Could you perhaps put this in to more detail? What happens when it hits the enemy, e.t.c

Icicle: A small icicle hits the enemy.

Same thing here, the moment I read it I thought it was like saying throwing a ice-cube at someone which wouldn't really do anything~ Please put this in to more detail too.

Spread Cero: Hoshi creates an orb of darkness that hits the
enemy. Once it hits it creates a small exploding force.

Icicle: A small icicle hits the enemy. Once it hits it explodes into a blast of cold air and very sharp pieces of cutting ice.
