HERE IS SOME GENERAL GREETINGS
• There isn't very much that needs to be explained here. All you need to do is nominate someone who you've noticed has done something special in any OTM category and one whom you believe should go into OTM Finals and be apart of the OTM contest experience.

WHAT ARE THE PRIZES FOR THE OF THE MONTH?
• First Place: Five million yen, skill upgrade, ten awesome points, 10% discount in any shop of choice (in this site, not in real life! Sorry!) And an image set on the side bar to your right personally stylized by [TheFrost].
Second Place: One Million yen, five Awesome Points, 5% discount in any shop of choice, and an honorary mentioning.
Third Place: Five thousand yen, and an honorary mentioning.

I don't usually like regurgitating nominations, but in terms of contribution no one is really close to Pammy this month.

CPK, because I couldn't nominate him last month.

This is difficult, since I'm between Pammy and KFC, but due to the spread of threads, as well as the impact being made in many threads with a good pace behind them (Outside of recent), I gotta throw my nomination towards CPK. I'm quite surprised by his participation in many threads, as well as showing his skills as an additional GFX artist on this site. Overall, his contributions are quite impactful and I think he deserves recognition for doing so.
