Leaders and The Heir's

The Leaders of The Iramasha Clan lead each sector they are assigned to. The Leader of the Demon Iramashas Leaders the demons, The Angel Leader of the Iramasha Clan leads the Angels, The Hybrid Iramasha Leader leads the hybrids and so on and so forth. The Heir's of each Leader will also have their power if they are not present and will be appointed as new leader if they should ever go MIA, are unable to lead or die. The Heir's also have authority over other Iramashas in their sector.

This rank, is a Specific rank entitled to a pair of two persons within the clan, regarding who they are. As such, the Protector's are pair of persons that both has power within the clan, but also has a Voice. This person has the ability to make decisions as such leaders can, along with them standing in on the meetings with these Leaders. This is given to those who are here to help and protect the clan, those who are ready to defend it with their life, and for those who wish to further the clans success.

The Iramasha Guard is a special squadron of Iramasha's who take orders DIRECTLY from the Leaders of the Iramasha Clan along with the Head Commander and General Commander of The Iramasha Guard. This special group of Iramasha's usually performs special high-level missions, assassinations, torture, bringing in wanted fugitives for the Gotei 13 or their own wanted people, sending people to the Iramasha's Realm, planning special tactical take downs, leading the Iramasha Clan into war when the leaders aren't present and many other special perks.

The Nine Great Elder Iramasha Council

Pay For All Members: 600,000 Yen

The Nine Great Elders of the Iramasha Clan have as much power as the leader, though their role is to mostly advise to clan to see the better outcome of it. Most of the people in the group are wise, experienced and powerful Iramashas. If something should happen to the clan where the leaders lose control, these people would take full control. So, these people are respected through all branches of the clan. These six can also overrule decisions made by the Gotei 13 and Diplomatic Figures to best suite the clan's needs.

The Guardian's Of The Iramasha's Mystic Gems

This group follows DIRECTLY under the command of Reimu Iramasha, the leader of the Guardian Iramasha. Their task is to protect the Master Gem, Angelic Gems and Demonic gems at all cost. They allow people to use these gems, or deny them depending on their purposes. They also help create new gems for the island, summon gems at will and have a special version of Chaos Control sealed in their bodies that will instantly teleport them to the Shrine of the Master Gem, Angelic Gem or Demonic gems if they were being attacked.

The Nature Iramasha Branch

The Nature Iramasha are broken into Shaman levels when compared to other branches of the Iramasha. The Leader of the Nature Branch, he attends meetings in the interests of the branch and leads the Nature Iramasha of the branch into battle or other things for which they are required. His voice speaks for all of them. Meanwhile, The Lieutenant Shaman is second in command of the branch, and can replace the Head Shaman if they need presents itself, speaking with the same amount of authority. At the same time, the Strike Shaman is in charge of knowing how to react in a combat situation, using the elements around him/herself to aid the other Iramasha.

Additionally, the Battle Shaman specializes in using weapons and agility to fight his battles, being battle support to the other Iramasha; while The Care Shaman is to relieve soldiers, acting like both a medical unit and a general medical practicioner. Typically, they use their Nature Energy to heal others. Lastly, The Nature Shaman has a special task: to keep an eye out for other Nature Iramasha, saving them from whatever fate they may have fallen into and supporting them out of it, making them feel welcomed and understand what is going on.

All Shamans, regardless of rank, earn 200,000 Yen per paycheck.

All Apprentices, regardless of rank, earn 100,000 Yen per paycheck.

Note: The Apprentices are in-training members of that profession, learning or supporting the shaman in whatever task they are trying to complete, and may fill in for them if the need arises.
