Reasons For Upgrading: Hopefully during a battle he will be able to muster up the willpower and courage that he needs to unlock this power.
What Are You Upgrading: New Powers.

Lovix: Lovix is the gift of courage, a fairy receives this gift when he or she believes in his/her own powers and musters up the courage to continue fighting. The powers that Lovix gives are all based on ice. All the ice powers he has access to from previous power levels are all empowered by x1.5. He is also immune to environmental cold (like if he were in the artic he would be ok) and has an increased resistance to cold and ice attacks.

Frozen Treat: Its a beam of ice that freezes most materials that it comes in contact with and makes them shatter, it can turn the strongest of steel be as brittle as glass. Not much else to say.

Cold Front: Dolce calls forth the bone chilling winds of an arctic cold front. He can create snowy gusts of up to 50 miles per hour that will not only chill people to the bone with their -50F windchill advisory, it will also give them a TERRIBLE bad hair day.

Polar Midnight: Similar to his "Freezer" ability only on steroids. This power calls fort a localized cold front that drops temperatures a a cold -100F in a 1/4 mile radius. This also calls forth a blizzard that blocks out the sun. This last 3 posts.

Cold Heart: Its his ultimate ice attack. He creates a 500 foot wide heart of cold that charges for 1 post. After it is fully charged it fires a massive 1000 foot wide beam of ice shards, freezing wind and snow. It goes without stating that this attack massively drains his energy.
Any Extra Notes: Currently in an event so they might need to be reduced in effects for them to fit a 2-1.
