Staff Of The Month - January 2014 Nominations

I hereby nominate Ludalfa for Staff of the Month!

I was torn in this choice between Luda and Frost! However I choose to go with the underdog here, despite Frost's INSANE proficiency as the face of this website. Frost, I'm sure you get plenty of attention anyway, so I just simply felt Luda deserved a shout out, here are my reasons.

Reason For Nomination: When I first joined this site, I can honestly say I have never seen a staff member get SO on top of things as Ludalfa did concerning my OC. (Original Character.) He literally waited in the Xat, asked me frequently as to my progress on the application and as soon as I said it was finished he wasted no time reading it over, telling me what needed to be changed (rather than simply accepting and being done with it) and even stayed long while i fixed an issue he had. That impressed me.

I have since seen him be an active member, and moderator. He jumps onto any situation he sees that need attention, and is not getting it and i just feel like he takes his job very seriously.

I would like to nominate Ludalfa for staff of the month.

The reason why is for the help he provided when checking my Character Application. I know that is staff's job, but he was every helpful with checking my character and patience as i did editing work. Therefore he has my vote.

Whether its managing events that he created for the rest of us to enjoy, being helpful in Xat, approving characters, organizations, and upgrades, signing off on affiliate sites, working with members on the creation of new lore and items, or just jumping in the mix with some damn fine writing, Frost is everywhere. He touches everything you do and is a ridiculously active head admin. On too many forums I see the guys or girls who started it up begin to lose touch with their creations. They stop caring about the small things that are required to not only welcome new members, but are needed to maintain a current user base. I couldn't tell you why Frost has his hands in so many pots this month. I think a little more delegation would be good for the soul.

I just joined, maybe this is standard fare. If he's like this every month then the only reason I can imagine anyone would vote for any other staff is because you feel bad for them, because when they wake up in the morning, they're not Frost.
