Disagreement

My Combat Issue

» Name Of Characters Involved: Tsuyo Maboroshi (Me), Tessa Morrowind (Neko Tina).
» Character Apps: Tsuyo (3-2 at start of thread), Tessa.


» Issue: She, to my knowledge, was simply doing too much in her posts, by the time I would have got to her, I do believe I would have beaten "the clock" in terms of her Kidō.

Not to mention she changed her post, I have the print screen of the original post here, and Tina herself telling me she was going to change it here.

This is what she wrote in that post, and I quote;

Tessa watched as he grabbed her leg as her body twisted around. It seemed that the man had some plan for her, and he was intending not to let her go. When he went for the sword though, she realized what it was, he intended to try to cut her leg while he held on. However, Tessa had other plans.

Opening her mouth wide, she twisted her body just right. Breathing out, a cone of flames spewed from her mouth, heading right towards the man's chest.

Now, before I grabbed a hold of her, I ALREADY had my hand on my Zanpakutō. The way she mentions me grabbing her first, and then going for my Zanpakutō, means she is delaying my actions in the timeline, and that means my posts are being disregarded.

She acknowledged in her post here that I was already crouched and moving up towards he while she was still only dissipating the fireballs, which in my mind needs to be done before her Kidō incantations come through, or so she seems to say so herself in the post.

So then, not only are her fireballs a step behind, so is her Kidō, and thus likely her next course of action which took place AFTER delaying my hand on the sword.

I'd say that I would plausibly be able to stab into the bone of her leg, rip the sword out and allow her to fly away with it dangling, should I be forced to continue the thread. Otherwise, read my possible resolution below.


»Possible Resolution: Originally, before Tina said she was just going to post up a Combat Resolution, my PM to her said I just wanted to forget the thread all together; so both of us could essentially come out of it without any resentful feelings.
