More shifts in shit

So After poks dropping of haruka i picked her up and have thrown her from co leader stats just to the med leader till we find someone else for the position, please feel free to apply for it regardless.
Also fixed up the coding as it had a mini heart attack, problems with the image or something you know technical shite

Yet again any suggestions or feedback would be great, though i know for now its a bit of a dwindling org, with myself and jj providing most of the chars, but i do hope that changes soon. as for this though enjoy and hopefully i can be adding more of these updates in days to come.

Since me and Kyle are doing a major overhaul of the paychecking system in the admin panel, I am going to take this time to update yen payments in organizations. Therefore, I've updated the paychecks for the Monsuta. If there are any issues, take it to staff board or skype.

Blasting through crap like a baws

SOME THINGS TO NOTE:
The elite unites names have now been changed and instead of being a unit based on certain aspects of a char they're now much more general so you don't need to be focused upon single aspects to be apart of them.
fixed coding and changed around some of the things for that aesthetically pleasing feel.
JJ please note your char "the chaser" has been pushed down from the captain of the Combat Specialist, you may feel free to reapply them for the position but id prefer that he stays there until that char gets a lil more active. This ones been all fixed after talking with JJ and chasers back to cap level
Added in Zwei for cook, she is approved for the beginning position as i felt that fit her persona of being the person to get our name out there and make us into something ect.
A new board has been created for the monsuta's bases ect, monusta's chokehold be sure to check it out and get a few post flowing within there

Its good to see a few others finally getting interested and filling up some spaces, were starting to get back on our feet and i love it.

A FEW THINGS TO LOOK FORWARD TO IN THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE:
I will be adding a new defense list for the org new turf, already got some written down just need ta get it finished.
I may be taking away the vizard exclusive part to the org allowing all races to apply for all positions, though at the moment that's still under consideration.
I will be putting in some more sub boards to our new board in the future, such places as territories that are being taken over such as Mexico, Indonesia and Quatar depending on the results of such threads. So make sure to power through as you may end up being the key reason for these boards creation,

Norahs been added to the list as the new light of the elite division, was just waiting for that good old go ahead with her approval. so welcome aboardski.
As it is currently i will be allowing other races to join the separate divisions of the monsuta now under special circumstances, however for the current time they will not be holding any captaincy positions, i may change this in the future but for now well see how we roll and if there's much demand for non vizards.

So with all that said its amazing to see our elites all filled out and good to know we still have the interest of other members and more recruitment on its way soonish. I'd also like to give a shout out to both members cook and ulqui for their considerable efforts with the monsuta, both taking turf for the org and one even getting into a full blown event with it. So good work guys i may even throw some incentive your ways send you some extra yen from the orgs account for a job well done.

Things to look forward to still
The Monsuta may soon be involved in a pretty big event coming our way. more will be specified as we come towards it.
im still working on this defense thread for brasil, hopefuly ill soon get it al finished ... just need to stop being lazy xD
