- Information: Reimu has gathered a large sum of Iramasha citizens, military, Shinigami and Gotei 13 members. She has then stormed the Rukongai districts and has been restoring ruined buildings/landscapes, investing new life into these areas, bringing in dense population back to the districts, building new defenses, constructing additional bases for the Iramasha/Gotei and making it livable again following the constant wars in the Soul Society.
