A few tense moments were had as The Angel of The Ice watched her student become smothered in a bear hold by her icy replica. It seemed as if she was entirely overwhelmed by panic and fear as the clones grip started becoming tighter and tighter on the human. In that moment she wondered if her training was truly the right course of action as it didn't seem like she was going to have a break through.
However -- there was a spark. Rather, a sense of calmness. Observing Kazumi closely, Cirno realized she was easing her breath to otherwise control her fears. This meant that there was progress being made mentally in order to get herself in the right frame of fight to go on the attack. Thus, there was still hope yet that she could otherwise continue the battle.
After a few more moments of struggle and strife, The Iramasha felt as if there was a trigger pulled within the inner confines of Kazumi's soul. It was if a surge of power was swelling, boiling and ready to come raging to the surface in order to deal with the chaotic situation which she was placed in. In that moment, there was a rush of excitement had in the mind and spirit of Cirno because her student may have just unlocked something great with her assistance. As, within Cirno's mind, a sense of pleasure, admiration and pride had in it due to the fact that The Angel's abilities were helping someone else grow and become a stronger version of themselves.
Digressing from that sentiment, it was time to focus on the here and now. With her eyes still covering the battleground, there was an explosion of light had in the area after Kazumi tapped into her inner potential. In this eruption of illumination did the clone also became airborne and was sent flying in the opposite direction away from the flustered vixen. After a brief flight of around twenty feet or so, the replica of Cirno landed straight on its back and seemed rather motionless after it hit the warm sand. In that moment The Angel of The Ice also seemed to be rather silent before she let out her first cheer and thumbs up.
"Woo-hoo! You did, Kazumi-chan! I could feel your power rise a whole lot during that moment. I think you are starting to get a bit stronger now. =w="
And indeed, that was no lie! A human's most special ability is to arise to complex problems and intense situations. So, for the most part, it appeared that Kazumi was no different from this. Ergo, the pressure needed to keep being added on so that she could keep tapping deeper into that strength of hers. Therefore, despite being shattered and bruised, The Frigid Clone started to stand back on its fight slowly, but surely.
"You've damaged the clone quite a bit, but the job still isn't finished. All you need is a few more hard punches and I'm sure it will go down for the count. Surely you can tap into that again, right? I know you can!"
Those words were optimistic in tone as The Iramasha stared down the sandy battlefield from above. As, if she could just last a bit longer, The Angel truly believed Kazumi would turn out on top. She just needed to turn that inner fear into strength. As most fighters feel fear, but that terror can be channeled into strength once one decided to act in spite of that Which is why the clone started running towards the human after it got its own act together.
Kazumi would have a few seconds to decide what her course of action would be before the icy replica started sending wild, but restricted swings at her. A series of punches were aimed at her celiac plexus. solar plexus and rib region in order to avoid any sort of faceshots for the sake of training. Therefore, Kazumi would have a few courses of action in Cirno's mind. The first scenario would involve her going purely on the defensive and attempting to block or endure the blows as best as she can. The second scenario would be if she kept up with that flight or fight response and evaded most of the hits in order to come out with less injuries and then assault the clone with unrelenting force. And, the worse case scenario The Angel Iramasha imagined was Kazumi outright giving in to her fear and letting the clone pound on her. In which case, she may or may not have the replica cease in its assaults.
Nevertheless, the results of this match-up with be closely monitored because this could be a make or break moment to Cirno and she needed to make sure that Kazumi would be up for the challenge. As if she could just last a bit longer, perhaps there could be a major power-up or something in store for her. That would then allow for higher and greater means of training to be had in the future. Therefore, The Angel of The ice would offer her one more bit of advice if she could even have the time to pay attention during this heated exchange of blows:
"Remember: fear is natural, but you have the will and strength to act against it and use it for power. Just focus and punch with all your force like you did earlier. Channel into that energy and it will help guide you to victory!"
And with that, the metaphorical ball was now tossed into Kazumi's court to do with as she so pleased. Would she arise to challenge, or back away from it and allow her fear to utterly consume her actions in a negative fashion? The outcome of her fate was within the human's hands and Cirno hoped that she would choose well after having come this fair in their training program. After all, she only wanted the best for Kazumi and she didn't want to see this work put to waste.
