers; merging his death matter with his lighting take over. The world rumbled as all the lightning once striking the ground stopped for a single moment before converging on the man all at once, the outline of the lightning was black and purple as it overrides any death energy in it turning it into its more pure form: death matter.

As the lightning converged on him his body pulsed visibly as he gainer a temporary upgrade to his supernatural powers. His eyes having gone from the once soft hazel to an electric mixture of blue and purple his hair gaining a white outline but maintained its black core; unlike when shatari gave him lighting his hair didn't go completely white. The ground around him began to float up and break apart into death matter from the static emitting from his body that was passively turning everything around him into a fuel
Source to keep this power flowing; her death energy was about to see what 'Death' truly was.

"You took my element and bastardized it; now you really pissed me off!"

Hayden lifted his blade up above his head swinging the blade in a large arc as he sent a wave of plasma from his blade in the form of a arc of lightning. He didn't know the precise power of it but he sent it with all his strength knowing when he was around a common soldier at the time he joined the vanguard he was able to clear a entire section of forest with this attack but infused with his death matter he would have to be careful. In fact what would happen at this super sonic attack would be it would convert the ground, air, and whatever was in between into a fuel source of death matter constantly empowering the attack till it hit her. He wouldn't be able to use this attack for another post but it was worth it; the overdrive was worth it seeing as he was still at fill
Power this would not drain him much leaving plenty of fight. However he was not done.

Unlike earlier his body was absorbing and pumping death matter into this world to nullify the death energy that was slowly taking the breath away of his comrades; well due to the new rate of conversion it would take roughly to her next post for the oxygen to be back. However one would notice the surrounding land was slowly becoming black in a dark circle around them including his comrades as she made that god forsaken hand and killed more of vanguard soldiers. Small droplets if Death Matter was beginning to rise from the ground as Hayden willed them to all begin to fly towards the woman; if anything they would be able to surround her and while they were not a strong attack being surrounded by Death Matter was dangerous even with DE. Afterall Death Matter was a more pure form. His was something he wouldn't normally be able to do but the death matter enhancer from the lighting surely helped.

As for the storm that was raining before it no longer would be raining her Death energy instead all of that by now would be converted to his death matter; which he let build up in the clouds rather than rain upon his comrades; he had a plan for that later. This was his design; he didn't have her sheet strength but he had a undying will to survive and a focus of a master. Today if her body wouldn't kill her then he'd deliver for her. As if the lightning was in his head it began to flash about in front of them keeping her separated from his comrades and himself; she could always try to take control again but her body wasn't equipped to handle such a potent source of death, perhaps what it produced by not Death himself. At least that's what hayden believed.

Artist: P3P OST - Song: Wiping All Out - Word Count: 1266

Ash found herself now wet, clothing getting soggy as the blood that had itself stained all over her attire was being washed out somewhat. Colors more dulled at the entire area seemed hazy all around for her. From the atmosphere, and how tense everyone seemed, even the newcomer, this all led to her being somewhat nervous. Fearful of what could happen with her and her allies. Fearful of the fact that this wasn't someone weak, someone that she was used to. This person had more power than she could imagine, and with the ability to instill fear into others just from presence alone, it was a gift. Fingers slowly balled up into fists, eyes moving from Hayden over to the girl in front of the group she now found herself with.

The first thing she noticed about the girl was her power, the tendrils. Eyes widening as they sprouted forth, quivering, waiting, anxious to be used as a form of attacking... Or at least, that's what Ash understood of it. Things formulating in their head, ideas of how they should go about this. She could try to go for a heavy offense, but that leads to much more dangerous issues. Being a support would definitely reserve her sanity for when it was needed... But what if they couldn't defeat her with less firepower? As her mind swirled with thoughts as words were exchanged, she felt an eerie energy all about. Within moments, something began to combat her Death Energy Barrier, sapping away at the air all around and corrupting it, tainting it for it to cause more harm than good. With this immediate threat affecting her, she was forced to put her focus into the field around her to try and negate the effect.

It seemed to be failing, struggling as the air around her became heavy, more difficult for her lungs to suck up as she thrust her arms outwards, bright red energy surrounding her body fully. The aura around her became bright red as well, almost pink entirely as this was her way of defending against the air being siphoned away. Oxygen trapped within the shielding as she was able to breath easy for a small while, shaped like a dome around her body, similar to a hamster ball considering she had knowledge of Death Energy corrupting everything, not wanting something to burst from below. Deep breaths taken as eyes stared back up towards the girl. Spotting multiple attacks being thrown out, but the one that caught her attention the most was the one heading straight for her. Intense pressure placed on her barrier from below as the shadowy attack was launched, slamming into it with full intent to kill.

The Iramasha was left to grunt, arms shaking as the shield was maintained just barely. Rows and rows of sharp teeth digging into her protection formed scratches along the surface, intense pressure causing it to crack. Shards of energy being shot out before dissipating as Ash struggled to keep this still going, to still protect herself. Death was staring her in the eyes once again, only this time, it wasn't from herself. The barrier was cracking, pressure being put upon it from all around as she needed some way to defend further, air leaking out in a rate that worried her already stressed mind. Already her mind felt the strain from what she was attempting to do, whispers of dark arts and suggestions that led to death filling her head as an odd energy source was permitted within the area.

Something new appeared underneath her, looking almost like a hole in the ground lacking any of the shadowy tendrils, at least for the moment. Something was being called to help her, assist her, and what it was depended on what was needed. No creature could be summoned fully, but the help of one could be asked of. A thick tendril sprouted forth from the opening, sides alined with sharp teeth, points looking able to pierce through almost anything as it began to lash about, aiming to tear through the opposing tendrils that manifested a physical form to assault Ash. Whispers filled her thoughts, and soon, it began to fade away, the small blob on her shoulder turning a deep gray as it slid underneath her clothing to hide from the battle.

Something was odd, extremely odd to her. She felt a bit weaker than before, noticing how the Chaotic Barrier cracked easier than before, and the attack she summoned from the tendril only lashed out enough to try and decimate the immediate threat disappeared immediately once it's task was done. Eldritch Beings were always so fickle. Lending their magic, their attacks, their bodies, their minds for such drastic costs with very fickle results coming forth. This was just one of the uses of it, versatility. Forming flesh with teeth to bite at a foe, spurring the growth of cells, creating a rune to set off a trap, so many results. But with so many issues.

Piercing the veil of whispers within her mind was Saiko's words, all so negative, wanting death, wanting to end things as quickly as possible. Ash has seen some things but something such as this was new to her... Someone with a mind messed up enough to only sound like a broken record, repeating things over and over. The very definition of insanity... Something she knew well enough of. Already, she felt some of her energy leave her from her exertions, earlier than usual. This person's ability to sap things from the air was causing her fear, she couldn't contest it. She could feel how much power it had and the ability to overpower her own Death Energy Field.

For now, she was forced to watch the new arrival deal with the attack on their own, unable to act due to worrying about herself. The corner of her eyes spotting Hayden defending with a counterattack. Energy forced out into the air around and even weakening Saiko's control as she could feel. This energy was weird to her, how Hayden exerted this much and let out such a strong attack seemingly capable of tearing through so many things. So much death. Death of friends. Death of foes. Death of the air around, even death coming forth from an ally's blade. This was something she had to get used to if she wanted to survive. If she wanted to even see Azure for another day after all of this went down.

Her breathing began to return to normal, body within her starting to twist and turn. Any damage done from the corrupted air starting to heal itself. Flesh knitting together, harmed areas healed to the best of her natural healing's ability. Just now it was becoming obvious how outclassed she was in this fight, extremely glad that she worked in a group, as she preferred. And what had become more obvious was her need to boost her power further. The girl only knew of two things that could, and already she started her progress on one. Chaos Energy swirling around her, surrounding her form as her eyes seemed to flicker in color. The Barrier protecting her still weak from the attack before, cracks letting air free as her reserves were lessened by the moment, but with what she had in mind, she wouldn't need as much air as normal people. All she would need is time, the ability to exert enough energy to make a difference in this fight. To help resolve things. To help defend herself and others. To help Iceland become liberated from the cruel grasp of Shadowfall.

[3:37:06 PM] Crow: I think it's fixed finally
[3:37:31 PM] Crow: With mom being taken to the hospital I have had like minutes at a time to do things.

Due to this medical leave, I'll allow him another day to get the post up. If not, we can begin making preparations for me to post with Saiko.

What was their she could say about this the situation was bleak and saving this girl wasn't an option. Slaughter such a smell, blood and death it was a scent she knew well from training. "Code Blackout.." She said the word and every single member of the stealth force vanished from the area, their entire essence and pressure had gone. She'd sent them off to do different jobs, finishing things here were her and their job now. ""Sorry about this Vanguard and Iramasha allies if this scares you..." Her voice slowly shifted as the kind warmth began to fade, it wasn't a joke at all for her. She could see just how far gone the female was and it pissed her off. The gloves were ready to come off, her orbs darkened as she stared with those doll like eyes at the female. Something got colder in the air, like a monster had just decided to step in. Her reiatsu was mercury like so it had a certain chill to it, but this was more then that. Those close enough to notice would feel goosebumps begin to appear on their skin. Coldness and a desire to end life began to come from Tsubaki, she shifted her stance as she stared at the female. It was time to begin fighting for real, her orbs remained icy and focused on the figure of Saiko. Assassination, murder, and destruction were answers to chaos that few used. But she breathed softly as her breath became visible from the temperature dropping like a stone. It was time to use her primary fighting style, she prepared everything as she mentally made herself ready. Five spells were set at full chant level, she decided her plans after watching the moves of the other. The tendril's would be trouble most likely, she would avoid those for now. She couldn't tell for sure if she could absorb the energy coming from it. It was sudden and quick a rope appeared from her hand's and flew at the woman, behind the female on all sides was a kido net. She prepared it was hidden by Kyokko allowed her to erase it's presence. She did this as she prepared for combat.

Two spells down now came the offensive portion of her attack, the net had taken time to mentally prepare and set up. Casting it without gesture and making it invisible and soundless on top of that, well that was just annoying. The angle allowed her to trap the female for her allies to attack, they were in no danger of hitting it. The rope would make the female dodge due to it's speed and binding. Horin was a good choice of spell as it would chase the female around and she could generate a second, but she watched the female. Releasing a Byakurai to the right and Shakkaho to the left, making the female have only a single path. The alarming thing about Tsubaki's speed was that all of these were instant, she sent them out full chant at the exact same time with a delay on the to side spells. All of them were angled at the female, her only escape was up the way she set it up. She drew her Zanpakutō out and softly exhaled as she prepared to use a bit of her reserves, she was aiming to force Saiko into a far harder fight. That was four of her spells out of the way with the fifth waiting for release. She was going to use a portion of her gravity power from her doll powers, she could only do a little. She influenced the gravity around Saiko pulling her into the attack, but the moment she jumped with all her strength she'd let the woman go. Everything was set into place, she had her strategy in place, the lightning power from Hayden would have no effect on the net. It hurt her inside to have to fight the female, her eyes saw it all this potential locked inside being killed. It was painful to see, she didn't want to see it anymore, but she couldn't be reasoned with. So the only option was to fight, if the female fought her way out of the trap she set. Well she had an ace up her sleeve, she would make that net explode. Her fifth spell could cause that entire net to explode. She wasn't sure what else to do in this situation aside from what she did, using small amounts of her doll power here was hard.

It was taxing on her since this world wasn't made of energy. But thankfully it was from a storage supply and didn't effect her normal energy. The strategy was in place, she used a fair amount of energy on setting that up. She wasn't sure how far she could get, she was prepared for a fight. The female likely had a means for handling normal kido, so she made her choice carefully. The kido were just so she could watch her enemy fight. She would chose a more direct way of fighting, she wasn't weak energy wise and could fight fairly well against Saiko. She wanted to capture her if possible even though her aura wanted blood. She wasn't like Tetsuya who would simply give up hope on someone because it was hard. She would beat the living hell out of Saiko and drag her ass back to the Soul Society. Her eyes were determined and a certain glow to them as they stared at the woman. If she had to freeze her solid she would do it, she exhaled as her spiritual pressure began to freeze those tendril's slowly. She was just getting started and the battle had only just begun, the pressure coming from Saiko was impressive. But she was an Unabara and the Daughter of Tsubasa, she wouldn't fail so easily. No matter what she had to do she would see Saiko restored, even if she had to beat the woman to an inch of her life. Lyrics and songs meant nothing for her, she didn't hear this thing talking. All she knew was she was ready to begin fighting. Her eyes stared as she got ready to fight in earnest, it was about time for her to really take the gloves off. Warm ups were over and she wasn't going to hold back much longer as she knew a shunko based attack would be needed. She wanted to gauge the female's reaction and speed, to know how many precautions she would need. Perhaps several would be wise, she had her trump card hidden still. She could easily eat the energy here, her scans told her that much. Her body could handle death energy just fine it was simply part of the diet.
