Sky Dragon History

The first Sky Dragon: The original sky dragon was a semi immortal dragon. It was the first son of the Dragon God, a truly Immortal guardian beast, infused with all the power of every myth about dragons. It was summoned by an old shaman who was intent on using it to rule the world. The ancient shaman underestimated its power though, the Dragon God killed him and split himself in several dragons, each empowered with the abilities of a different domain of the earth.

The Sky Dragon Palace: The first sky dragon used his power to create a gateway to a dimensional pocket in the sky above the atlantic. Within this dimensional pocket is the sky dragon palace, a city where all sky dragons live. After creating this city, the first sky dragon brought forth two sons and two daughters, naming the eldest his heir, and therefore "DracoLord of all Sky Dragons". Since this time, all sky dragons have given birth like other creatures, needing both male and females.

Changes since the first DracoLord: Since this time the sky dragons have increased tremendously in population, and have created new cities within the pocket dimension, but have also withdrawn entirely from human eyes. The abilities of an individual sky dragons have decreased slightly, but they still command great control over the powers of the sky. Skiel has been the only sky dragon to be seen by humans since his grandfather helped a tribe of mystics one thousand years ago.


Note: It is possible other dragons came to be through a different process, this only describes domain dragons, other types may exist.
