  • Information: In an attempt to restore more order and balance in the Soul Society, Ibiki and Tsubasa have approached Captain Commander: Iriko Crow in hopes of repairing damage to the Seireitei. They've reinstated the Maggots Nest following its destruction, but unlike before, they will at least be given a fair trial. As, more than anything else, the talk seems to be stirring towards making the Gotei 13 ran by the people, for the people. So she has opened the discussion for changes to be brought to the organization.
