  • Reasons For Upgrading: Why do I believe Rose deserves an upgrade to 0-2? At the moment, with Ashlei gone, the Arrancar have no strong person to lead them. Henceforth, Rose went through the transformation process associated with Project Soul Drive. Once this system was fully installed within her, I believe there is a strong chance of her at least being knocked up to 0-2 because of the immense risk that are associated with it, the amount of capacities Rose has shown over the year in her fights and how she is shaping up to play a bigger role in the months coming; and especially throughout this war.

    Rose is a smart girl, even if it's not through this mean, she knows how to attain more energy; which is essentially tier on this site. So take this into consideration, please. She has even given up the likes of her Dues Ex Segunda Project in light of Project Soul(DRIVE). It's been hinted at for nearly a year between her and Ashlei, and it was originally intended to take Ashlei to the next step of evolution; but sadly these plans fell short after the supposed death of The Queen of Hollow''s. Henceforth, Rose took the burden on her own shoulders and forsakened everything for it.

Considering Project Soul Drive and giving up of Deus Ex for this project, I'll approve Rose for 0-2+.
