Reasons For Upgrading:
She's been in three threads around high level tiers, i was thinking a very small rise for becoming used to pressure and such could happen? I'm terrified to throw her into battle really.

I've got no problem granting 5-3, however all powers and abilities are an upgrade just as tier is and you will have to submit another upgrade application in order for them to be approved. So do that for the powers/abilities you wish to obtain for her and then yeah. Also, they'll have to be rped to be obtained.

Don't forget to link this upgrade thread in your character's app for future notice.
