HERE IS SOME GENERAL GREETINGS
• There isn't very much that needs to be explained here. All you need to do is nominate someone who you've noticed has done something special in any OTM category and one whom you believe should go into OTM Finals and be apart of the OTM contest experience.

THE RULES TO THE OTM NOMINATIONS?
• You can only vote for one person!
Make sure to state the name of the person you are nominating....

WHAT ARE THE PRIZES FOR THE OF THE MONTH?
• First Place: Ten million yen, ten awesome points, 10% discount in any shop of choice (in this site, not in real life! Sorry!) And an image set on the side bar to your right personally stylized by [TheFrost].
Second Place: Five Million yen, five Awesome Points, 5% discount in any shop of choice, and an honorary mentioning.

hokay so imma kick this shite off.

First off this wasnt an easy choice there are alot of characters stepping up moving out lately which is a treat to see everyone working so hard. But my choice came down to the idea of a character who's been purely doing everything possible to push this char forth even becoming a new main for the user, somiething i admire quite abit, thas right peeps my choice is

Hisao Yazaki

An old character revamped and now powering down threads and doing stuff some wouldn't believe, all i can say is good job cook this char defs gets my stamp of approval and good luck to any others nominated

This is because the character seems to be making progress, he has been seen in a few threads and overall I like to see new characters beginning to make a name for themselves. So I will go ahead and give him my stamp to move on to the OTM Finals.
