Equipment

Item Name: Excelsum Virgam Arcana (High Staff of the Arcana)
Item Type: Solely available to Meredith Arcana, and will not work with anyone else. The only exception is if Meredith were to grant the staff to another.
Used For: Amplification/Storage/
Item Description: Mainly used as a medium for Meredith to amplify or better control her abilities, though not entirely necessary, seeing as how she's fully capable of doing so without a medium. Nevertheless, the main use for Excelsum is to act as a sort of amplifier. An exception to the knowledge gathered are Arcana members whom relinquish their name, those whom are unaware of their Arcana origins, and the sisters of Meredith.

A secondary use for Excelsum is the received knowledge from all Arcana members. In essence, it acts as a storage unit. What Arcana members collect through their senses (including Meredith herself) is received and kept within Excelsum. Furthermore, this staff
Obtained From: During the concept of expanding the Arcana Family through means other than actual birth-rite, foreseeing the success, Meredith herself created Excelsum.
Yen Price: Ranges from 100-100k, perhaps even 100mil. Outside of the people who know how it works and what it contains, it would simply appear to be a decorated staff made from an unknown substance. To those who know what it's made of, they might pay in the thousands range. To those who know what it possesses and how it works, especially Arcana members, combining the sentimental worth as well as actual capabilities, some would be willing to go into hundreds of millions.

Item Name: Usque Enim Excelsior Directum (Reach for a Higher Direction)
Item Type: It's usable by anyone, however, currently it is in possession of one of Meredith's sisters.

Obtained From: During the attack from one of her Ideth--one of her sisters--one of Meredith's closest, most favored "servants" had given up all the spiritual energy in his being to her after receiving a fatal wound. Combined with her own, she had forged Excelsior. Unfortunately, the Red Witch was already weakened immensely. Though able to damage her sister severely, Ideth was able to steal Excelsior from her and escape before the collective force of Meredith's fellow Arcana and servants could arrive.
Yen Price: Considering the weapon is made of pure condensed Reishi, just as Excelsum is, the blade itself is worth highly, perhaps even in the ten thousand range. Furthermore, due to its elemental properties, being able to channel and produce lightning with excellency, as well as produce its own spiritual pressure (as it's essentially made with the soul of a being), one might consider the price of Excelsior to be worth in the several hundred thousands range.

Well, it is clear to me that there has been no work on this piece of equipment here as made evident by the WIP tag in the title. So judging by that, I am going to go ahead and move this into archives to save up space.
