In the year 2415, Colin Washi was sitting at his desk. Contemplating once more his life, he finally stared down at his younger nephew. His nephew who would run such a drastically different path. His older brothers were in conflict. Brian was standing alone, and there he was, sitting there, doing nothign.

At last, the picture of the green haired woman at his desk was staring at him. I twas issuing him challenge, a special kind of challenge. He had heard its call for a very long time... but only now did he fell as if he truly understood it.

So, he began to organize. He knew his goal: He wanted to unite people, those who would come next. True, there was the Karakura High School, but there was not one for the relative 'youth', those still developing, to get to know one another. They could join organizations... but that put them in extraneous danger, more often than not.

So, he now had decided that he wanted to create a special kind of team. This team would be comprised itself solely of youth, but it would also have 'advisers' who would agree to watch over them. Most off all, each of these team members would occasionally be given 'notes of challenge' by the team itself for them to carry out, either alone or with their adviser.

The most interesting thing about the team is that anyone is able to enter it, no matter their current organizational or familial association. The youth of demon world are just as welcome as those of Karakura City. The team's 'base' is located at the residence of Colin Washi in the Underground Karakura.

In addition, each member of the team has to wear a special kind of 'shoe'. Now, each of these shoes have been designed to specifically grant the user the ability to generate certain kinds of 'elements' from their feet. For some,t his might be flame, or water. However, what each of them have in common is the ability to become a special kind of 'roller blade' that uses jet propulsion, allowing for the user to go at extremely fast speeds as long as they are able to remain in control of their feet. They generate enough force to be able to go up completely vertical walls, and with enough training can even be used to ride the air.
