» Appearance: Oshiro is a medium frame woman whose height is average as five foot, five inches, or a hundred-sixty-five centimeters tall while her appeal is noticeable, but modest. She was originally blond, which is atypical for a Japanese woman in a society where silver hair or brown hair are idolized as normal, but she dyed her hair baby blue to lessen the scrutiny from her peers by using a more pleasant color than a loud one. Though it did not credible to her intention, a lot of her peers pass it as an improvement over blond hair and on top of that, Oshiro developed a sense of sentimentality for her blue hair, thus she used a special kind of dye and hair care products to make her blue hair permanent by changing the pigment glands in her hair. Oshiro's eyes are naturally a dark reddish brown color called mahogany brown. As she is in her early twenties, she has a youthful complexion while her skin was not pale, yet not flushed as well, marking her as one who would go outside often, but also can spend time inside.

Oshiro was primarily curious, tampered to show good spirit to others, and internally conflicted. In a sense, she has her own problems, but she is hardly willing to show it or talk about it as she keeps masking it with trying something else to distract her. Her good spirit was tampered because of how society nurtured her forethoughts that the Japanese does not like trouble or drama, so it is better to keep it to oneself instead of spilling it. The curiosity was often her defense against her conflicts as when she does different things, even things that would be sexual, as along it keeps her distracted. Her typical habit consists of bicycle riding. As she was conditioned to avoid showing drama or problems, she does not like having to see real fights and real acts of violence; she was more afraid of them to be honest as she is afraid of the chance that it will all boiled up if she failed to please those she cared about. The last time it happened when her mother scorns her father about using their daughter as a model without letting her mother know about it, which despite being in her bedroom, she was scared of her mother's scorn ever since, which strangely translate to almost any loud noises, including thunder.

Oshiro was born in Tokyo and lived in Shibuya for a long while, so she can feel right at home in cities, especially can experience the nightlife like a professional. Because of her year long experience as a fashion model, she likes an array of fashion outfits including dresses and outtings, but she prefers wearing comfortable, yet defining outfits that are well within her budget. Since she could not afford a formal suit for professional jobs, she is really tidy with her outfits, making sure she looks as professional as possible with what she has; she developed a habit of preparing her next outfit a day before the appointed day so she will not spend so much trying to decide which one to wear. She works well with any type of clothing and she knows how to wear them properly so she would not get humiliated easily. Unlike other women, she does not exploit her natural appeal and prefers to do things the right way, so she will often have her shirt fully buttoned up or made to cover up her breasts. If she has a piece of clothing that would expose some cleavage, she will wear a shirt underneath it; she only exposes her cleavages when modeling or was wearing swimsuits.

Oshiro was born in Tokyo and primarily grew up in Tokyo, a metropolitan prefecture of Japan. Her parents along with her live in an apartment complex in Shibuya, one of Tokyo's special wards and known to be the fashion center for young adults as well as a major night life area. Her mother was a model and her father was a fashion designer, so her father created most of the fashion wear that her mother walked in along the catwalk. As Oshiro was entering high school, her mother retired being a model and began instructing new models. Despite her school having a rule against having a job as students, Oshiro's father needed a new model to wear his latest fashion designs and he sees his daughter as a good subject for convenience while the blue hair was exotic, thus she can fit in with the other models.

She has been modeling for her father for only one year until her mother discovered the activity and scorns her husband for putting their daughter's academic growth in jeporady because she was convenient. Luckily, Oshiro's makeup artist also works for her mother, so the makeup was used to keep the students and faculties from knowing about Oshiro's modeling jobs. After her high school graduation with high marks due to her mother's help and encouragement, Oshiro received money to help her find a place. After some research, Oshiro finds a place in a high rise complex in Sukai Karakura. She bids farewell to her parents and leaves on a transport to Karakura. When she arrives to Sukai Karakura, she moved into her apartment and there she is, looking for a job and slowly running out of money as she tries to get enough money to go into a college.

Spiritual Sensitivity: Though mild enough that it is passed to be average for a powerless human, Oshiro is capable of seeing spiritual entities, especially being able to associate with a Shinigami, a Vizard and a Ziamichi during her special first aid course at the age of seventeen. Her reiryoku was too less than average to develop powers and it is likely due to her lack of willpower. The Shinigami commented that if she has any hopes of acquiring the power within her, she must resolve her past troubles and learn how to improve her willpower and how to hone on her sensitivity to spiritual activities. As she is already twenty and still has not resolved her conflicts, she will not develop any power at all until she resolved them through exterior interventions.

Class-D Driver: Oshiro is trained in driving hovercars that are from coupe to minivans and sports utility vehicles. She acquired the license when she was seventeen years old, a year after she started learning how to operate a hovercar. By her registration, she should not be driving a truck or a vehicle designed for hauling loads larger than half of its weight and she should not operate hoverbikes and commercial vehicles like buses and taxis. Her only noteable handicap was her slower-than-average reflex, meaning that she is liable to have accidents if it requires her to stop at maximum closing distances. Erratic or extreme feats of driving is considered dangerous, thus she would have higher likelihood of having an accident if she goes more than ten miles per hour higher than the speed limit. Her allowed alternative means of personal transportation will be her bicycle that she usually rides on to a shuttle leading to and from Karakura City below Sukai Karakura; it is cheaper for her and healthier while she only use her hover car that she received for her eighteenth birthday for grocery and transporting products that would be difficult or too fragile for her to carry on her bike.

First Aid Certified: Through a first aid education program during her underclassman year in high school, she was one of the students who passed. Due to the strictness of the grading system (which can only tell if you passed or you failed,) her passing the class would require her to have an "A" for the class grade if in the United States. Oshiro knows different techniques including Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, and treating & dressing wounds with sufficient antibiotic and bandages. When she was in her second year of high school, she undergone another first aid education program as recommended by her previous first aid instructor. Instead of dealing with living beings, she learned to deal with spirits like Shinigami and Vizards; one day, she was given a chance to learn how to treat on a live Ziamichi, a rare chance that she could not pass up when half of her class are not interested. Through learning from a Ziamichi and other spirits, she also passed the special first aid education program. This allows her to utilize special treatments meant for spirits without needing spiritual powers. However, when it comes down to surgery and other complex treatments found in hospitals, she takes the bench because she is useless in that degree and can only ease the dire situation until actual help comes along.

House Trained: Throughout her years before arriving to Karakura, Oshiro was trained in how to take care of her living space and keeping herself fed, clean and comfortable. Despite her illustrous upbringing, Oshiro was frugal and prefers to keep her fashion sense and lifestyle comfortable and practical. For now, she is comfortable with living on her own, so expecting to live with another person was far less than expecting to start dating after she gets her life in order.
