Sorry for the ten day delay on getting to this, but I'll go ahead and stamp my approval on it since everything was done in the thread you linked. You should see this added into the territory claims sometime after this post is up. Thanks for being patient and congrats on getting new land for the Monsuta.

Reasons for Control: The Unabara clan as a whole decides to control the two nations and will set up training camp and train dangerous assassins more powerful then anyone could imagine. The assassins are only the willing who wish to learn the art of the kill. Tsubasa claimed Iran to help his family set up a base of operations within living world. After some thought he claimed over Iraq as well, taking both countries into his care.

While I can approve this, I'm going to want to see some action first. Therefore, if you want this to go through, you'll more than likely need to set-up a mission for this thread in the Neutral Board. Following that, you can just go ahead and have Tsubasa begin his plans to otherwise start going into Iraq.

Reasons for Control: Stefan was originally from this country, and the Middle East as a whole, and now that returning to Australia isn't something he'd want to do he wants to return to his original home and cut a little piece of the world out for himself. With his capabilities, he'd be able to remain in control over the country with little difficulty, though he isn't hostile to it's citizens or the nearby countries.

Territory Requested: Somalia And Ethopia
Reasons for Control: The macto clan after re-establishing it's self as a clan and power promptly set up shop within these countries due to a high amount of sealed slayers within the area and with Hayden able to unlock these powers it led to a few shifts in power. With these areas progressing but still having financial and social problems the macto clan set up talks with the country leaders and with the promise of aid/reformation they where allowed a seat within both governments. While not having supreme say yet it is clear these countries will follow Hayden orders so long as he makes good on his promise- with the ever increasing flow of Slayers in the area it may just a matter of time before the area is mostly slayers. With Hayden's ever growing connections he will be making decisive actions for the good of this land.

Reasons for Control: Manifest Destiny! Nozomi seeks to expand the territory of the Eldrazi Dominion, and both Iran and Iraq are adjacent and ripe for the taking. You can see here as she begins her takeover of Tsubasa's territory, and moves on to Iraq afterwards. Tsubasa has no plans to defend these lands.
