Artist: おのっち - Song: 鋼符「地獄極楽核爆破」 - Word Count: 7262
There were sounds of explosions riddling all over the metropolis that was Hobart. Many lives could be felt being lost to the conflict had at the heart of this city and this prompted officials to send out the big guns. Being that Ibiki Suika was within range of the conflict being waged in this city, it was only natural that her battle lust would draw her towards such a large power. Despite sustaining some heavy injuries from her battle with Eric Zarathos, The Squad Eleven Captain still felt the urge to help out in any way she could with this god forsaken war. So against the advice of those in the Squad 4's emergency medical group that was forged in one of the Yuudeshi Clan's airships, there was nothing keeping The Menacing Devil Girl from dropping a world of hurt on whoever stood in the way of her and Tsubasa's dream of bringing the Gotei Thirteen and Soul Society back to it's proper glory. And if she had to battle another nutcase of a human to achieve that? She'd very well do so to the best of her ability. Henceforth, she started giving them orders to perform makeshift repairs to her body. She knew she wasn't going to be in state of one hundred percent health and stamina after some of the damage she received from her battle with that Demon Overlord back in the city limits of Golden Coast, but given what she sensed from the awakened human known as Sou Yuuki? It should prove more than enough to pose a challenge even in her weakened condition. From Ibiki's projected estimate? She'd be fighting anywhere from sixty to seventy percent of her overall stamina, health and energy against this crazed psycho.
So barring those thoughts in mind, she'd have to fight to win this one in order to bring a shift end to this battle. There were many sorts of request for someone, anyone, with great enough power to put a stop to this madman's rampage and Ibiki was going to have to come out the gate swinging. So she'd begin having many sorts of injections placed into her arms by many of the nurses associated with Squad Four. Being that she sustained gnarly burns, injuries and a bit of poisonings from the likes of The Mad Demon during their clash, these injections were filled with a counter active agent that was meant to act as a potion.
This potion posed the needed ingredients in it in order to deal with most of the mystical types of poisoning that were associated with Eric's magic and Death Energy. Within it's contents laid a combination of angelic energy taken curiosity of Reimu Iramasha from the Iramasha Clan, the mastered energies of the division four medics to properly seal them into Ibiki and nanobots from the Yuudeshi Clan to cleanse out any further toxins that were detected within her system. Through these methods, a large proportion of the bite from Eric's assaults on her would be more than dealt with.
Following that treatment, they'd soon envelop Ibiki's arms with a special medical tape that compressed the amount of pain that her body felt from dealing with many of Eric's ungodly attacks with her bare hands. In this way, they'd numb the nerves in Ibiki's arms in order to allow her to fight as if she were still at one hundred percent. Of course, however, she'd still need to keep watch of how much injury were inflicted on that portion of her body. Being that she couldn't feel much of anything on these arms, it was a risky endeavor if an opponent were to strike that portion of her body. So she needed to keep her head i n the game, strike fast and never allow a chance for that target to lay a finger on her.
As for everything else? The medics would prescribe all sorts of painkillers to deal with the aching in her bones, the headache pouncing in her skill and a few capsules that had three shots of energy to recover twenty percent of her overall reiatsu if she were to become depleted. The reason she was capped at only a trio of pills was due to the fact that they had a strong tendency to make the user overdose if they went above this limit. Due to how rapidly and unnaturally their energy begins to return, it possessed a "shock" effect on the patient's body and they can easily begin to have side effects akin to pain in the heart, vomiting of blood and inability to use their powers if they go above that three pill limit. So Ibiki needed to be careful and understand when and where to use these energy savers in this upcoming battle when it came right down to it.
So with all of the other precautions out of the way, Ibiki would soon find herself standing in the hangar bay of the airship as it started to unveil the clouded skies of Hobart below her. The smells of war were all but filling up her nostrils. The scents of smoke, fire and blood soon filled the entire vessel and it only brought a huge grin to The Zaraki's face as this is what her division lived for. The struggle for life and death, control and subjugation; it was all such a thrilling endeavour in the mind of a being from a squad known for it's lust for battle. It resulted in Ibiki emitting a strong burst of indigo energy from her body that lit up the entire ship as her hair flew wildly in the wind like an untamed force.
Taking a keen stance, she'd set her sights down on where the spiritual energy of Sou Yuuki was located and set forth to make his day a living hell if it meant putting an end to the last fire of this war. So with a laugh, an explosion and a yell; she'd leap out of the hangar bay and take off like a bat out of hell towards the battlefield of Hobart like the berserking force she was. Moving at speeds the normal eye could barely handle, she'd arrive at upon the tallest building in the city at around the time where Sou started his onslaught; shortly before his energy started screaming with overly explosive boom into the surroundings of Hobart.
Sensing that she didn't have much time to spare before his onslaught would more than begin, Ibiki decided to come out with the heavy hitters first to have a greater chance at ending this as swiftly as possible. Therefore, if he was going to release into some crazed form, as to was The Captain of Squad Eleven to give him the same proper respect; even if she was on a mission to bring a heavy end to Sou Yuuki's lunatic rampage across the city of Hobart. It was the spirit of Ibiki to always take on an opponent of hers with the best of intentions at heart and give them the genuine experience of a fight against someone who leads a monstrous force Division Eleven Group of the Thirteen Court Squads.
And so, with yet another bellowing yell that shook the very foundations of all the buildings around The Captain, she'd begin the release of her Shikai once more in hopes of having a strong chance at putting a shift and vicious end to this battle. The overcast skies within the city were all but vanquished in the light of this release; The Menacing Devil Girl's energy pushing them all but away with just the sheer force of her spiritual aura. In this way? The unleashing of her energy caused the glass all around a half mile radius were shattered in the wake of such a pressure clashing against the city, while many weakened structures from the war were all but too fragile to sustain themselves and collapsed in a massive plume of smoke.
When the ash cleared of all this debris? There stood a confident Ibiki with her muscles covered in many pulsating veins; signifying that she was putting her strength to as high of a peak state as she could within her injured condition. Meanwhile, The Menacing Devil Girl's eyes were entirely engulfed within a purple light and soon the luminous glow around her body would soon follow; morphing into a burst of spiritual energy that made the Zaraki appear as if she were consumed by purple fire. In fact? As she took flight away from that very building, the entity of it was soon consumed by the purple hued inferno and it was reduced to nothing but dust in the wind as she made her way towards the heart of the city where Sou was sure to await her for combat.
As she made her mad dash to the central square of this metropolis, there was a strange burst of blue light steadily catching up with her. What was it, exactly? When this foreign force latched itself on to the tail end of Ibiki's flames, it a telepathic link to the Yuudeshi Network seemed to be established and she was able to receive some of the warning signals from the TCCU Clones within the vicinity. Viewing the world in their vision, she understood that there was another threat on the horizon: Tamari Osamerukami. From what Ibiki was able to decipher, this rogue Ziamichi was attempting to do harm to the clones and there was no way she was going to tolerate any sort of meddling after coming this far in the Australian Conflict. Therefore -- she'd be dealt with just like Sou.
By the time that Ibiki had arrived towards the center of the mayhem, she was already hot on Tamari's tail to prevent her from having an effect on the fellow TCCU Clones in the range at that specific time. Each time that the enraged combatant would attempt to slash at the TCCU Clones in question? The Captain of Squad 11 was there to meet her slash at each blow. And -- this was a dangerous thing to undergo for her Zanpakutō -- or whatever that weapon happened to be. Even with her augmentations, Ibiki was under her own bolstered state in Shikai and that meant her durability and strength were at levels that could even crush through Grand Master Hierro; while having a strong enough defense spreading across her own body to utterly tank the furious assaults from Tamari.
Thus, each time that her blade clashed against Ibiki's fist, the probability of it shattering in two increased. This is due to the fact that in Ibiki's ascended state? It was akin to punching a steel-armored wall with a piece of glass. That is how each blow from the Ziamichi's blade felt to The Captain; with Miss Suika herself being the steel-wall and Tamari's weapon being the fragile piece of glass in this analogy. Therefore, by the time she'd unleash her spacial slash, there was no doubt that there was a chance of that move being lowered in efficiency would more than likely take place from the damage inflicted by Ibiki.
"I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to end this fight myself. As much as I enjoy the sport of fighting one another, this war has waged on long enough. And I haven't much of the patience to teach angry children that art." Uttering those words at around the time Tamari was ending her speech about Sou being her prey, The Menacing Devil would lock on to her position like a sniper and prepare to unleash the hurt. Not being phased in the slightest by the effects of that spacial slice, the true nature of Ibiki's Shikai was that of her own willpower and, with her current release of power? It stood little to no chance of preventing Ibiki from reaching The Ziamichi if she were to use that technique against her in this state. If Ibiki's physical might couldn't stop it? The effects of Shikai would more than nullify it.
Therefore, by the time Ibiki would reach Tamari once more, she'd unleash a devastating volley of hits across her entire body at break-neck speeds. Moving at burst-point speeds that would make even the Grand Masters of Shunpo start to get on their guard, there was little to no room to where The Ziamichi would be able to even perceive the hits that were occurring. And boy, were these hits something else. Of course they could snap her bones, shatter her organs and leave her sprawled out on the ground gasping for air. As, it's only natural that someone who could easily shatter mountains with just a grace of her hand could inflict double that force on to a creature like Tamari. However, the spiritual effects of this attack? They were another story altogether.
Being that Ibiki is indeed a master in the art of Flash Step, she is quite aware of how to utilize Senka. To this effect? Every hit from her hands had that ability infused into it to have nearly a ninety percent chance of leaving it's intended effects upon Tamari's body. It was intended to sever the connection between her Ziamichi Spirit and Zanpukto Spirit for a temporary duration of time. That meant that she could swiftly bring a halt to her fight if Ibiki was able to negate all of her powers in this way. And being that The Kenpachi was unleashing hundreds upon hundreds upon HUNDREDS of hits across the very body of this poor girl? There stood a high chance of it.
If she brought her Zanpukto to defend herself? Ibiki would crush it with her bare hands due to the amount of strength she had. If she were to shield herself with a spiritual attack? The Zaraki would literally blitzkrieg her way to it until she reached this damned woman. There was no getting out of this uninjured and Miss Suika was going to save the best punch for last. Arm being devoured by a purple light, she'd then aim to open a sennkmon behind Tamari. From there? She'd go on to deliver a devastating punch that had enough power to level this entire portion of the city they fought in if needed; but was intended to cripple her entire body by shattering every last bone in it and flinging her into the Senkaimon in order to be dealt with at the maggots nest.
Yes, she was intending to send this woman in as a fugitive of the Gotei 13 and was sending her telepathic to the Yuudeshi Network to convey for her. The message would have all officials in the Thirteen Court Squads who could tame that beast do so and put her in an interrogation room to decipher why she had done the things she did and make the woman realize there are consequences against fighting the Gotei Thirteen will. Hopefully, that would be the last that The Zaraki would see of the girl before she could finally set her sights on the biggest prize there was in this city: Sou Yuuki. Taking him down was going to be her ultimately goal throughout all this because it meant that this war would finally be over and this city would be claimed in the Yuudeshi and Gotei 13's name.
And ultimately? For that brief moment in time, she'd hope that her combined efforts and the attacks from Sou Yuuki would conjure into one swift end to Tamari. As in the mind of Ibiki Suika? There was no way that the Ziamichi could sustain heavy hits from two released beings like herself and The Awakened Human before her. So while others in the area may have been blown away by the outpouring of Sou's spiritual pressure, Ibiki's own volume of reiatsu was able to counteract that and act as a shield for a good majority of innocent bystanders in the vicinity.
Which meant that for herself? Ibiki could more than bare the brunt of Sou's explosive electricity! Going on to forge a dense shield of energy, she blocked out all interference from that as The Menacing Devil Girl was able to outright tank it. Feeling herself get more into the moment, a cackling laugh could be heard emitting from herself as the electricity was ripe within the air. The sounds of battle, the explosions of powers colliding and the air of adrenaline were all pumping into her veins as if it were giving the girl new laugh. She was enjoying herself; even if it she had to be quick about it. So in this way, her pain suppression would more than start to take effect. With her arms numbed to hell and back, the rest of her body started to fall suit would trying to phase out any further pain from her previous battle in the Australian war so she could deliver one heck of a beating that Sou Yuuki would never forget.
"I AGREE! Let's see what you are made of, human! You've got this Oni-Like blood of mine jumping for joy and I wanna have one final blowout before this war comes to a draw! Prepare to bare the might of The Menacing Devil's Fist and brace yourself for the end of this scarp!" Overpowering all other sounds in the range, Ibiki's voice bellowed out like a monstrous boom that made it appear as if she could more than back up those words. Her eyes were set to kill, body ready to leave a mark and an arsenal of power behind her to leave this entire city a crater if she so pleased. So -- all that was left was to pull the trigger!
Click, click -- BOOM! Like a shotgun being shot off in the night, Ibiki was out of this world and went on the counter-attack. Being that she had a master level of speed at this point, it wasn't entirely too difficult for Ibiki to deal with the dozens of electric balls being produced by Sou's wings. By producing a little over fifty additional arms that sparled out for eight feet; or roughly the size of a giant, The Zaraki was producing multiple appendages from her flaming spiritual aura in order to smash and overpower the lightning spheres. So being reckless as always, she'd redirect the pathway of the lightning into the multitude of chains and shackles that were attached to her wrist, waistline and ankles. Then, she'd go on make use them as a conductor to prevent these explosions from ringing out all over the city-landscape and negate that attack outright.
Watching him like a hawk throughout all of this, Ibiki was ready to strike at a given notice. She wasn't going to waver, she wasn't going to falter and for that dream echoing on in her head -- she was going to see this through to the very bitter end. So as Sou would summon wave after wave of ungodly lightning, The Zaraki Corps Leader would be there to match him every step of the way as if her life very well depended on it. Letting out a mighty yell, her eyes would become entirely devoured by purple flames and signal another boost in her power. In this way? Her spiritual energy would arise and the dozens of fist attached to her bodies aura would increase in mass and look somewhat more - buff. Outnumbering these pitiful burst of electricity, she'd rip them apart as if they were nothing more than putty in her hands. Of course she felt a few shocks of lightning still come her way; being shown in the way of a few sparks radiating across her head, neck and torso areas; but she'd harden up mentally and redirect them back into her chains to null the effectiveness of them to prevent herself from faltering or suffering damage to her nervous system that would more than likely put any other less-equipped opponent out of this battle altogether. So she had to give the man credit where credit was due throughout all of this.
"You say those words now, but I believe you should take a look at the situation you are in and realize you are in way over your head! NOW LET'S SEE IF YOU HAVE A BITE TO MATCH THAT BARK OF YOURS! SHUT UP OR PUT UP, C'MON!" Shouting that at the same time in which Sou Yuuki was seen stomping into the Earth, Ibiki would more than brace herself for another explosive turnabout in this brawl. If he thought hiding himself in debris and dust was going to work? Boy, was he in for a rude awakening. Ensuring the civilians were safe, she'd work alongside the Yuudeshi Network to place barriers throughout the vicinity in order to shield them from the effects of two colossal forces clashing in such a way. At least by doing this, she'd have to worry less about what may happening to her surroundings as thousands of citizens were seen being devoured by Ibiki's flaming spiritual energy.
By the time he started swinging that broadsword of his around, Ibiki seemed to care little about how he described and more about outright stopping it. Baring these thoughts in mind, she'd leap into action and she'd let loose a monstrous shockwave of her own by her spiritual amplifying her voice. In doing this? She hoped to stop the explosion that was a result of Sou swinging that weapon of his towards the TCCU Clone and potentially even redirecting it back at him under the control of Ibiki's own spiritual particles; inflicting twice the damage with how much her overall reiatsu had been amplified in her Shikai state. Which meant that by the time he repeated this same stent again at all of the opponents on the field? The Zaraki to would just unleash another overwhelming shockwave of her own and repel it back at Sou in order to have the explosion contained within the region around his body; utilizing her spiritual particles to lock the blast radius in place.
The hope was that this would be enough in order to begin crushing his bones, shattering his organs and beginning to do significant damage to his hearing to the point where he may very well lose his sense of direction, begin to become delirious and hopefully start to feel as if he were passing out. Compiled on to his damage from the battle so far, something was going to have to give and Ibiki was going to see to it that she broke this man so that she could break past the wall and reach the dream of hers and Tsubasa's that lay behind it. So, in short, Sou Yuuki was nothing but another obstacle to overcome; but she'd damn well enjoy` herself in the process.
"STOP GETTING COCKY OVER BEATING RUNTS, HUMAN! NOW COME BACK HERE!" Taking off like a seven forty seven jet, Ibiki trailed Sou as he took off into the heavens themselves; leaving a trail of indigo flames in her wake. Weaving in and out of the air with Sou; she'd aim to start having her chains pierce his legs, sides and shoulders in order to inflict further injury to his body. Moving at speeds that could almost be considered teleporation based, the short-range burst from these metallic objects could even pierce right out of Sou and shatter bones, organs and even the very muscle of his body. This wasn't the time for games, and The Zaraki was hellbent on taking him out of the picture one way or another.
Therefore, if they were able to make an impact on him? The Senka that was associated with Ibiki's shunpo would then be mended into her chains. Through usage of her Shikai's Resolve Force, this was more than a achievable feat for The Kenpachi to accomplish. Utilizing her control over this move, she'd hope to neutralize and zap Sou's power in one foul swoop. Of course she felt herself getting tired repeating such moves, but it was worth it if it meant taking this bastard down in a ball of flames. The intended effect was to damage the core of Sou's inner-Chi. As instead of attacking the Soul Chain which was clearly lacking on a human being? Ibiki's plan of action was to simply break the fluctuation of energy temporarily in order to throw Sou out of the fight. Even if it just half of this attack was potent, it could gravely cripple him enough for The Zaraki to easily render him into a bloody pulp.
At any rate, she'd have to wait and see the results of that attack. In the meantime, she just needed to keep up the speed with this swift son of a gun. So, as they began waving in and out of the TCCU Clones attacks, The Yuudeshi Network itself would acknowledge the efforts of The Kenpachi in question and begin to lend its assistance. By placing a faint white aura around her body, The Network was at work matching the frequency of it's shield to that of the TCCU Clones. This would allow Ibiki to phase in and out of the attacks unleashed by the clones because it would associate the aura produced by the Network's shield as one of it's own. Henceforth, by communicating this telepathically into Ibiki's mind, it would give The Menacing Devil Girl all the recklessness she needed in order to let loose on the battlefield and put an end to this fight. To which? Miss Suika could only let out a joyous laugh as she was having the time of her life still.
"NOT ON MY TURF!" Each time that the broadsword would attempt to come into contact with the TCCU Clones, Ibiki's fist was there to match it at each turn. Sparks of electricity moving in in each and every direction by The Zaraki's fist and the blade clashing with each blow given to Sou, she'd give into the battle-lust and let loose yet another jovial laugh as she had the demon-like nature of her appearance come full circle as she began getting more and more into this battle. So as her blood started to become more livened by this fact, her body started to react in a similar matter as well. Holding nothing back, The Captain's skin would begin to harden with the quantities of energy that her body was outputting; even in this somewhat exhausted state. By doing this? Each time that Sou clashed against her skin, there was a higher and higher chance of that blade of his outright breaking. Similar to punching a brick wall, The Menacing Devil Girl would be the wall and his sword would be the fist attempting to break it; and not a supernatural fist either in this analogy.
However, he was able to slash through the bandages keeping Ibiki's injuries in check and show the full extent of her battered arms. There were churred marks, burn scars, bruises and black spots all throughout her arms as a result of taking on the explosive energy blast from Eric Zarathos headfirst. Not to mention countless red dots scattered across her body from many of the needle based injections shot into her body. Although her arms were still numb from the treatment she received, Ibiki was now barely exposed; but she didn't seem to care much. If worse came to worse, she'd just hobble her way back to the medical unit -- after she brought Sou to the gates of hell with her.
More pressing was the fact that the entire area was beginning to be destroyed by these two berserkers. With each round that these two chaotic forces unleashed against one another? A portion of the landscape around them was utterly decimated and torn to sunder. Therefore, as more Gotei 13 forces started entering the city, many of the citizens were being evacuated to further places away from the central part of this fight; as the center most point of the city was now the most dangerous spot to be in. The TCCU Clones were even seen as lending a hand as Ibiki would more than cover for them if needed.
"HA!" Screaming once more at the top of her lungs, she'd unleash a massive burst of light from her mouth and went to vaporize the wave of electricity that was shot off by Sou's Broadsword once more. This was a dense and high volume energy-based attack that was meant to overpower something as fragile as that and have them both negate each other upon contact; allowing more people to clear the area as the battle got more volatile in nature. Panting and sweating a bit, she'd realize that she really was pushing herself to be precise, on time and matching this bastard in her injured state. Briefly grabbing her right arm for a moment, she'd hope that her stitches would not re-open there; as a slight bit of blood started to come out from it. In spite of that, however, she'd quickly harden it with her spiritual energy and keep it together. Spitting from her mouth out of grit, she'd once again throw herself into the fray and continue to put her health to the wayside; temporarily seeing double before focusing her eyesight back on that damn broadsword of his that was preparing to go back on the attack.
Noticing that plasma was beginning to gather in the area, it didn't take a rocket scientist to deduce that he was going to do something quite flashy for it. So once again, Ibiki would beat on her chest, suck up the pain and begin to summon another large volume of energy within herself in order to counter the man once again. She felt some of the poison going to work on her from Eric, but she wasn't going to be brought down by it. By the time that these hundreds of missile-like plasma burst started scattering throughout the city-range? SO TO DID IBIKI'S ENERGY! Yes, at that moment, the hundreds of energized fist associated with her spiritual energy started to increase in length in order to begin wiping these projectiles off in mass droves. Of course some of the missile-like blast were able to destroy the arms on Ibiki, but a good twenty percent of them still remained after the smoke had settled and the city, and it's people protecting it, should more than likely be standing in one place after that counteractive measure against Sou's frenzy assaults. Assaults that were increasingly making Ibiki more excited as she was laughing with pure joy at the moment fighting a worthy opponent like this. It was so nice that he decided to awaken and give her such a thrill to enjoy this, the last battle of the Australian war, all to herself. She'd repay him in so many fist for that kind deed.
"Oh will you shut up already!? YOU ARE NOTHING BUT HOT-AIR AND A HARD-HEAD! I'LL GIVE YOU AN ENEMY WORTH REMEMBERING, TERROR INCARNATE!" Replying to the point in which Sou was crying out for millions upon millions of people to stop him, Ibiki felt that was no longer needed with the presence of a Gotei 13 Captain here. Being that she is of the Zaraki Corps, it was in her nature to smash such threats with her bare hands alone. Even if she must stand by her lonesome self, Ibiki would see through this task of defeating Sou. No matter how arrogant the words he spoke was, it wasn't going to break the spirit of The Menacing Devil Girl and he was going to learn that the hard way on this day.
Sensing a large source of energy beginning to once again surge up from within Sou and his weapon once more, Ibiki realized this guy just didn't let up with the fireworks -- so neither would The Oni Girl. Both of them have taken a considerable amount of damage, yes, but The Awakened Human failed to realize that Miss Suika was considered to be a 0 Division-Class Shinigami. That meant that she had enough spiritual power within herself to be considered elite and capable enough to assist in protecting the Soul King himself if need be. So trying to outlast him in a fight of pure energy blast? Pure and utter child's play.
Devouring her arms within a indigo light, Ibiki was infusing her spiritual energy to once again play a game of catch. If she was able to take on a destructive blast capable of taking out a small moon with her bare hands during her conflict against the likes of The Demon Lord known as Eric Zarathos? Then Ibiki was more than suited to deal with this miserable excuse for a Gran Ray Cero knock off. With that said, Ibiki would charge at the blast head first and catch it with her hands. Of course there was a ton of smoke, the smell of burning skin and a good deal of static-discharge being released from this collision of forces smashing against one another. However, since Ibiki could not feel much pain one way or the other in her arms, she was able to hold the sphere long enough in her arms in order to lift her knee up and kick that orb into the atmosphere. Where, in a safe location, it would more than self-destruct in a massive display of Sou's power as the sky would light up with explosions. And, in the case of holding back such an attack? Ibiki would once again prove the level of physical strength in which she was at and earn that title of being The Captain of Squad Eleven. As even in this crippled state that she was in? Ibiki was still going at it as hard as she could in the hopes of winning this battle. While her battlelust guided her further into the pits of this war's hell.
So as she gazed into the abyss that was Sou Yuuki's electric toronado, she could only greet this thing with a gleeful smile smeared across her face. It's power was enough to decimate buildings, shatter the environment as if it were nothing but a toy and bring about great destruction in the central put of the town. To respond to this ominous threat that the rampaging human was able to produce? Ibiki would generate her own toronado. Moving her right arm in a circular motion, more of the metal chains attached to Ibiki's Zanpukto started to form and multiply; growing and growing until a tornado of chains was made. Then? By infusing more of her spiritual energy into this metal, she'd be able to utilize it alongside her Shikai's effects in order to make it act as a metaphysical superconductor to absorb the electric tornado before it got too out of hand.
Therefore, without wasting much time, she'd unleash this metallic twister against The Annihilators Lightning Vortex in hopes of cancelling it out right. Overwhelming it with size, Ibiki's torrent would seek to consume and devour Sou's electrical barrage; having thousands upon thousands of chains surround the toronado and consume it's high voltage intensity into the chains. Of course, The Zaraki wasn't able to contain it all; as some of the sparks were able to shock her. This resulted in some of her wounds opening up across The Menacing Devil's arms and legs; spewing her crimson essence into the ground in a hissing sound. However, this still didn't detour Ibiki in the slightest.
Once a majority of his electricity was contained with her blade, she'd break down the force into an energized force within her Zanpakutō. From there? Ibiki would store it inside of her right fist in order to unleash in an attack later on. Being that this human seemed to have a ton of fight left inside of him, there still one more obstacle to deal with it. Sensing that he was hellbent on having that final attack of his go into effect from the sheer look in his eyes, Ibiki would grit her teeth, growl deeply and prepare to clash against whatever this man could deal out. She was unwavering, she was unmoving and she was determined to be the wall that brings an end to this man's destructive spree of terror.
"Bring it on." Uttering that with the utmost of resolution behind her voice, Ibiki leapt into the jaws of danger once more. Heading for the first crescent wave of plasma, The Menacing Devil would grab on to it with her bare hands and smash it apart; utilizing her spiritual energy in order to destroy it on a metaphysical level with her fist. Through this matter? Ibiki was going to perform the same method of attack against all of the other crescent waves. In a flashs, in hurry and within break speeds; The Zaraki pounced on the second wave of plasma and smashed it to nothingness with a swift dropkick. The resulting blow was strong enough to even generate a small earthquake sensation; making the buildings rumble and shake all around the battlefield.
Despite all of these grandiose displays of strength, however, there was still obvious signs that the attack had some effect on Ibiki. There were still constant sparks of electricity zapping throughout Oni-Beast's arms and legs; being more felt across her thighs based on the fact she had more sensation in them than any other part of her body at the moment. However, the pain would only force her to keep going. It made her realize this was an opponent worth overcoming the odds for and the agony of her body was under physically was only a temporary thing. Champions bare with the brunt of the fire and deal with the aftermath when they've finally had the sweet taste of victory coursing through their veins. And today? Ibiki wanted to be champion. So everything else that wasn't helping her to achieve that goal? Heh, it would be all but ignored. Even her own bodies strain.
So on that note, she'd finally deal with the last crescent wave of plasma by smashing right through it and destroying every last particle associated with it. Sweating and panting through all of these feats, she'd soon turn around to the exhausted Sou and have a slight grin come across her face. Throughout this whole dance, they had torn up a pretty good portion of the city. However? Now it was her turn to strike him. And seeing that he was on the ropes, this moment would be the best chance in order to strike him down.
Slamming her fist together, they would then begin to become engulfed by a blackened energy. What was occurring? For the next few moments, Ibiki's entire fist was going to act as a constant senkei. In this way? Utilizing it's sealing attributes and her brute force combined together with her speed, the plan of action was to keep blasting this guy into a bloody pulp until he could no longer cause any sort of harm to the city or anyone else for that matter. Therefore, Ibiki would leap a great distance before going on to come face first in front of Sou Yuuki. "Be careful what you ask for, human, you may just get it!"
Uttering those words, she'd go on to unleash ten thousand punches at an alarming rate across each appendage. Moving from his arms and legs; these would total up to roughly forty thousand rapid punches that had enough strength in them to decimate this entire city and flatten it like a pancake. However, with her expert control over her Hakuda, the intended damage was all contained within Sou Yuki's body and it's maximum pressure would be inflicted upon his very being to cripple him greatly. Adding to the fact that the senkei yields a great deal of potential in temporarily shutting down the pathways of energy in his body, he may very well soon see himself being knocked clear out of this fight.
So along those notes, Ibiki would go on to unleash twenty thousand more punches across his entire upper body; before coming to a stop and unleashing a devastating uppercut that let-loose a sonic-boom. A boom so strong that it obliterated everything for roughly a half mile and could send Sou like a projectile into the heavens above and potential even send him as far as Indonesia. Ultimately making it to where she held a great chance of knockin him clear out of the city with this mighty blow and forcing him to recover for a few months potentially after this bout.
And then, after that last hurrah, Ibiki would let out a deep gasp for air and hope that this brutal assault would have some sort of effect on the blasted bastard. Sensing that there were still many Monsuta renamed in the city, Ibiki would bite the bullet and consume one of those energy-pills for a quick burst of extra fuel. Once ingested? She'd feel a strong heartbeat surge in her chest, before an explosion of purple light shined from her body like a burning star. In that instant? She'd unleash thousands upon thousands of energized fist from her spiritual aura and go on smash in many of the Monsuta Soldiers, their equipment, bases and machines with these raw fist; sending thousands of miniature quakes rumbling throughout the city that could be felt for two towns over. This woman -- was a one person army at this point.
After a few more moments of this, she'd have a tired grin creep across her face and take a glance at an injured woman with red hair and a vizard-like spiritual energy emitting from her body. She wasn't quite sure who she was, nor did she care. All that The Menacing Devil Girl knew was that this woman needed help to recover from her injuries. So along that line of thought, she'd work alongside the Yuudeshi Network to send a distress signal to that location and have her warped towards a facility that would be able to help her recover from the injuries she sustained during this battle. The final destination would more or less be one of the massive fleets under the Yuudeshi Names that were working alongside the Gotei 13's Squad 4 Barracks and the immense technology available by the humans that were able to help speed up her recovery more likely than not.
Moving on from there, Ibiki would begin to synchronize herself with the Yuudeshi Network in order to spread a barrier across Hobart. It allowed those whom were currently in it the chance to leave, while those outside of it would most likely not be able to enter. This worked by having a sheer reflection field be applied on a physical and metaphysical level via the Yuudeshi Network. From there, with the last remnants of the Monsuta hopefully dealt with, the city of Hobart should more than likely be secured.
With that, Ibiki would give a heavy sigh as she caught up with her breathe through all of this. There were still many unknowns down this road she was going about, but damn if the girl wasn't ready to tackle them all. Through fire, death and hell itself; she was ready to put an end to this war and achieve at least one small stepping stone towards her goal of making the Gotei 13's presence known and their ambitions fulfilled with this battle.
Thus -- the ball was in the enemy oppositions court.
