• Hello there and welcome to The wheel of, normally, Frost. Basically in this thread, you'll be able to sign-up in order to be placed into a lottery that will possibly allow you to win a jackpot of up to 50,000,000 yen. You'll need to follow the instructions below in order to ensure you are doing this correctly. Now, let's get to buying them tickets and see what happens at the end of this.

THE RULES OF THE LOTTERY?

1. YOU MUST PAY 300,000 YEN TO ENTER THIS CONTEST? IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS MONEY? THEN DO NOT ENTER!
   
2. The Winners will be announced sometime between October 30th and early November. We aren't sure what'll happen then, so just hold on to your butts. As, in some instances, there may be major delays in the lottery

4. I may also join the contest, fight me.
   
5. The more tickets you buy? The more chances you have to win this contest as your odds will double.
   
6. You can buy tickets for other people who want to enter this lottery series as well. Just fill out the template for them and I will charge you double.

• First Place:50,000,000 yen will be rewarded to the person who wins "THE WHEEL OF... Er, Kyle?" + ONE TIER UPGRADE FOR ANY CHARACTER UP TO 0-2+
Second Place: 25,000,000 yen will be rewarded to the second runner up who wins "THE WHEEL OF..." series + ONE SKILL UPGRADE
Third Place: 15,000,000 yen will be rewarded to the second runner up who wins "THE WHEEL OF..." series
Fourth Place:5,000,000 yen will be rewarded to the third runner up who wins "THE WHEEL OF...
