I feel that only a few of us actually take the time to make really good apps, and I think that those of us that do should be rewarded. No more auto approved or pre-approved apps just because they're staff or you know them. Of course, this isn't as much of a problem here, but should still be addressed.

Another problem I have are all these custom races. I know you guys love your custom races, but to normal members like me, they seem to have no place in the Bleach universe. Now, not to be critical or anything, but for example, let's take the Iramasha's. Two words, Chaos Emeralds. Two more words; Master Emerald. Hmm, I think I've seen this somewhere before...oh right, Sonic! Not only do these seem unoriginal, but they are way too overpowered, giving the Iramasha's way too much power. However, that's not even my biggest concern. No, my biggest problem is that I see no way for them to fit into the bleach universe. There are no angels in bleach, and demons are not like what we have made them. No, Demons are pretty much hollows, but that have evolved slightly differently. When you look at that, the Iramasha become sadly flawed. Please, however, remember that this is just an example, and that I feel all custom races should have an EXTREMELY detailed explanation of why and how the fit into the bleach universe backed up by a very detailed history of the race itself.

Next we move on to the plot. Now, I know this has been addressed quite a bit already, I feel that I should put in my input as well. For starters, we need to make sure that everyone in an event thread is actually active. I hate having to wait about a month just for one person to post in an event. Another thing is that we have to get serious about these events. They are supposed to be the sites story arc, and should effect the sites history as well as maybe even some of the places on the site. Of course, that being said, we also need to make the events new-member friendly. Now, that is not only for literally new members, but for anyone who is not usually evolved in the plot or events. Hell, all it takes is one action, no matter how small, to change the entire motion of history.

Another small thing that I think might help is for the staff to treat everyone with respect. Now, I know you guys are usually friendly, but there's a difference between friendly and respectful. Just because they're not a staff member doesn't mean they're any less important. Now, this may not be too much of a problem, but it's just a nice little thing to keep in mind. If a staff member is just as bad as some of the trolls we get, then why are they a staff member.

Another little improvement that could be made is in the character templates. To me, they seem like a bare, skin and bone template. While this is ok for a newbie rp site, the majority of us are quite experienced. I think that we should make our apps much more in-depth to help people create better and deeper characters. This aspect I might be able to help with because I love making detailed apps, and I have a few character templates that are much more in-depth than what is currently in use.

Now, while this may seem like a lot, I still have many more suggestions; I am simply too tired and drained to think of them at the moment. This little list, however, covers a lot of the major issues that I think could e fixed to make this one of the best Bleach rp sites there is. And please remember that none of this is intended to be personal, and this is not an attack on anyone or anything; it is simply my opinions.
