«NOMINATING TSUBARA FOR COTM»

Who shall I be nominated for this months Character of The Month? I believe I've narrowed it down to Tsubasa because he seems to be intent on his goal to make the Gotei 13 whole, has been in quite the major fight, is getting things in order in many different threads for his pursuits, got boosted to 0-2++ and seems like a solid choice to be placed into the finals. Therefore, with a wave of my hand, I toss him my vote and wish him good luck.

My vote, this month, is going to go for Shadin. Starting one of the biggest wars in PH history and initiating World War 4? That deserves some form of recognition. So my vote is going for Shadin Yuudeshi.
