HERE IS SOME GENERAL GREETINGS
• There isn't very much that needs to be explained here. All you need to do is nominate someone who you've noticed has done something special in any OTM category and one whom you believe should go into OTM Finals and be apart of the OTM contest experience.

WHAT ARE THE PRIZES FOR THE OF THE MONTH?
• First Place: Five million yen, skill upgrade, ten awesome points, 10% discount in any shop of choice (in this site, not in real life! Sorry!) And an image set on the side bar to your right personally stylized by [TheFrost].
Second Place: One Million yen, five Awesome Points, 5% discount in any shop of choice, and an honorary mentioning.

Alright, it seems I set my self a reminded to post in this, since I rarely do. But instead of straight up blurting out who I'm nominating, ill give my reasoning behind it. This individual, seems to get a ton of work done at the start of the month and is rarely recognized for the Staff OTM because he finishes everything that he needs to cover. He has some great posts while contributing to the staff work. With the long move ahead of him, he's still taking time away to remain active on the site and perform regular duties, that should be respected. I think this month has been the toughest so far, especially with all the disputes and discussions that have arisen, yet he has handled it well and so I vote TheFrost for the Staff OTM. You deserve it mate.

Blank's Thoughts

I'm going to have to agree with Ulqui on this one. Even though he's in a bit of a bind at the moment, he's still trying to commit to the site as best as he can with his constraints for the time being. I still see him trying to maintain a strong sense of work ethic on the site, keeping up with his duties and still trying to keep up with his posting on top of alot of the things going on in his personal life that are stressing him out with this 1,000+ mile move.

And with everything that has occurred in the past week or two with these disputes, I'm surprised he is still around doing as much as he has and keeping his cool through this storm on the site at the moment. Therefore he has my vote for SOTM as he really does deserve it this month.

~~Yes, the gif is in reference to how totally gay I am for you, because Kyoukai was that kind of anime~~ Seeing as how Frost was nominated TWICE, I don't feel it necessary to make it a third. Yes, I agree with Ulqui once again, however, this time you beat me. Therefore, just as I changed nominees on the other OTM, I am nominating another person who I feel deserves it: Ulqui. Mainly for the second (or was it third?) week into the month, where your post-count skyrocketed. As I suspected, after taking a look at what those posts were from, you were doing you job as a Site Assistant, moving threads, etc. Yes, in this case I was considering nominating you based off of the post count, however, the post count would also reflect the work you've done. Thus, I'm nominating Ulqui for SOTM. No, not you Moose.

I'm going to be voting for Ulqui to win SOTM and I'mma base this vote off of personal experience with him. Whenever I need him to check something? He doesn't take too long to finish and always keeps his word with it. Despite the fact he is on a temp leave for the next few days, the past month he's pretty much been on the ball with helping members out and shit from what I've seen.

Not only that, but he seems to provide solid material whenever it comes to staff debates and what not that same grounded to me. He's also coming up with alot of ideas, events, characters and so forth and keeping up his RP game. Therefore, from his performance on March, I'd give him my mark to win SOTM.

Okay, now that a week has eclipsed since this thread was made, I feel people have been given enough time to vote. As a result of that? I'm going to go ahead and lock out this nomination thread to give way to the OTM Finals. Those threads will be up anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. It will, however, come up sometime in the day or evening of Saturday, March 29th.
