Making his way from the Ichibantai barracks, where he had been sleeping just a few hours prior before the sun had now risen, arching high and shining vibrantly in the sky. With the rise of day, Tsuyo was bringing himself to the training grounds just outside the Ichibantai barracks district, wondering just who else would be around. although Ichibantai Shinigami would be the closest, many other came here to chat, spar, and otherwise flourish in their daily lives as Shinigami of the Gotei 13. Standing before the field on this day, however, there seemed to be very little people around, and it was starting to put Tsuyo in a stupor.
" Where did everyone go? This place is usually crawling with people to fight...Should I come back later? "
With that, Tsuyo looked around, his right hand resting atop the pommel of the Zanpakutō on his right hip. Scratching his head with the left hand while he stared idly at the barren scene, he wondered just how many people weren't lazy enough to come out and "play". As long as they were within these walls, there wasn't much to worry about, or at least that's how things were in Tsuyo's mind.

A red haired girl was flying high above the field, wings keeping her aloft. She wore a shihaksho, though embroidered on her left chest was a dragon emblem, the only difference between what she was wearing and the standard outfit. Small horns just barely poked out from her spiky hair, a large tail wiggling in the air behind her, covered in red scales. Diving down, it was now that the girl would begin her training exercise, taking a deep breath as she plummeted, and held it. Pulling out of the dive, about a hundred feet above the field, she exhaled. A burst of flames streamed from her mouth, falling upon the ground below. The plant life cought fire as she flew forward, flames still pouring down on the field below. However, as she neared the opposite end she spotted a man standing there, a lone person besides her. Pulling up, she stopped the flames before they would hit him, and lowered herself until she was only twenty feet in the air, glaring down at him as her wings fluttered behind her. Raising her hand, the flames from the burning plant life lifted off, gathering in a huge ball of fire that she held in one hand. The ground where her flames had touched had been scorched black, the plants burned to ash, and now she was glaring down at this man.
“Hey you! What the heck are you doing here? I thought I told everybody to scram for now, what are you, brain dead? Get lost before I decide to throw this ball at you kiddo.”

Soon, the fields of grass and small shrubbery was lit ablaze by someone who was now descending towards him from the sky, practically scolding him for his being here. Being that this was the nearest training grounds location for the members of the Ichibantai, Tsuyo felt the need to be rather assertive.
" You sure you want to be playing with fire, girl? "
As she seemed to try and demean him by calling him kiddo, Tsuyo aimed to demean her for being female, emphasizing on the word as it exited his lips in a disrespectful manner. His feet shifted, heels swiveling and legs bending to make an offensive posture. His rear planted foot would serve as a pivot to kick off of, and propel himself in any direction he saw fit.
" There is no claim to this plot of land, and the closest district is Ichibantai; My division. You're welcome to try and hit me, this is the training grounds after all, missy. "
Hoping to have egged her on slightly, Tsuyo's body awaited in anticipation of her next movements, or words if she produced any. So far she seemed to be rather irritable, treating this territory as if it was her's, and her's alone.

“Oh, I’m great playing with fire, it’s what I do. The question that should be asked is whether you want to play with fire or not?”
Tessa looked down at the man like he was insane, didn’t he understand? If she hadn’t stopped early like she had, he would have been nothing more than charcoal right now, well, it didn’t matter now.
“Oh, alright, I see what you’re saying. Don’t worry, I will hit you, understand?”
With that she concentrated, the huge ball of flames separating in two five equal parts which formed in to balls. With that she ordered them after him, like five tracking balls of heat and flames. Once she had sent them off, she started to chant, keeping her eyes on him at all times.
“Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini!! Look upon yourself with horror and tear out your own throat! Bakudo #9, Horin!”
Having completed the chance, she pointed her palm at his position, still fluttering in the sky. The yellow and orange Kidō rope flew from her hands, attempting to ensnare the male and keep him still. Tessa’s strong point was Kidō, something she felt sort of proud with herself for accomplishing. She let the balls of flames rush at him even still, she wasn’t showing mercy today. She still had one trick up her sleeve though. She drew her sword from its sheath, finally having decided to utilize it. Her words flowed from her lips, speaking the release command for her zanpaktou.
“Speak the truth, Gladius scientia!”
Her sword began to transform, becoming a blade of European make. A bright red gem was embedded in the area where the guard meets the blade and the handle. Several runes sit dully on the blade, their purpose known to Tessa. With that she began chanting again, casting another Kidō.
“Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, march on to the south! Hadō #31, Shakkahō!”
However, nothing happened, no Kidō appeared. The only change was one of the runes on her sword started to glow faintly. However, Tessa did not seemed disturbed by the lack of effect, and she went on to cast one more Kidō.
“Ye lord! Mask of flesh and bone, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws. Hadō #33, Sōkatsui!”
Yet again she seemed to fail to produce a Kidō, and another run lit up on her blade. Her eyes scanned the area below her as she fluttered down, wanting to find his location.
“Don’t tell me you died from, only that, kiddo.”
((OOC Note: Tessa's fire breath creates flames with a temperature of about 5000 degrees celsius. Those balls of flames are created from gathering this fire. Although it might have cooled down alot, it should probably have a temperature of at least 1000 degrees celsius.))

As she kept on with her overly confident speech, Tsuyo took notice to the fire in her grasp dividing to make five (5) fireballs. As they came roaring down at Tsuyo, he allowed them to reach halfway vertically (10 feet down from 20 in the air) before initiating his Shunpo, bending his knees during and after the first step.
Bringing himself forward by 5 feet relatively swiftly with the first Shunpo, his body had halted all of his momentum due to it being such a short distance. With bent knees his body rotated to turn and maintain visual on the girl as words were being spewed from her lips.
“Disintegrate, ”
Kicking up with his knees already bent and prepared for the upwards ascension, he aimed to impale the girl in the upper chest or throat with his right fist raised upwards from his upwards-moving standing position.
" you black dog of Rondanini!! Look upon yourself with horror and tear out your own throat! Bakudo #9, Horin! "
His strike was not capable of killing, although it would render her slightly incapable of concentrating on her Kidō production if it met, knocking her back and also potentially knocking all the wind out of her throat and/or lungs.
However, there were a few factors that Tsuyo had been anticipating, which was the reason why, as his right fist struck forth, the left gripped the hilt of the Zanpakutō sheathed on his left hip.
She's certainly lively, I'll give her that.

The man had flash stepped forward, the fireballs trying to change course with the sudden movement. One struck the ground, unable to change quickly enough, and burst across the ground in a small explosion of deadly flames. Watching as he crouched and pushed upward upon hearing her chant, she smiled softly. The remaining four fireballs were still following him, and she had to make sure this Kidō hit him and didn’t fail. However, she couldn’t maintain the control over the fireballs tracking, concentrate on her Kidō, and dodge this male’s attack. So with that she chose to stop having the fireballs track him, and have them instead dissipate as his fist came towards her. However, this kid was fighting on her own turf, the sky, and she was not about to lose. Once his fist was close enough, she moved her foot, placing it on top of his punch in order to flip herself over. Upside down in the air and right next to him, she finished her Kidō and fired it off before tumbling downwards a bit. After tumbling ten feet downward she managed to regain herself in the air and then shoot up as she released her zanpaktou and chanted the two Kidō which did not appear.
Now staring downwards, Tessa decided it was time to see how her swordplay would fair against this man. She had her doubts; after all she was a Kidō expert, not an expert with swords. However, she needed to train every part of her being, whether it be her Kidō, her zanjutsu, or her draconic abilities. Folding her wings, she let gravity pull her down towards her opponent, shooting down at great speeds. Once within range, she would slash her sword across her victim before shooting past. Below him she would spread her wings as she flipped over, pointing her sword up at him.
"Scientia improbos."
With the command words spoken, the two glowing runes died out as the two Kidō that had failed to appear before shot out, one right after the other. First the shakkahō, followed seconds later by the sōkatsui, the shot upwards towards her opponent. Flipping over once more, she pulled herself out of the dive only inches from the ground, souring upwards and turning to face her opponent in midair.

Focused on her body and it's reactions to him enclosing, Tsuyo started to come within reach, as a single leg (foot) of hers shifted towards his hand, with the only thought crossing his mind being to take hold of it as it rather simply came to him without swatting or battering towards him; simply coming to where he, and she could be make contact.
Grabbing, and holding onto the ankle of the winged girl with his right hand, his left hand simultaneously retrieved the Zanpakutō from his left hip, bringing it's tip out for a clean run through the leg of which he held onto, even aiming for the center for a higher probability of striking bone.
To his dismay, she seemed to flip around, causing difficulty in the precision of his thrust, which would likely cause for a messy job. Regardless, Tsuyo was not done there, as he would aim to rip out an exit wound with his Zanpakutō's edge.
From there, the flipping motion, or Tsuyo's added weight on the likely now severed flesh and bone of her leg, was likely to pluck the limb from her body, a trophy in Tsuyo's hand. However, from there he had a plummet to the ground to worry about, at least for himself, as he wondered what kind of attention the female might need soon enough.

Tessa watched as the man grabbed on to her leg, a grin spreading across her lips. As he drew out his zanpaktou, Tessa readied her plan to counter him. Once it was completely drawn, she pushed hard with her wings, a sudden burst of speed overcoming her as she continued chanting her Kidō. Effectively, this would cause the man to be thrown in a jerking motion at the sudden acceleration. Unlike Tessa, he did not have wings, and thus it was absurd to think he would be used to mid air battles, much less dealing with a sudden acceleration in a different direction. At best, his attack would totally miss, at worse he would be caught in her movement, his head jerked to the side, and dazed for a few seconds at the sudden force being applied to his body.
Before he could recuperate from this she would have finished her Kidō, the rope of Kidō binding around him unless he had managed to let go. With that finished she would draw her own sword, making a sharp turn about in midair. If the man had continued to hold on to her leg he would be thrown off simply by the force propelling him in a way she wasn’t going. Looking over at him, she pushed herself high in to the air as she prepared her next assault.

Still tracking her opponent, she turned downward, speeding down towards him on both the force of gravity and her own wing pushing her further. Pointing her sword at him, she stopped suddenly once she reached five feet from him as she uttered two words.
"Scientia improbos."
Suddenly, the two Kidō she had cast before came barreling forth from the tip of her sword, aimed at him at point blank range. It would be near impossible to dodge them normally, totally impossible if he was bound by her Kidō. Then, she shot up in to the air again, barreling in to the sky above the training grounds.
