Why?: Kutabare is considered to be "The King of Beasts" his many years within the depths of hell have been compromised of raising different mighty beasts of all sorts. This all came to be when Kutabare claimed the 610th level of Hell with the help of his original Hell Beast, Arbeaux. Once he claimed this level of Hell, he continued to expand his small militia of Hell Beasts using his unique abilities to control wildlife. Using various methods he has been able to split his own power between the beasts that he possesses and has raised, trained, and conditioned them to be obedient to his word and adapt to the levels of hell. Through his power, he is able to control and even take over the vision of the beasts as he so wills it to be. Thus, he has slowly pushed his way through, personally, and taken the levels 601-609. After he had claimed this territory, he left a fragment of himself, or his power, with the Hell Beast that controls the floor so that he can oversee all of the levels.

Kutabare was born as the Rakshasa of Pride, which can blatantly explain his yearn to control more than one level of Hell.
