Post in the thread I assigned. The reason I say that is because that's where I'm containing the threads for the different cities. And why is he starting in the city? I'd probably have him start outside the city since this is occurring after the first thread with Neoveta and Azure. As the entire country went into lockdown mode after war was declared. So he'd need a good reason to be there.
