The battle between Cirno Iramasha and Sagumi will be taking place within a large, run down temple. This temple is held up magically within a sky showing no means of ground beneath them. With many expansive and wide areas to fight, the Temple itself also holds many secrets. Small corridors, large church-like rooms and mini courtyards hidden within, the temple itself is a wonderful Arena to house the two powerhouses. Let the match between The Baka Iramasha and The Martial Arts Master Begin!

Excitement was filling all throughout the known realms of the universe. There was an opportunity for the strongest of each dimension to prove themselves in a tournament of might, power and will. It was called the Platinum Heart Tournament and the prize of this interdimensional brawl was equivalent to the Holy Grail for the final victor. Therefore, there wasn't the slightest shred of doubt that the greatest champions, heroines, villains and warriors from all the known lands were going to thrust themselves into this competition to prove their worth and fight for this holy prize.
So it served as no surprise that the likes of The Angel Of The Ice was going to put herself into this tournament. As soon as she came in contact with the Platinum Heart, she accepted its offer and told all those in Iramasha Town square that she was going off to fight a grand battle. There was a large crowd gathered around her as she stood upon a tall podium declaring her desire to fight. Many people weren't sure what to think of this scene. Some believed she was a fool, others assumed she could pull it off with enough moxy and many were just plain amused by the spectacle taking place.
However, as her sky blue eyes looked towards the heavens, the little angel had faith that something good would come of her taking part in this tournament. That feeling came from her innate desire to campaign for assist others. While it was true some of her driving intentions to join this competition were based around wanting to test her strength, that wasn't her sole motive for wanting to take the heart. After having seen how hard life has been for those outside of the Iramasha Clan, The Icy Fairy wanted to use the power of the Platinum Heart to improve the lives of those consumed by sorrow, poverty, powerlessness, disaster, hardship and death.
Thus, one could say her overall goal in this contest was to find a way to better help those people. As, overall, Cirno couldn't care less about possessing that power for herself is she couldn't share it to aid others. That is the primary reason why the Angel joined up with the ranks of the Iramasha Guard: to serve and protect others. Hence, with these intentions in mind, the little Iramasha would use it as a pillar of internal strength to lean on to get herself through the challenges that were sure to come.
As, with all things in the universe, time was moving fast and the moment of truth was arriving. The Platinum Heart had assembled for all of its combatants, arranged the battlefields and was ready for this Iramasha to prove her worth to it. To that end, Cirno sensed its call and knew it was time for her to go. As a result, she then found herself consumed by a beam of white light. It caused the fairy's baby blue hair, ocean blue dress and azure head bow to wave wildly in the wind as she started ascending into the heavens.
"Well, it looks like this it! I want you all to wish me the best luck possible! I've got to win the Platinum Heart if I'm to make a difference in this mess the world is in! Just like a true champion of good would!"
With her eyes on the prize, the voice of The Iramasha was as ecstatic as ever. Of course there was the strong reality that she couldn't achieve what she said, but winners don't spend their time thinking about failure. Instead, they act and fight in spite of the odds which are stacked against them. So as the crowds of people started waving, cheering and shouting off good will for The Angel of The Ice to do well in her matches; Cirno gave them all a thumbs up before she was transported away.
It all occurred in a flash. By the time Cirno opened her eyes to the world around her, it was clear that she was taken headfirst into the battlefield. As her black mary jane shoes clacked against the hard pavement, the little angel started walking along until she realized she was standing over a bridge which overlooked many types of different temples, corridors and courtyards. Blinking out of surprise, her wings icy wings started to flutter and take in the hazy, sunny sights as it seemed like the arena could expand on forever.
Granted, upon further inspection, a lot of these seemed somewhat worn down. Dust covered the arena like a plague, cracks were seen across many of the buildings and overall it looked like this place was long since abandoned. So it made for the perfect setting for two powerful warriors to fight until their hearts content. It made Cirno sigh in relief as it least she wouldn't have to worry about dragging others into this fight in case she got another psycho opponent. And, on that line of thought, a brief image of a crimson haired individual named Sou Yuuki would pass in her mind. Shuddering, she'd hope her next opponent wouldn't be anything like him.
In any event, she needed to brace herself for combat. She didn't have the luxury of sitting around and enjoying the view for too long. Her foe could arrive at any second! Therefore, the area became chilled as The Angel of the Ice started gathering a fair volume of her inner energy to the surface. It caused the area to have a blue-tint to it as a faint, pearl light emitted from her body. In the off chance she wouldn't get a chance to recover, The Icy Fairy figured she was going to need to fight at an even pace and save the flashy stuff for last ditch efforts.
So, as a gentle breeze flew over, the blue light faded and The Angel of The Ice succeeded in making herself prepped. The reason she summoned this aura was to make her body as on-point as possible. Senses were augmented to be on high-alert, energy was ready to be used at a moments notice for strong attacks and her mind was accelerating with numerous thoughts to think fast on her feet. There was no telling who was going to show up and she needed to be prepared for anything!
Henceforth, as a holographic screen filled with neon-white text emerged in the skies above, Cirno's head tilted only a few moments after its appearance to zoom on the text and see who she would be fighting.
"MATCH BEGINNING: CIRNO IRAMASHA VS SAGUMI SUMASHUU SET...."
After the booming males voice echoed across the arena, an image of both Cirno -- and Sagumi appeared on the screen. In that moment, the face of The Iramasha almost turned white. That -- man -- was the same whom she encountered in Australia. The same person who was there when the world of The Angel Iramasha turned upside down and saw that ugly sight of murder and decay. Of all the opponents she could face in the universe, how did someone from that city, from that day, end up being her foe?
"Heh....I guess this isn't going to be a smooth ride, eh?"
Was what The Ice Fairy muttered to herself in a quiet tone as she snickered and shook her head. Whatever. She had gotten pass that day and this would be the best time to bury that hatchet. No good came of lamenting on the past and this would prove to be the perfect opportunity to finally put those demons to rest. Going head to head with this man now meant that she would be facing some of the terrors from those days once more. So, with an exhaling of breath, Cirno mentally prepared herself and motioned with her fist for Sagumo to come out:
"Alright, come out Cherry Man! We've got business to settle!"
With a wide and happy grin, Cirno washed away that despaired and welcomed her opponent to step forth into the ring and present himself to her -- for better or worse.
