» Personality:
The Doctor is very observant and is a thinker. He thinks before he reacts and is calm and cool headed. He will not do something stupidly and fool heartedly. He uses this all the time and is someone that makes decisions based upon the facts and what he knows. As he learns more about something, his decisions change based on the new information. Additionally, he is a cheerful and jolly person; He is always smiling. He is always looking at the worst of things, and puts some light to it to help cheer people up. Moreover, he is always joking about something and trying to make people laugh, and tries to keep them cheerful in a time when War and Death are strong.

He always has a very good outcome on things and he keeps this, even when things are at there worst. He is one of the least serious pilots and is always wearing a very disarming grin. To this, he is also caregiver, helping those who are in trouble, and being there for those who are being hurt. Very protective and secretive with his past. The Doctor is very charming, and the ladies just love to be around him. He is very passionate about what he believes in, sometimes to the point where he comes across as the typical handsome brooding fellow.

However, he does have a dark side, and why he does what he does. He did something that would give him a seat within Hell and a nice seat it would be. That is the part of him is the one he hides from others. and it is the one thing he tries to avoid at all costs.

» Background:
The last of the Time Lord, the last Galiyan. This is the man who is of a race that has lived for a long time. They have seen the beginning of time and the end of time. The one known as the Doctor has been running since he left his home world of Gallifrey so long ago. Stealing a Type 40 TT Capsule, which is a machine that can travel anywhere within time and space.

Arriving on Earth in 1963, the ship took the appearance of a Blue British Police Call Box. The ship was able to take on the appearance of whatever era it arrived in, to blend in. However, it was damaged and so took the form of something that would make it blend better. Here, the Doctor and his grand-daughter worked and observed the Earth. However, a time came when the Doctor, his grand-daughter and two others began to travel. Over time however, the Doctor lost friends and companions, even family. Yet, he gained new friends, companions and external family members.

However, the changes in those who would grow to trust him, love him, fear him and loathe him also took their toll on the Doctor. The Doctor is able to cheat death. All Galiyan's are able to, in that when they die, they can regenerate into a new body. Not only is the body new, but everything about him. His face, personality, hair, eyes, height weight, likes and dislikes. For him, this is death, as he dies and a new guy takes his place with all of his memories. But it is natural for Time Lords to go through this process. However, there is a rule, in that they can only regenerate a total of fifteen times, or have sixteen different bodies. These changes affect the Doctor and those who travel with him; in that they do not know what happens and find it hard to believe when he does change. As the Doctor has traveled, he has changed from what he originally looked like, and not just once, but a total of four other times.

He was asked once by one of his companions; "Why did you take that name, The Doctor? Why not use your real name? " the companion asked. "The name you choose, is like... it's like a promise you make?" he had said. "A promise, you took the name due to a promise?" the companion asked. "Never cruel nor cowardly. Never give up. Never give in. ... A Promise." and the companion simply gave up on the questioning. Due to this promise, he is simply the Doctor and his Second body went against this.

However, while he was in his second body, he did something that made him take the name of the Vindictive Doctor instead of the Doctor. What he did, was destroy his own race of people to stop a war. But in doing so, he picked a different name and at the end, when the incident happened, he regenerated. His third body he spent helping and retook the name Doctor. Although, while traveling in this form, he helped stop a galactic invasion in the year 50,250. However, this caused him to regenerate into his current form, and he is still getting used to it.

Since the TARDIS is a living machine and it took the Doctor to a place that it felt needed his help. To the year 2413 and the world is different than what it was and what the Doctor knows. This is due to traveling into a parallel dimension with no way to get back to his own. The dimensional shift is due to the power from when he regenerated; damaging the TARDIS and it arrived on Earth, a place that is considered its home when the Doctor stole away on it from Gallifrey.

» Natural Attributes:

• Regeneration: The Doctor once said, "I can still die. If I'm killed before regeneration, then I'm dead. Even then, even if I change, it feels like dying. Everything I am dies. Some new man goes sauntering away... and I'm dead." Due to the unique structure of Time Lord biology the Doctor had the ability to regenerate, to "cheat death". Unlike other styles of regeneration, the Doctor's regeneration, only happens when he is dying, rather it be from natural causes or other causes. However, he is able to cancel out the regeneration, by keeping the energy inside of him. If he loses a finger or an eye, it will not grow back. If he is killed due to absorbing radiation, he will have a new body. Moreover, not only the body is new, but the personality as well. Additionally, the body can be male or female, old or young, attractive or ugly. Basically, it is completely random on what he will look like after he regenerates. This could cause problems, as this new Doctor will be a complete stranger to those who knew him, unless they see the regeneration happen.
  
  When he regenerates, his body is completely covered by bright, golden light. Those watching, will have to squint, but can see the changes happening, and what he will look like will not be known till the change has finished and the energy enters his body. However, if he holds back the regeneration, the energy builing inside him will gather and when it goes, wil cause a massive explosion and will do heavy damage to anything around him, withn 60 feet. Although no one knows what type of damage or how strong, as it has yet to happen. The effects of regeneration on the Doctor in the time immediately following the event varied from incarnation to incarnation. In some cases the Doctor regained his faculties quickly, erratic behavior notwithstanding. On one occasion when the regenerative process was postponed for a long time, he was rendered amnesiac. In most cases the Doctor was incapacitated for a period of time before ultimately recovering. There was also a unique case where the Doctor (through will or the nature of his injury) was able to delay regeneration from setting in for an extended period of time - long enough to visit all of his past companions - though the resulting energy release was catastrophic for the TARDIS.
  
  However, there are two ways to kill The Doctor. The first way, is if both of his hearts are damaged to the point that they stop. If this happens, he will die just like everyone else and the Regeneration will not occur. The second way, is when he starts to regenerate, if he is attacked just as stated above, he will die, due to his body is in limbo and open to attack. These are the only ways to kill him fully. Additionally, this version of the Doctor is able to regenerate a total of fifteen times. Additionally, this is his 5th body, or his forth regeneration. Currently, he can still regenerate a total of eleven more times, for a total of 16 different bodies. Moreover, if another race touches the Doctor just before the start of his regeneration, he will pick up aspects of that races DNA and will alter him to be a hybrid race. Moreover, this could also cause him to not be able to regenerate, but it is not known, since this has never happened before.
  
• Spiritual Awareness: Since The Doctor regenerated in this universe, he has become spiritually aware and is able to sense other spiritual beings, just like Shinigami, Quincy, Arracar, et al are able to.
  
• Healing: Due to the way the universe is made, The Doctor has acquired a power that he has never had, the ability to heal others. He can heal a person's wounds, by simply touching them and concentrating, although there is a limit to how much he can heal. If it is a simple injury, like a cut or bruise, it will take a matter of minute. If it is a broken or worst, it will take weeks to heal. The injury determines the length of time it takes to use his abilitie to accelerate the healing within a person. However, he is unable to use this healing ability on himself, just others.
  
• Time and Space: Due to the initiation of Galiyans at the Time Lord Academy, they must look into the Time Vortex and the power that the Time Lords had. The Galiyans subjected to its terrifying effects would react differently: "Some would be inspired, some would run away, and some would go mad." Then they would spend centuries studying at the academy.
  
  Due to looking into the Time Vortex, allows Galiyans to know all that there ever was, all that there is and all that there will be. However, like what Yoda says to Luke in Empire Strikes Back, Difficult to see. Always in motion is the future. What this means, is that all Galiyans are aware of the future, but cannot say what will happen, only the end can be told but how that end happens they do not even know. Due to this, they never say what will happen, as telling someone how something will end, can cause a paradox and cause irreparable damage to time.

• Sonic Screwdriver: A highly versatile tool used by many, but not all, incarnations of the Doctor. The Doctor modified and ostensibly upgraded it over the years, giving it an increasing number of applications. Early versions were used mainly for the picking of locks and for projecting sound so as to, for example, detonate bombs. It is now able to also be used as a sophisticated scanning device, with medical applications, and even wider functionality, such as the ability to hack into computers, provide geolocation and actively defend against some types of assault weapon.

• Psychic Paper: Psychic paper was a blank, white card that had special properties. When shown to a person, it could usually induce them to see whatever the user wished them to see printed on it. However, there are limitations to it. It is useless on geniuses, such as William Shakespeare and those who are psychic in nature will not be affected by it. Moreover, if the person if aa Tier 2-1 and higher, it will not work on them as they can see that it is just paper.
  
• TARDIS: Also called a TT Capsule - was the main kind of space-time vehicle used by Time Lords. The name TARDIS is from the initials - Time And Relative Dimension In Space. TARDISes usually moved through time and space by "disappearing there and reappearing here," a process known as "materialization." This was controlled by a component called the dematerialization circuit. They also could fly through space like conventional spacecraft, but doing so for prolonged periods could damage the ship, at least in the case of the Doctor's TARDIS. A TARDIS was meant to have six pilots; however, the Doctor piloted the TARDIS on his own which led to it often jumping about in the Time Vortex and being an unpleasant ride for the passengers.

» Roleplay Sample:
After stopping the Yulgslaugh's from taking over the Universe, specifically the Earth and from there the rest of the Galaxy. The Doctor had to stop a bomb that when it exploded would cause the beings of the galaxy to either be converted into a Yulgslaugh or to die. It wasn't the bomb that did this, it was the radiation form the bomb. The radiation, known in the year 50,250 as Krypzin Radiation was designed specifically to alter the DNA of any species, except for a select few. Once the change was made, it would take a year for the mutation to be finished.

Knowing this, the Doctor did what she always did, she stopped it, but in the act it caused her body to undergo the regeneration cycle. She, the Doctor, did not want to go, and so held it off as she traveled and said good-bye to those that she could. Once that was done, and she took the current companions home, she left, setting the TARDIS to travel to some point away from the Earth and the race known as Humans that she had adopted and protected with her life.

As the TARDIS traveled, she looked at her hand and saw that it was glowing and knew what was happening. sighing, she thought, Just when I was having fun. as she grabbed her stomach from the sharp pain, she went to the TARDIS control and punched in a coordinate and waited as she smiled, "It was fun while it lasted," and with that, her body became covered in gold light as the regeneration process began. See screamed as the pain was incredible, the energy doing damage to the inside of the TARDIS and opening a hole within time and space to a parallel dimension before racing towards Earth and crashing into the ground.

As soon as the TARDIS hit the ground, the doctor was tossed into the pool, one of the many rooms, than rolled into the kitchen before the process had stopped. As the TARDIS slide on the ground, he was thrown into the library and into a bookcase. Standing slowly, he looked around, walking on unsteady legs as he looked for the exit, the inside of the TARDIS filling up with smoke. He knew he had to get out, and that was the primary objective, not what he looked like.
