Artist:JazzCat - Song: Electric City - Word Count: 1033

A few tense moments were had as The Angel of The Ice watched her student become smothered in a bear hold by her icy replica. It seemed as if she was entirely overwhelmed by panic and fear as the clones grip started becoming tighter and tighter on the human. In that moment she wondered if her training was truly the right course of action as it didn't seem like she was going to have a break through.

However -- there was a spark. Rather, a sense of calmness. Observing Kazumi closely, Cirno realized she was easing her breath to otherwise control her fears. This meant that there was progress being made mentally in order to get herself in the right frame of fight to go on the attack. Thus, there was still hope yet that she could otherwise continue the battle.

After a few more moments of struggle and strife, The Iramasha felt as if there was a trigger pulled within the inner confines of Kazumi's soul. It was if a surge of power was swelling, boiling and ready to come raging to the surface in order to deal with the chaotic situation which she was placed in. In that moment, there was a rush of excitement had in the mind and spirit of Cirno because her student may have just unlocked something great with her assistance. As, within Cirno's mind, a sense of pleasure, admiration and pride had in it due to the fact that The Angel's abilities were helping someone else grow and become a stronger version of themselves.

Digressing from that sentiment, it was time to focus on the here and now. With her eyes still covering the battleground, there was an explosion of light had in the area after Kazumi tapped into her inner potential. In this eruption of illumination did the clone also became airborne and was sent flying in the opposite direction away from the flustered vixen. After a brief flight of around twenty feet or so, the replica of Cirno landed straight on its back and seemed rather motionless after it hit the warm sand. In that moment The Angel of The Ice also seemed to be rather silent before she let out her first cheer and thumbs up.

"Woo-hoo! You did, Kazumi-chan! I could feel your power rise a whole lot during that moment. I think you are starting to get a bit stronger now. =w="

And indeed, that was no lie! A human's most special ability is to arise to complex problems and intense situations. So, for the most part, it appeared that Kazumi was no different from this. Ergo, the pressure needed to keep being added on so that she could keep tapping deeper into that strength of hers. Therefore, despite being shattered and bruised, The Frigid Clone started to stand back on its fight slowly, but surely.

"You've damaged the clone quite a bit, but the job still isn't finished. All you need is a few more hard punches and I'm sure it will go down for the count. Surely you can tap into that again, right? I know you can!"

Those words were optimistic in tone as The Iramasha stared down the sandy battlefield from above. As, if she could just last a bit longer, The Angel truly believed Kazumi would turn out on top. She just needed to turn that inner fear into strength. As most fighters feel fear, but that terror can be channeled into strength once one decided to act in spite of that Which is why the clone started running towards the human after it got its own act together.

Kazumi would have a few seconds to decide what her course of action would be before the icy replica started sending wild, but restricted swings at her. A series of punches were aimed at her celiac plexus. solar plexus and rib region in order to avoid any sort of faceshots for the sake of training. Therefore, Kazumi would have a few courses of action in Cirno's mind. The first scenario would involve her going purely on the defensive and attempting to block or endure the blows as best as she can. The second scenario would be if she kept up with that flight or fight response and evaded most of the hits in order to come out with less injuries and then assault the clone with unrelenting force. And, the worse case scenario The Angel Iramasha imagined was Kazumi outright giving in to her fear and letting the clone pound on her. In which case, she may or may not have the replica cease in its assaults.

Nevertheless, the results of this match-up with be closely monitored because this could be a make or break moment to Cirno and she needed to make sure that Kazumi would be up for the challenge. As if she could just last a bit longer, perhaps there could be a major power-up or something in store for her. That would then allow for higher and greater means of training to be had in the future. Therefore, The Angel of The ice would offer her one more bit of advice if she could even have the time to pay attention during this heated exchange of blows:

"Remember: fear is natural, but you have the will and strength to act against it and use it for power. Just focus and punch with all your force like you did earlier. Channel into that energy and it will help guide you to victory!"

And with that, the metaphorical ball was now tossed into Kazumi's court to do with as she so pleased. Would she arise to challenge, or back away from it and allow her fear to utterly consume her actions in a negative fashion? The outcome of her fate was within the human's hands and Cirno hoped that she would choose well after having come this fair in their training program. After all, she only wanted the best for Kazumi and she didn't want to see this work put to waste.

Artist: N/A - Song: N/A - Word Count: 0592

Relief flooded Kazumi the moment she found the clone, not because that thing was intact but because it didn’t move. She was confident she could announce herself the winner of this little match since her opponent seemed out for the count, but Cirno dashed those hopes pretty darn soon. Her head would snap over to the blue-haired girl, a grin on her face for the angel laid praise upon her first, but it would turn to a frown upon being informed the clone wasn’t out just yet. Her eyes flickered over to the replica of the angel, hoping that Cirno was simply messing with her, but the clone was indeed back on it’s feet though a little worse for ware. You little…

She noted that the sudden burst of energy had taken far more energy out of her than she originally thought the moment she jolted to awareness. That damn clone wasn’t out for the count like she wanted it to be and quite frankly she was getting fed up with the replica of Cirno. Kazumi had punched it, leaving no visible injury in her wake beside the soreness her hand was feeling for punching a block of ice. She released what had to be a powerful surge of power, something that she expected to take that clone out yet still it moved. Sure, she was no longer being crushed to death and sure Cirno said that the clone needed only a well placed hit here and there before it ceased to function, but the blonde didn’t have an infinite reserve of energy at her disposal. On top of that she was pretty sure she had used up most of the energy Cirno had bestowed upon her and above all else she was annoyed with that damn thing. Her left eye twitched and a scowl spread across her face, blue eyes narrowing on the clone - if looks could kill the replica would be dead. Fear was being drowned out by the anger rising within the blonde’s body.

She clenched her fist and gritted her teeth as she kept an eye on that stupid clone, her body tensing for a brief second the moment it started moving again. Despite what she had thought earlier, energy began surging throughout her body, gathering in her arm as she pulled it back. There was a fierce look on her face, one that went against the usual joy or panic that painted her face since the battle started. If she were aware of her actions, she would’ve noted how similar she looked to one of those action heroes about to punch the ground for some reason only known to them. The only difference being that Kazumi wasn’t about to take whatever she was feeling out on the ground, that would be stupid and she wasn’t prone to doing stupid stuff. Oh no, she would be sending it right at that clone that refused to stay down - someone should really tell them heroes that punching the ground after gathering a bunch of energy instead of the enemy was a stupid move, it did look sort of cool though.

“Won’t you stay down already!” Kazumi snapped as she thrust her fist forward, the clone having been within feet of the blonde. The energy stored in her fist would leave the moment it made contact with the source of Kazumi’s range and if that didn’t do the ice sculpture in, she was going to have a fit.

There was a slight snicker had out of Cirno's mouth when she observed the snicker that Kazumi started to let out. The reason for that is because she was happy to see that her trainee was beginning to enjoy herself on the battlefield. It meant that the fears within were easing and that adrenaline was being directed to more beneficial areas such as attack strength, focus and durability. Plus, with the fact that she was actually able to HARM the clone still on the metaphorical table, it was clear enough to The Angel of The Ice that her training was beginning to pay off.

However, The Mischievous Fairy still couldn't help but laugh harder when Miss Track-Rack started scowling at the replica of Cirno beginning to stand back up. It was adorable in a way to see her so flustered because The Iramasha found it like an angry puppy getting mad and gnawing a dog toy or something to that effect. Though, she'd keep these silly thoughts to herself because Cirno had no desire to demotivate or irritate her pupil just yet.

"Don't worry about it, Track-Rack! You've managed to get this far, I'm sure the next hit will be the last! DO IT, DO IT, DO IT, DO IT, DO IT!"

In a plum of smoke and confetti, the winds surged around them and after the mist cleared -- Cirno was dressed in cheer leading attire. The Lil' Fairy was sporting a white and blue miniskirt, thigh-high socks with blue trimmed edges, white and blue tennis shoes and a blue and white tank-top that said: "GO TRACK-RACK!" with a chibi-face of Kazumi plastered on the front and back. With two shakes of her wrist, blue and white pom-poms re-appeared on each of Cirno's hands and she started doing little dances to further pump up and motivate Kazumi to show that she believed in her student.

"DO IT, DO IT, DO IT! BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T DO IT... I'LL HIT YOU WITH THESE POM-POMS! I'm really making an effort here, Track-Rack....=w="

And that wasn't an idle threat! Of course she wouldn't really harm Kazumi with those oh-so-powerful pom-pom's of cheer and motivation, but she would playfully hit her with it or something like that if she failed. In any case, Cirno continued doing cartwheels, jumping jacks, odd dances and even rolling around in the air to further keep up her cheer-leading. Even going on as to make more clones of herself to fill up an audience stone that appeared from another plum of smoke. All of them had signs, megaphones and everything cheering on Kazumi as Cirno shouted for her to keep pressing forward with the training.

In the meantime, the ice replica started emitting a strange white glow from its body. It was powering up and charging to deal with the last round of this match. As it was clear that the next bout Kazumi and this creature had would be its last. Therefore, it wasted no time in trying to seal the deal as it dashed across the sandy floor around them to bridge the gap between itself and its foe. At the same time, Cirno was also cheering louder as her and her merry band of replicas started cheering so loud you'd think this was an american football event and she was going to play-offs!

"Even if your energy is low, and your spirits are dampened, just say "Screw it, screw it" and summon more power! You got it, you got it, you got it! You just gotta reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeach in!

Despite our poorly worded and off-rhyme cheer, there was some truth into it. If Kazumi could just keep pushing herself further, the limit could be broken and her body may very well summon a power beyond her wildest dreams. As the more a person is thrown into extraordinary circumstances, the more potential from within can be awakened. It is why many men in this world often yearn to throw themselves into combat in pursuit of that glory and power. And it is why Cirno decided to throw this ice replica straight towards her trainee's way after their very basic training session concluded.

Thus, as fate would have it, Kazumi started to see that fact for herself as Cirno felt her power within surging and swelling. Her face became imprinted with determination, while her energy started to blossom and come forth to the surface like a typhoon of offensive down-pouring. Indeed, in this moment, her trainee looked like some sort of superhero and Cirno was very much proud of that fact as the entire battlefield around them shook with pure applause.

With each of them coming to the center most point of the island, the tension was high and the crowd grew silent as each of their fist collided alongside one another's faces. The clone aimed to strike Kazumi in the face with a powered punch to the right jaw, while Kazumi managed to get her empowered hit on the clone's left craw. Then, in that moment, their collective energies produced a shock wave and shook the earth around them for twenty meters on end. In this eruption of strength, the clone was sent flying backwards by about a few dozen feet before coming to an end on some rocks.

As it tried to get back up, it's face started to crumble, crack and disintegrate until it shattered into multiple icy pieces. In that moment, the crowd started roaring louder than ever. In fact, some people near by in the Iramasha Island itself started to peek out from the shadows and wonder what the heck was going on. However, when they saw it was Cirno Iramashsa, it was obvious enough to them from her reputation that she was no doubt up to some form of shenanigans.

Digressing, if Kazumi couldn't stand up after the impact, Cirno would rush to the field and hug her from behind with a tight grip. In this way, she was very happy of her trainee and couldn't be more proud as a mentor.

"Wooooooooooooow! That was super cool, Kazumi-Chan! I'm happy you were able to pull that off! See? I told you you could do it! >w<"

It is at this point that Cirno gave her thumbs up and then decided that perhaps they should call it a day as the crowd around them started to get larger.

"Uhhh, do you wanna conclude things here, Track-Rack? You've progressed well enough. You should totally come back to our island and rest up a bit! >w>"

At that point, the choice of where Kazumi went for the evening was in her hands and Cirno wondered what option she would choose.

Kazumi got struck in the jaw. It was something that she couldn’t avoid even if she wanted to for it required her to twist her body and that would no doubt throw her punch off its course. So, she took it, but with the satisfaction in knowing that her punch had connected with the clone’s face. Sure, pain blossomed all over her face and there will no doubt be a bruise there, but that didn’t matter. Heck, her flying just a couple feet away from the point where the two had connected their hits didn’t bother her all that much, especially when she landed on the soft albeit gritty sand - she counted herself lucky that she landed on her back and not her face. There the blonde would lie, slightly dazed and just a little bit confused, her thoughts having jumbled themselves up. She blinked several times before lifting herself up so that she sat on her bum rather than lay on her back.

Without much thought, her fingers ghosted over the spot the clone’s fist had connected with. She, of course, flinched rather violently and hissed. Kazumi inhaled sharply as she made a mental note to not touch her face and to avoid getting punched in the face again - it hurt like hell. There were probably several other areas she wouldn’t like getting hit, but she would figure those out when the time came. For now, it was not to get hit in the face - ever.

Now back to full awareness, Kazumi would look around for any signs of that clone, but she found none. Was it hiding or did she really beat it? The blonde wasn’t really sure, though she didn’t have to wonder for very long. She was suddenly hugged, tightly, from behind and a cheery voice pretty much announced her victory over the clone. It made her sigh in relief, a small smile gracing her face since she really couldn’t bare to flashing the angel a bigger one. The blonde didn’t notice those who had come to see the commotion until after the offer of going to the island had been made and suddenly she felt just a little self-conscious.

Though she wondered how long they had been around as well as how much they had seen, Kazumi showed no indication that she was bothered by their presence. Oh no, she turned her thoughts away from the crowd and to rather or not she would be accepting Cirno’s offer. It really wouldn’t take her long to decide for a simple reminder that she was attempting to avoid her father as long as possible had her deciding that seeing this island wouldn’t be so bad. So, with a nod of her head, Kazumi spoke, “I think that’s a great idea.”

With the crowd gradually becoming larger by the second, The Angel of The Ice was glad that Kazumi decided it was high time to split as well. After all, she didn't really wanna answer to these people either. All the little giddy fairy wanted to do was nurse her student back to good health with lots of cuddles and encouragement! Therefore, in order to speed things along, Cirno went ahead and grabbed the warm hand of Kazumi's right palm. Once touching her, Cirno grinned and spoke these words out with a happy infliction behind them:

"You've passed the first lesson, Track Rack! You should totally feel proud of yourself. Yay, yay, yay~! =w="

After finishing up with those bemused words, The Angel Iramasha went forward with the process of transferring noticeable sums of chaos energy around each of their bodies. This would come in the form of white light and Kazumi could easily tell that they were getting ready to perform another spacial warp of some kind. So, to that end, Cirno gave a thumbs up with her left thumb and smirked yet again to signal her pleasure in Kazumi's performance.

"I'll be taking you back to one of my homes on the island so we can rest up and get to know each other even better! You can't fight injustice fatigued, right?"

Snickering a bit after that sentenced was completed, Cirno seemed rather gung-ho on the superhero-stick soon, but it was to be expected in her childish form. The naivety of her mind allowed her to honestly believed that Kazumi did stand a strong chance at becoming some pillar of justice or righteous. Yet, when compared to the outright coldness, negativism and outright dreadfulness of the world around her -- perhaps this wasn't so bad.

As to Cirno, it would be better to be drowned in foolish positivity than submerged in a sea of glum too sullen to lift a finger to save others; or even yourself. Anything was better than that dark alternative and that is what she hoped to do for herself and Kazumi through this training. By instilling her hope in another being, Cirno felt as if she could do some good in the world bit by bit and see if there was a way to discover salvation for both Kazumi -- and herself.

Thus, for that heartfelt reason is why Cirno then rested her head against her student's shoulder and gave a soft, serene smile back at her. It seemed she was more than comfortable around this individual at this point and very much adored her warmth. Ergo, she'd announce these truths without a single shred of hesitation before they left this congested place:

"And I would like to say I am super glad I found a student like you. It makes me really happy inside that you accepted me to train you, Kazumi...."

Then, the lights around them began to become distorted and the vortex jump to the next starge of their training would begin, but not before these final words were uttered out of Cirno's mouth:

"......really........thank you for accepting me. It's all I wanted."

Finishing on those genuine emotions, the words of The Angel Iramasha came to an end and the two would more than likely vanish from this sandy shore in a burst of explosive white light.

[Cirno has now exited this thread through Chaos Warp. Restricted, you can choose to the close this thread on your post or end here. I will begin a new one shortly.]
