• Reasons For Upgrading: Yeah I wasn't thinking again. I was the bio and fix up everything up for the dog vizard. The only reason I'm creating Kain....As you know old Ca-Knucklehead.....aka Wolverine is buying the farm(killing him off for good). I can't think of an better way of honoring the guy with adamantium bones. By creating a son associate to his original name James Howlett. Oh course Daken is his son......Dark Wolverine. But I wanted to create something new. But onto the point....I was told that I need permission to have bankai and ressurreccion placed on the guy's bio. Look I have no problem but someone told me I need to come ask the admins for it. Really.....I want it so.....I could start something Inuyasha-ly but in a Bleach sort of way.
  What Are You Upgrading: Trying to get Bankai and Ress for a vizard for an app? Need permission first......

I'm fine with Kain having a bankai, that's no problem, but only question lays in the Ressurecion and checking. Are you simply asking for permission of him to have one, or? Do they need to be checked in his app? As for Resurrection, I'm going to have to decline that. We placed a limit on those capable of using Resurrection as a vizard at a tier of 0-3 or higher. Similar to a Shinigami's Shikokai or a Arrancar's Segunda Etapa.
