Basic Information

- Name: Loci Kittie
- Titles: Plague Walker

- Affiliation/Rank: 12th Division

- Appearance Description: Loci is a small girl who stands

barely at 5 foot tall, she has a pair of cat ears and a

tail which she grafted onto herself at a young age for the

sole reason of "It makes me cuter."

- Personality: Loci is very straight forward and cold to

the majority of people, however when she sees a woman she

finds attractive she will act shy and innocent. Her passion

is researching death and it is why she joined the 12th

Division. She is a self proclaimed necromancer.

- Likes: Women, eating, sleeping, killing, and getting

interesting corpses...she also likes normal presents too,

and freedom

- Dislikes: Men, and being told what to do.

- History: On earth she was a young mortician. She died in

a car accident with her girlfriend during a bad windstorm.

Soul Society: After she arrived at the soul society she was

put in a small village. The village however broke out with

a mysterious plague, having a high Reiatsu she was able to

ward off the illness and was seemingly immune to it. She

assisted the living villagers in the clean up of the city.

Unbeknownst to her, with each of the dead victims she came

into contact with she absorbed the plague from them into

herself. She stayed in the village until the last person

had died before setting out to find a new home, though

where she went, the plague followed and villages died.

Until one day she came across a Shinigami from the 12th

division who was sent to research the mysterious deaths.

After discovering the cause of the plague the Reaper took

her with him and taught her to control the plague absorbing

gift that she had. She then decided to join the Soul

Reapers and become part of the 12th division where she

could better study death and disease.

- Reiatsu Color: Black
- Zanpakutô Spirit Name:Shi o Kanbu no Kaze

- Zanpakutô Spirit Appearance: Loci's Zanpakutō spirits is

a pale woman who looks to be in her 30's with piercing red

eyes and short white hair, she carries a large black scythe

and is garbed in the traditional dress of a western style

grim reaper. The Reaper robes are black and shredded

looking at the ends.

- Inner World: A large cemetary which holds the graves of

the plague victims the cemetary grows with each person she

kills

- Sealed Zanpakutô Apperance: A 35 inch blade with a 14

inch Tsuka (handle) the Tsuka wrap is a piercing dark

green.

- Sealed Zanpakutô Abilities: Loci's Zanpakutō can

manipulate the wind and air particles within a 10 foot

radius from her which she uses to spread her plagues and

deliver a variety of wind based attacks. She has found that

she can control the speed at which the plague affects the

victims.

- Release: Let your winds pierce the world *Shi o Kanbu no

Kaze*

- Shikai Description: Her Shikai is the same in appearance

as her Sealed form however a sister blade of the same style

but only 33 total inches long (Blade 27 and Tsuka 6)

- Shikai Abilities: Increases the wind control radius to 20

foot radius and allows her to summon the dead from her

inner world cemetery.
- Bankai Description: Loci and her Zanpakutō spirit merge

making her the reflection of death. Her blades are replaced

by a Scythe. and her face becomes pale. Her clothing is

replaced by that similar to your stereotypical grim reaper

and her eyes become red.

The scythe has a katana style blade running 27 inches down

the back of it. The over all Scythe Shaft is 100 inches

long and the scythe blade is 49 inches long

- Bankai Abilities: Loci achieves an immortal state and is

unable to be killed and no longer feels pain, however she

still recieves injuries and can be stopped by dismemberment

or beheading.

- Roleplay Sample:

"I don't know anything about any Peacekeepers," I sit, "but

here's what I want to get out of this if I do decide to be

recruited...I want a medical position in the guard.

Obviously there will be wounded soldiers in the field, so

I'm sure that won't be a huge problem. I want your best

medic to bring me up to date with the modern practices,

where I'm from we were not as advanced as I assume a city

would be. When it comes to missions and serving in the

guard, I want the bodies of anything that is killed for

research purposes. Also, I assume that the guard would have

some sort of battlemage or a sorcerer in general. My

spellbooks were left behind when I set out for here. I'll

need replacements. I study primarily necromancy. And about

these weapons and armor I'm a tad picky so don't be upset

if what I pick ends up being smelted down for something

that feels more comfortable." I look at the Captain, "If we

can agree on these things then I'm sure you'll have an

excellent soldier, and just think, if I'm not afraid of

you; What would I be afraid of?"

Appearance & Personality Sections: Appearance needs to be at least 5 DETAILED sentences. If you use simple sentences, it must be 10. Along with that, personality is generally at least two paragraph's with the same 5 to 10 sentences as appearance. This is to ensure that you have a pretty well developed character.

Quoting the rules here (which you really should have read, no questions asked), we'll start with your personality. You need to at least meet the bare minimum requirements of 5 to 10 sentences, meaning you'll be going more in depth with who she is. You can get away with the appearance so long as you have a decent image, which you do.

Following that, your history is also lacking. You should look towards doubling what you have right now, for the same reasons. We do have our standards here even if we are more lenient about it.

Now onto your powers, I'm unfortunately going to have to limit you heavily for her being your first character. I'm sorry to say that you will not be granted Shikai, nor Bankai at this time, and therefore will need to remove it or cross it out.

Next, you make almost no mention of your 'plagues' in your powers. If it is a power your character has, you must list it, and you must describe what it does and how it works. If you don't then you don't have that power.

You should focus on these problems before I go further.

I did kind of rush the design of this, but put down what I felt was the more relevant information. I'm used to being a short sweet and to the point kind of person so this is something I'm not really used to. Of course regarding the powers I didn't expect to have them all at once. That'd take the fun out of having my character grow. Regarding the plagues, I intended to write the symptoms...but I derped and forgot. Anyways give me a couple days and I'll get it all fixed. In the mean time I'll spend my time bs'ing on chat lol.

I empathize with that approach, short and sweet, to the point. You want to get right to the roleplay. But then, if you really wanted that then there are many many chatbox roleplays out there. Here, this character will stick with you, and the power level you will start with depends very much on the quality of the application you submit. Think of the whole thing as a resume for a job; you might not even get hired if its not up to a certain standard, and it's my only basis for judging what you receive out of the gate.
