ZANPAKTO:

name: Hinastaffstaff
appearence: a long golden sword. hilt is 8 inches and is made of crystals and ice.
icestaff apperance: A bird made of crystals as tall as 20 feet and weight is unknown
Zanpakto inner world: a plain made of ice and crystals.the sky is space.when fye is is wounded the ice melts and the sky turns into black holes.

SHIKAI

call out phrase: freeze hinastaff
shikai apparence: the sword turns into a staff made of gold. at the top a symbol appears incrested with crystals. The symbol is a shaped like a bird.

shikai abilities: the staff enables him to use his magic skills listed below.



Frozen field: Fye makes the battle ground frozen and covered in ice. the temperture drops to below -70 (should be 100 v..v) degrees. this doesnt affect fye since icestaff protects him from the cold. this abilitiy can not kill the oppenet but this gives them a advantage when this abilitie is used Fye may may use frozen outburst and frozen death.

Frozen outburst: Fye is covered in ice for 1 min, protecting him from any water and ice attacks, fire attacks will counter the attack and harm Fye instead. then fye explodes all the ice severly injuring anyone in 3-5 yards around him.if the ice misses the oppenent(s) it blends into the envoirment

frozen death:Fye jabs his Staff into the ground, turning the staff into shards of glass. The oppenent(s) are covered in ice from the icestaff. then Fye crushes there bodys with the ice and that sevrely injures them and make them frozen for 5-10 seconds, but Fye must recharge for 9 min.






Bankai

Call out phrase: FREEZE THE DEATHS!! HINASTAFF
Bankai apparel: the pole explodes into ice shards, they go back to Fay, creating a mask on his face, a mask of ice. The mask is simple and is like a skull. the remains of his blade are now a double sided blade, the hilt is bright blue and each blade is created with ice. in the center is a locket, the picture in the locket, is a picture of Korihime, his true love.

Bankai ability:
(Ice blast): Fay quickly rotates his blade around, so quickly it looks like he's holding it still. Than suddenly, a beam of crystal and ice starts to form. Then Fay shoots it at his oppenent, the beam weakens after a mile.

(Ice snow): By sticking his double sided blade into the ground, it would start hailing, all the hail on the ground would turn into ice shuriken, or in other words, Ice ninja stars. By using his reishi, he can change the speed of there fall and the direction, this ability ends when Fay decides, it also affects Fay himself if he gets hit by this.

(Final Ice fantasy): By ripping off his mask, causing him to lose 80% of his reishi, He can throw it into the ground, causing ice shards to shoot out of the ground around the opponent, Inside is a realm where Fay is able to control anything of ice, and the realm goes down -2000 degrees F, at the tip of each one is a mask, like Fay's. each mask's mouth would open and shot out a cero, all of them aiming at the opponent when he breaks the realm.




BACKGROUND



He was born from a block of ice and to this day All he's "Friends" say that he always lurks around an young girl's named Korihime palace and sometimes sneaks in, as if he were protecting something that was secret. he lived in an old cabin in the out skirts of the city with a couple of wild life animals that live in his district. he was always flunking his classes. but he always past. villagers tell him that his parents were killed by Arrancars. Fye's true secret is that he is in love with Korihime, but cannot express his love to her [ROMATIC FEELINGS!!!] they were friends ever since they met and Fye vowed to protect her. after her getting kidnapped By arrancers, he now lives in the Shinigami world, inorder to find a way to find and protect Korihime

RP SAMPLE

Fay's smoothly rubbed the furnish of his desk, looking down at it with a smile on his face. He looked up from the cedar desk and looked at a old picture of a young, silvered haired girl. She had a sweet smile and was pulling someone in with her elbow, this person was a young version of Fay's. The two children where about 14. Fay's expression was a shock and a frown. When he looked at it, he frowned, just like in the picture. "I could've had smiled" he said solemnly. He looked and the clock on the wall, its ticking echoing in the room. He sat down, looking down at the papers scattered on his desk. "Damn it, Damn it, Damn it, this is so boring." he said as he picked up an old pencil from 2000, he examined it under the lamp he had at his desk, "The soul society is respecting the humans more and more, we used to use quill pens and ink, and now its the pencils and pens." He said as he snapped the pen in his fingers and took out a quill and pen. He wrote on one of the pieces of parchment quickly, and than placing it in a neat pile. He admired the pile than shoved it off the desk "Damn being neat, Damn the wo- he said until he was interupted.

"The head captain shouldn't be talking like this," A weird figure walked out the window and took a step next to Fay. "Being a little bit messy, aren't we?" she asked in a stupid tone of sarcasm as she picked up a pile and placed it on a long dark red table. She stared at it for a moment, "Head captain, isn't this the arrancar meeting table?" she asked as she knocked on the tables top. She pushed the papers inwards and looked at Fay a response for her question.

"It ain't the same one, its made of the same material, but it ain't the real one." He said as he smiled at Annabeth as she cleaned up his room. "Let me do this, this is my office, it is my duty to clean it up." He said as he attempted to grab the second pile she was picking up. "If I can be head captain, I can certainly clean my office by my self" He said.

"Hell no, you can't clean your own office!" She said as she pulled away stack of paper from his grip and lifted up one page, pointing at the date that is was assigned. the paper was given to Fay when he was captain of squad 6, about 100 years ago. "If you still can't do work when you were captain of squad 6, than how in the world did you become captain of squad one?" She said as she placed another pile on the red table. She nodded in disapproval as she looked up at Fay.

Fay stood there, watching the captain clean his office. He shrugged and thought to himself, If she insists, I guess its okay he turned and opened a cage from a corner, flying out came out a hell butterfly. He gaved the message to the butterfly, All Captains shall report to the captain of squad's one meeting room!. He walked to the table and stacked up the paper on the table and placed it on the floor. He gestured Annabeth stand by the table. He wallked over to the window, and let the Hell Butterflies to report a captain one of the messages "succeed little guys He said as he watched them flap into the distance.

"Mmmm captain, we should get going to the meeting room, and soon, the captains will be there soon" She said as she opened the door way. "We really should get going sir" She finished off

"There's no need, we will be going through an elevator" he said with smile on his face, he walked over to the desk and clapped his hands together. The table rumbled down, the top level with the floor., he gestured for Annabeth to get on. After hesitating, she decided to trust the captain and got on the table top. Fay shortly followed her and clapped his hands, a pole shot out of the center, "I would hold on tight, Or you might fly and fall to your death" he said as is the fact that they were placing there lives on the lines was nothing. He smiled and suddenly the table dropped, falling faster than 200 Mph.

Annabeth screamed at the top of her lungs as she hugged Fay for support, She started to get used to the feeling, but her face had Oh my god, this is fucking scary. "W...W... What is this? she gasped out between each squeeze she said as she looked up, only darkness was visible.

Fay still had the simple smile on his face, "Its how I get to my meetings on time, its sure is a table up there, but there is a invisible string of my Reishi running through it, allowing me to decide if we go up, or down, or what speed." He said as the speed slowed down to 110 Mph, than increased to 300 Mph. "Its a little trick of mine," he said as the table came to an ubrupt stop and the light blasted onto the two shinigami. Fay walked over to his throne and sat down, the throne was made of crystals, as he sat down, he snapped his fingers and the table went flying up.

Annabeth was still in shock, her hair in a total mess, her eyes wide, her throat dry from screaming so much. She walked over to her throne, One side was pure iron with a huge wing sticking out of the tip, while the other was bronze and another wing sticking out. "I... I guess we wait for the others now, right F..Fay? she said in a tried out and raspy voice. She looked up and Fay and cleared her throat, She than fixed her hair and smiled at Fay, as if she were trying to forgot what had just happened

Fay looked down at her with a frown and nodded in approval "And now we wait, wait for our fellow captains" he said as he rested his head on his hand and took in a deep sigh, looking at the doors waiting for the captains to come in and take a seat in there thrones.

This will be approved after the Final Ice Fantasy is removed.
