Gene Erik/MWA-012 "Hecate" [5-5/1-1]
Wed Jul 23, 2014 12:40 am
NPC Template
Name: Gene Erik
Age: 27
Gender: Male
Personality: Not much can be said about the pilot of the Hecate, Gene Erik. He is efficient, to the point, and very much an all business sort of person. Following orders to the letter and somewhat lacking creativity.
Appearance
Tier: 5-5
Position: Commander in Divine Comet
Race: Human
Brief History: Gene's family comes from a long line of military men, however in this world where access to spiritual powers and spiritual awakening reign supreme, Gene's usefulness as a soldier was severely hampered. It was through this that he was drawn to Divine Comet. Quickly rising through the ranks of the Underground Paramilitary organization, Gene was given access to one of the second generation Akagai systems, intending to follow his orders to the letter in the only place that has given him a chance to fight against the monsters of this world.
Associated Character: Moroi Wareyasui and Divine Comet
Basic Powers:
Tier: 1-1
The Psycho-Frame, simulates the Wareyasui Shinkeikairomou, allowing average humans to interface with an pilot an Akagai. The Psycho-Frame mimicks the Wareyasuis’ ability to completely interface with an object. The Akagai will generate millions of chi strings to the pilot’s body and effectively one-way link the Akagai to their consciousness and neural system. This allows the user to fully control the Akagai as if it was their own body and still have it stand alone in terms of damage accumulation. It takes a healthy amount of practice to fully refine the interface and master controlling the Akagai with the Psycho-Frame, but most regular humans can master the basics within months. Divine Comet uses this technology to give humans the ability to fight back where they otherwise would be unable to.
One of the most destructive weapons developed thus far by Divine Comet, the GN Bazooka is a powerful energy weapon. Designed specifically to punch through all manner of barriers, the GN Bazooka could be considered a minor weapon of mass destruction, able to completely level city blocks and buildings with one charged firing. The double grips can be removed from their rotatable docks and function as wireless controllers. An additional grip dock beneath the weapon body can be used when resting the back end on the Akagai's shoulder as per standard firing position, and grip position can be altered as the situation requires. And a single charged or uncharged shot can wipe out a squadron of Mobile Suits. When the weapon is fully assembled and allowed to charge(in a position to fire without imminent bodily threat) it is capable of demolishing all forms of shielding and causing enough destruction to wipe out a miles worth of structures. When fired this way, the weapon is unusable for five posts, needing to recharge. When it becomes disconnected, with each barrel operating separately, the weapon fires an equivalent blast to a middling tier one cero and requires no recharge time.
Positioned on each shoulder of the Hecate, the two GN cannons are capable of firing a bala equivalent blasts out at a rapid rate, affording it a means to protect itself should it be unable to fire the GN Bazooka, affording it a considerable amount of firepower even while unable to fire its primary weapon, allowing it to maintain being a threat.
A weapon that is controlled by the pilot and is used to defend the Hecate or any other Akagai from an impending attack. They are small disc-shaped objects, housed in the hips, which are capable of generating an almost-impenetrable energy shield. They are able to repel just about any attack, however multiple powerful shots against the GN Shield can cause them to be weakened and lose their power to produce an energy shield. When low on energy, they can return to the rack on the back of the mobile suit for recharging. In addition, the shield itself is slow moving and separate from the body, making it less suited for dealing with attacks from multiple directions.

- Comments/Notes: I am slightly confused on this app. The reason for that is because it seems like the mecha that is associated with this character would probably have the tier more so than the human. I don't really see any feats, techniques, abilities or skills that would otherwise indicate he has a tier above 5-5. Therefore, I'd recommend this either be put under equipment or state that the Akagi is able to enhance the spiritual capacity of humans. I'd be more than willing to have the tier tag in the app state that Gene is 5-5, while the mech has a separate tier when he is piloting it.

That's effectively what the situation is, the human is 5-5 and the Akagai is 1-1.
I'll edit accordingly.
