This is Ange's most powerful ability in that her entire right hand can nullify any abilities, powers, attacks, regardless of what they are. This is done by her hand literally negating all the laws of Nature, Physics, Spiritual Pressure, Za Koa, Reishi, Nature Energy, Chaos Energy, etc.

The only problem is, her hand must make direct contact with what she is to negate. Say if a Shinigami used Shikai on her, if she blocked with her right hand, she could negate the attack and the Shikai, forcing its user to release it again and waist spiritual power. If she were to punch someone, which she never will, it would negate all of their defenses that were not straight from their body. So punching Radioactive would.. probably shatter her bones within her hand for example. Note that her hand work is.. sloppy and not refined in battle. She also avoids it due to not knowing how to fight to begin with.
