Stoic: Leberecht is like a brick-wall of emotions - seemingly unmoving. He keeps a straight face no matter what he is asked to do and has no problem doing it. Hardly will you ever see Leberecht crack the stone wall he keeps his emotions behind.

Mission-centric: Having been raised for battle, Leberecht is accustomed to having a set goal when doing something. Whatever his goal is, that is his top priority, anything that comes up while working towards said goal will only be dealt with if it must. Once he has completed his set mission, he immediately returns for more.

Enjoys the thrill of battle: Should Leberecht be caught up in a truly challenging battle, you'll notice that his stone cold demeanor will change. Instead, you'll find Leberecht fully enjoying himself, laughing and demanding more from his opponent. After the battle, Leberecht will likely be disappointed and annoyed before returning to his stoic behavior.

Pent-up Anger: One of the few times you'll ever see Leberecht's emotional shell crack is if he gets angry. Usually, he keeps anything minor held within, possibly showing small signs of displeasure, but should you truly make him angry, the wall comes crashing down. Instead of the usually stone-faced Leberecht, you have a raging madman, who will stop at nothing until his anger is satiated.

- Background: Leberecht doesn't remember his childhood. He knows he game from Germany, and that something caused him to lose his right eye. Occasionally, he can recall vague images of others and what may be a girl his age, but everytime he has dreamt or actively retried to recall these images, his right eye throbs with phantom pains. What Leberecht does know for certain is that he has been with the Vandenreich for as long as he can remember.

The members of the Vandenreich had taught Leberecht what he was and trained him in usage of his powers. Despite Leberecht's surprising amount of control, he always had trouble forming a bow as a child. On a hunch, they instead told him to focus it as a weapon he would use. What formed in his hand was a sword of energy. From them on, Leberecht was taught the unconventional tactics of Quincy close combat. Though, with a lack of Quincy who specialized in melee combat, Leberecht often had trouble fully grasping techniques due to teaching methods. This led to Leberecht almost being killed when he took on his first Hollow.

After nearly being killed by a weaker Hollow, it was decided that Leberecht needed more specialized training. He was put under the tutelage of Obzedat, captain of the Kreigpferd. Being a child in his lower teens, the man terrified Leberecht, which was the proper reaction to have. Obzedat mercilessly trained Leberecht day after day to increase his hand-to-hand combat, his swordplay, and how to effectively use Quincy abilities in melee combat. Over the years the training proved to be effective, and with constantly facing off against Obzedat's abilities, he had also gained a strong mental resistance.

Once effective as a soldier, Leberecht was often given missions for hunting down Hollows or other creatures. He proved to quite effective at this, always finishing whatever mission he was given with relative ease. Exploiting Leberecht's natural affinity for hunting down targets, he earned a place in the ranks of the Jagdarmee. With his quickly increasing success rate of acquiring or killing his targets, Leberecht earned his moniker as the Huntsman of the Vandenreich. Being in a place of power inside of the Jagdarmee, Leberecht continues to serve the Vandenreich as best he knows how: to complete the mission above all else, no matter the cost.

- Human Skills:
Expert Swordsman: Trained from a young age to be a skilled combatant, Leberecht found he took best to the blade, rather than bow and arrows. Trained in many sword combat arts and skills, Leberecht's fighting style is very flexible, designed to take on any kind of opponent. One thing has alway remains prevalent no matter how Leberecht is fighting: he never gives his opponent time to rest, always being on the offensive, even when defending.

Marksman: Despite being a melee-focuses combatant, Leberecht was still trained in the art of ranged combat. While not as great as most Quincys in the Vandenreich, Leberecht's ranged combat is above what you would expect from your average Quincy.

Tracking: For long as Leberecht can remember, he has had the penchant to find anyone, no matter how well they hid or where they went. Sometimes, it would take some time but in the end, Leberecht always found whoever he was looking for, even if he didn't know he was looking for them at the time. This has evolved into an invaluable skill over Leberecht's time in the Vandenreich.

Enhanced Willpower: Having been trained by Obzedat - a Quincy who's abilities bring out the latent fear in opponents - for many years, Leberecht had to learn to adapt to and resist abilities that affect the mind, to give him absolute focus in battle. Because of this, Leberecht can block any attempts to bring out things like fear and anxiety, and has a resistance to most other mental abilities, though he may still be affected should they catch him off guard.

- Quincy Items:
Hollow Bait: This item is a small, coin-shaped disk that attracts Hollows when crushed. When used by Uryū, the bait, in combination with Ichigo's powerful spiritual pressure, was able to draw a Gillian-class Menos out of Hueco Mundo.

Seele Schneider (魂を切り裂くもの (ゼーレシュナイダー), Zēreshunaidā; German for "Soul Cutter", Japanese for "That Which Slits the Soul"): The Seele Schneider is a thin sword that can be fired similarly to an arrow. It's much longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw: the reishi of its blade vibrate at ultra-high frequencies, loosening the molecular bonds between any spirit matter it cuts so that the Quincy user may easily absorb the freed reishi.

Gintō: A capsule-shaped tool used by Quincies to store their spiritual energy.It is an antiquated tool, but the use of it allows Quincies to perform certain techniques.

  • Heizen (聖噬 [ハイゼン], haizen; German for "Heating", Japanese for "Sacred Bite"): Heizen instantly gouges and purges whatever is enclosed in the space within the four tossed gintōs. It is tremendously effective even against Menos Grandes. This technique creates a transparent, rectangular beam of energy from the silver tubes which then slices through the opponent. It is activated by the command: "Feel the wrath of battle and accept this sacred chalice - Heizen!"(大気の戦陣を杯に受けよ)
  • Gritz (五架縛 [グリツ], gurittsu; Japanese for "Five Rack Ties"): A film of Reishi emitted from a thrown Ginto surrounds the enemy. This technique forms a man-sized pentagonal Quincy cross which envelops its target. It is activated by the command: "A silver rod strikes the five-fingered stone bed - Gritz!" (銀鞭下りて五手石床に堕つ)
  • Granate (lit. Grenade in German): A technique where the reiatsu stored in the Gintō is used to cause a large blast; much like a grenade. To activate it, one must add a drop of their own reiatsu to the Gintō, as well as say the command "Feel the blast with your soul, Granate." To explode, the Gintō must be tossed at the opponent, and will explode when it is close enough to a source of reiatsu or when it comes into contact with any surface.
  • Einweben (lit. Webbing in German): As suggested by its name, Einweben is a binding Gintō technique. It creates a large, man-sized energy web that is useful for either trapping or deterring an opponent. It is activated by the command "The silver strands bind you to your place, Einweben." This technique can either be used up close or by throwing the Gintō at the opponent.

Enhanced Spiritual Awareness: As a spiritual being, the Quincy can sense Hollows and other spiritual beings at a significant distance or tell in what direction they are in. Quincys are well known to sense the distance to any hollow, and capable of telling how much spiritual power a person has from a simple glance, making them living radars, only a small handful of beings are capable of not being able to appear to a Quincy.

Heilig Pfeil (Holy Arrows): are the primary attack used by Quincy. It is basically the same as an average arrow, but if the arrows are shot continuously they will eventually injure the wielders hands. The arrows can be created by collecting Reishi, absorbing Reiryoku from an opponent or gathering spirit energy, giving the Quincy many ways to form their bow and arrow. The power of the arrows vary in power and size, while some arrows are more powerful than others, for every quincy it is different, and normally comes down to skill, since the total amount of Arrow’s fired also showcases the amount of skill, while those who use only a few arrows at a time have more of a impact than others. Depending on what one spirit weapon is, the Arrow shape can change, as if one was a blade, then the arrows fired would appear as blades.

Hirenkyaku: An advanced Quincy moving technique. It allows for high speed movements by riding on the flow of reishi created below the user's feet. To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most Arrancar and Shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances. Mayuri compliments Uryū on being able to use this technique at such a young age, suggesting that it is difficult to master. Hirenkyaku enables Quincies to keep up with, and overpower faster opponents depending on the user's skill. The use of this technique aided Uryū as he defeated a seated Shinigami officer, a Números Arrancar, and even a Privaron Espada in combat. However, there is apparently more use for the technique than simply moving quickly. Upon entering Hueco Mundo through the Garganta, Ichigo Kurosaki and Chad noticed that Uryū apparently had a platform of reishi under his feet. Ichigo and Sado had trouble controlling their reiatsu on the path they were given, while he used an instance of Hirenkyaku in order to make his own individual platform. Later on Uryū used the technique to elevate himself and Orihime Inoue through the hole Ulquiorra Cifer created in the artificial sky, and above the dome of Las Noches. He reveals that he only recently realized he could use the technique outside Garganta, and in Hueco Mundo itself, halfway to Las Noches. He also laments the fact that if he had known sooner, he might have been of some use on the battlefield. It is currently unknown if Ishida, or any other Quincy, can use this variation of Hirenkyaku outside of Hueco Mundo, within Soul Society, or the Human World. Depending on one skill with it, can show how long they can use this before tiring out.

Blut Vene (静血装 (ブルート・ヴェーネ), burūto vēne; German for "Blood Vein", Japanese for "Stilled Blood Guise"): The defensive form of Blut that grants the user inhuman durability, represented by a faint pattern tracing the veins beneath the surface of their skin, which is only visible on the afflicted area when struck. If consciously kept at full power, even attacks delivered by a Shinigami's Bankai can potentially be negated completely. However, despite the considerable defense afforded by this technique, it seemingly isn't absolute and can be torn using sufficient power. As overtime the defense shall be worn down due to the nature of Blut Vene. This massive defense also has time limits, depending on the level of skill with this, it can vary to short periods of time, to lengthy amount, but they need periods of rest which can be risky if they are fighting a foe that can attack rapidly.

Blut Arterie (動血装 (ブルート・アルテリエ), burūto aruterie; German for "Blood Artery", Japanese for "Moving Blood Guise"): The offensive form of Blut that grants the user inhuman attack power. This technique is the only thing capable of ensuring that a Quincy's attacks are able to significantly damage a Bankai-wielding Shinigami. One notable use of this is applying it towards physical attacks as well as coating it on there own arrows to increase the damage output to that of a Bankai wielding captain. This is a vary powerful skill that shouldn't be taken lightly .

Ransōtengai (乱装天傀; lit. "heavenly wild puppet suit", "disheveled paradise puppet" in the Viz translation): This is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings out of countless reishi. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement. It was originally created to allow elderly Quincy to fight effectively, and is rare enough that Mayuri had never encountered a Quincy (out of the 2661 that he examined or studied) who could use it before Uryū. Mayuri stated it as "the most powerful technique for the Quincy," but he did not know of the Quincy: Letzt Stil, which means as far as Mayuri knew it was the strongest.

- Unique Abilities:
Spatial Separation: Leberecht's fine control over reishi allows him to compress the energy to a fine point, allowing his spirit weapon to cut through the molecular bonds of spirit matter, very akin to how a water jet cutter cuts through materials. To compare it standard Quincy weapons, if a opponent were to block with a shield, a Seele Schneider would be pushed back by the shield and begin to loosen the reishi; Leberecht's ability would allow him to cut into the shield, carving straight through the bonds of the reishi. Though he cannot do it now, with training Leberecht can even use this ability on his physical body, allowing him to use his appendages with the same effect as his spirit weapon. Leberecht can also leave a trail of reishi following his spirit weapon that functions this way; it can only be used as a single instance and is usually used as a defensive technique - the length and size of the trails depends on how much reishi Leberecht manipulates into them though this drains away from the effectiveness of his blades for a short period of time. Though even at the trail's largest point, it hasn't taken Leberecht more than twenty seconds to be back at full effectiveness. This ability gives Leberecht's spirit weapon a passive function of working like a Seele Schneider when reishi is not actively being compressed.

Reishi Blade Generation/Manipulation: Leberecht is able to summon and control reishi blades that function just the same as his at will, but they are limited to being active in a one meter space around his spirit weapon, as it acts as a focus for the ability. He is currently limited to controlling two at a time. Since these energy blades act the same as Leberecht's spirit weapon, sustaining them for a extended period of time takes a toll on him. His usual tactic for this ability is to apply it for a few brief moments during attacks, to adjust for any mistakes or to add additional damage.

Jigen Bunkatsu (次元分割, lit. translation: dimension split): With this attack, Leberecht puts all the energy he can into one single slash, cutting everything in the third dimension in the direction of the attack. The ground, the sky, everything shifts as it is cut by Leberecht's attack, however, everything shifts back to it's natural position so long as there is no reiryoku or reishi touched by the energy. Everything affected with reiryoku or reishi will have the bonds of the reishi severed in the direction of the slash, and will start to fall apart in that direction. This ability is extremely taxing on Leberecht, and thus he often leaves this as a last-ditch effort attack.

  • Comments/Notes: Alright, I'm going to be in charge of reviewing your application and I see a few things that need definite fixing. I'll get started below with this little diddy.

    Enhanced Willpower: Having been trained by Obzedat, Leberecht had to learn to adapt to abilities that affect the mind. Because of this, Leberecht has developed quite the strong resistance against mental abilities.

    Well, if he has Enhanced Willpower, shouldn't there be a story to tell? I mean, you can say he was trained off screen by him, but that doesn't really give me much insight into how he attained this willpower other than the word training. What kind of training did it involve? How and why does it work? And what kind of mental abilities are you talking about? You need to add a bit more detail to something like this and cite some examples of what it functions against as that's a very vague and blanket statement.

    Expert Swordsman: Trained from a young age to be a skilled combatant, Leberecht found he took best to the blade, rather than bow and arrows. Trained in many sword combat arts and skills, Leberecht is prepared to fight any kind of opponent with his blade.

    When it comes to being an expert swordsman, should you have some techniques or abilities to go along with it? I'd expect a bigger showcase of that in the application if he were to claim being a pro swordsman. What's his sword style like? How do his techniques shape up? Just how is his training incorporated into a real world battle circumstance? If you can't go above that, I'd just say he has average swordsmanship abilities if you ask me.

    I recommend citing some potential examples as to how his spirit weapon functions in a real combat situation if it's able to cut through the molecular bonds of spirit matter. The technical explanation is fine, but I wanna see a real world circumstance used in the description of this power.

    Furthermore, when it comes to the training part, can you care to elaborate on what you mean when you say "he can even use this ability on his physical body"? Does he become suddenly engulfed by this power and he can use from any part of his body? I don't have a problem with it, but the lack of detail in that section leaves me confused. I recommend using an example of how that function is used inside of the ability description.

    And you say he has a fine control over reishi, but I haven't seen that stated much in the application at all. I'd recommend trying to write a lot of this in your own wording rather than just copy-pasting it from whatever source you obtained it from. It's one thing to copy racial techniques, it's another to make them your own and write it in your own wording and apply it uniquely to your character.

    Along with that, what is the range of this ability? You say that it leaves a trail of reishi following his spirit weapon, how far can it go? 100 feet? 100 meters? 100 miles? I need a maximum vicinity for something like this. Also, since this is a unique power, wouldn't it take away energy if it's constantly acting like a Seele Schenider? I can see that getting tiring unless it was in a stand-by mode. That is to say, his spirit weapon still had this passive, but all he needed was a simple mental command at any given moment for it to go into action.

    So how many of these blades can he sustain at a given time? One? Ten? One Hundred? One Thousand? One Hundred Thousand? One Million? I'd like for you to state that. I'd also mention how long these are active in functioning if it's based off his will. Do they take any energy from him? A strain on his mind? These are things you can fill that up with.

    With that said, I hope you can make all the corrections above and I'll give a tier and will sheet later when they are fixed.
