Personality:
Andrei first comes across as a cold and merciless officer, but throughout the series, particularly in the manga, he has shown some kindness towards his allies despite trying to keep all relationships strictly professional. The opinions of other people hardly affect him and he does not change his behaviour or go out of his way in order to impress or please his superiors.
Andrei is strong-willed and never complains about pain or tiredness (despite the fact that he only gets 3 hours of sleep a day). He is quiet and always polite when speaking to others, rarely showing any facial expressions and always speaking in mono-tone. Despite being rather unemotional on the surface, Andrei is aware of his subordinates' feelings and well-being.
He often prefers to be alone working, disliking any form of distraction. He is usually occupied with paperwork or meetings. Andrei is very intelligent, being an excellent tactician, very patient, and is rarely caught off guard and only shows surprise when opponents are stronger than he originally thought. Andrei has shown a fondness and attachment towards animals, especially cats, and owns many pets; seemingly preferring them over people.
Andrei can be rather merciless when he feels his agenda is being threatened. He tells a Russian prisoner that he will kill his family if he does not reveal the whereabouts of an escapee. However it was shown that Andrei was bluffing, and it appears that he is unwilling to use such violence against innocents.
Whereas Andrei is level-headed on the battlefield, he is quick to loose his temper and is not above using violence, mainly whipping or using zaiphon, to discipline his subordinates when they do stupid things to annoy him, Major Hyuuga being the only person who dares annoy Andrei. Despite his cold demeanour, Andrei cares about his close subordinates and will try his best to protect them from harm. He does not trust people easily. Andrei has a great respect for power, as his motto is "Justice without power is vain"

Andrei looks to be a young man in his mid-to-late twenties. He stands at 6 foot 4 inches in the manga. Andrei's build is quite slender, with broad shoulders and weighing 57kg. His blood type is B. He has sharp facial features with a pointy nose, narrowed eyes and full lips. He also has a pale skin tone; almost white when compared to others. His hair is neck length, wavy and a pale blue or sometime a pale purple colour, his eye colour is violet but flashes red whenever he uses kidou.
Andrei is always seen in his Military uniform: which consists of a black, or possibly dark blue, ankle-length overcoat with gold trimmings on the chest, sleeve cuffs and neck-guard. Like his subordinates Andrei wears black trousers and knee-length black, buckled boots and white gloves. His uniform has a small half mantle hanging off his left shoulder emblazoned with the Barsburg Military insignia, and on his right he has a golden epaulet and golden shoulder boards as an indication of his high rank. It is unknown what is worn under the overcoat but it is possible it is a plain white shirt. Andrei's uniform is more decorated than his subordinates, a major difference being that Andrei has a peaked-cap which is trimmed with gold and has the Barsburg Military insignia in the centre. Andrei is very fond of his military cap, and does not like to take it off.

Other Abilities:Ayanami is able to harness the power of Kidou and is shown to be very skilled at using it. He displays many abilities with his Kidou; mostly using it for attacking - but has shown the ability to put up shields to block attacks from enemies. Ayanami was shown to be strong enough to destroy the barrier that was protecting the city of Antwort with a single attack from his sword. Ayanami is also one of the only two characters in the series that has a healing Kidou as well as an attacking Kidou, as he was shown being able to heal a wound Castor gave him while he was holding Kuroyuri's soul. Ayanami also carries a whip at his belt at all times, this often being his weapon of choice, and has been shown to be very skilled at using it; being able to hit moving targets, and targets at a distance with ease.


Background/History: Andrei is the elder brother of Tsubine Zarkonheinz. He was the original heir to the Zarkonheinz clan, but was banished when he was 18 due to reasons unknown to this day. While on his own, Andrei fought for himself, eventually becoming one of the first humans to commit genocide. He was killed by a group of constables when he was 23.

When he arrived in the Soul Society, Andrei quickly enrolled in the Shinigami Academy. He had a massive amount of Reitsu to him. His Zanpakutou was a rare armor-type and was able to counter most other Zanpakutous. He was quickly promoted to captain of the 3rd Division and achieved Bankai soon after. His Bankai became well known, with the strange-shaped armor. When his brother, Tsubine, joined the Gotei 13, it is rumored that it was Andrei's influence that made him the Lieutenant of the 13th Division.

Andrei was then sent to the world of the living as part of a special mission to recover a man known as "O." O was a rogue shinigami who had stolen some very critical information. As Andrei arrived in the area that would eventually be known as Siberia, he was almost crushed by the massive reitsu in the area. It was strong enough that the hell butterflies were killed as soon as they entered a 2 mile radius around the source. Andrei was slowly able to make it close to the source.

As he was within 100 yards of the source, he saw the man known as O. The skin had been ripped off of the front of his body. There was only bones and organs showing. Andrei saw the source. It was a large suit of blue armor holding a red sword that was taller than Andrei. The armor turned its head and Andrei was blown back about 300 feet at an amazing speed. He was stopped only by a large mound of rocks. This broke a few of his ribs and bruised 2 more. The figure then disappeared and suddenly reappeared in front of Andrei.

The figure was much larger than Andrei, and the sword he had was only a few inches taller. However, what was scaring Andrei was the large gaping hole that separated the waist and torso. It was like a mouth with a large red orb in the center and reishi eminating from it. There was nothing he could do against this massive suit of azure armor. Andrei soon blacked out because of the massive reitsu.

He awoke inside of Hueco Mundo, tied to a "tree" in the forest of menos. He noticed that it was difficult to breathe. Andrei could not do anything. As a group of menos surrounded him, a voice in his head rang out "accept me...do it now." Andrei had no idea what was going on, but he unconciously said "...yes." Within a few seconds, white materials started spewing out of his mouth. Before any of the menos could react, they were destroyed by a bright white light.

Andrei was no longer Andrei. He looked like a skeleton mixed with a tricked-out muscle car. He made a large crater in the center of the menos forest. Andrei was then confronted by a red-haired Shinigami. After a long fight, Andrei was incapacitated. Within Andrei's mind, the fight between the two versions of him was going good...for his hollow self. When Andrei dealt the final blow, he had somehow managed to stab the inner hollow with the tip of his own blade.

Before the red-haired shinigami could finish Andrei off, he returned to a semi-normal form. Andrei was unconcious for about three days before he woke up. When he did, he literally blew a hole in the top of the Menos Forest. He exited the forest and met up with another traveller. This man showed Andrei how to use his newfound hollow powers. Andrei's power increased 10-fold over the next century. It was the overexposure to Hueco Mundo's hollows reitsu that gave him a final form...

During the Kin conflict of 2013, Andrei fought alongside Kin. However, when Kin was defeated, Andrei fled to China. Using a Cero, he was able to clear a path through 1/8 of China, without a single building in his way. In total, he killed almost 200,000 people. It was when he reached the ocean, that he was confronted by the Gotei 13. Within three minutes, 20 shinigami were murdered without Andrei even releasing his Zanpakutou.

Andrei went underground and was rumored to have been leading most of the world's genocides and even the war between Azadistan and Krugis. Recently, with the Hashiamatsujiyuu's "armed interventions," Andrei has had no luck in Genocide. Instead, now he has resurface, albeit not grabbing the Gotei's attention.

Zanpakutô Spirit:

Andrei's Zanpakutou spirit, Messor, is actually two different figures. The larger one, which is masked and has three large crimson spikes sticking out of its head. It will not speak, in fact, it is incapable of speech. He has large black wings, and so does the young female. The female is known as Virgo and holds a large black spear. She is quite sadistic (even more sadistic than Tsubine's Masshigura) and loves to toy around with Andrei.

Zanpakutou Realm:

A large, trichrome city. The only colors that stand out are: shades of red, shades of blue, and shades of yellow. It is pretty much a dark and dismal place, with things like blanks walking around.

Andrei's Zanpakutou is odd. It is not a dual-blade type, however it is unknown which blade is his actual Zanpakutou.


Shikai Description:

Andrei will suddenly be struck by a beam of white light. After a few seconds, the light will dissapate and Andrei will be coated in that armor (which is 6 inches taller than his normal self.). He is also now holding two blades with properties explained in the next section.

Shikai Abilities:
Ferrum Telum: (Sword Arrow {Reffering to a bow})- Andrei's two swords are extendable up to 10 feet. They are retracted at about 200 miles per hour and shot out at almost triple that. However, their true ability lies within the "roses" around the hiltguard. They fire large darts, that act like thorns. However, there are two different kinds of thorns. The larger ones shoot at a lower velocity, but pack twice the punch. The smaller ones will hang inside of the target and can have a small thread made out of ambient reishi and reitsu attached to it.

Nullus Penna: (Zero Wing) The leaves on the hiltguard will extend and start spinning.. This will create a small-scale tornado. The trick to this is, the two tornados will start spinning in different directions.

Novem Orbis: (Nine Ball) Nine balls of energy, each one a different color and effect that is released upon impact. He can only do this once per release. They also cannot be combined in a single attack.

• This is a water-type effect. It will react with anything like water...without the actual water.
  
• This is an ice-type effect. It will freeze almost anything.
  
• Fire...it'll melt some solids and turn the rest into a blaze.
  
• Magma/Lava. Almost everything will sink into its molten depths
  
• Wind. It'll blow you away.
  
• Earth/Stone...Its highly durable
  
• Steam/Fog/Smoke...this'll prevent your opponent from seeing you...except for your sillouette
  
• Darkness...it'll remove the light in a 100-yard radius
  
• Light...prepare to be blinded!
  

Fulgeo: (A Beam of Light) From the crest on top of Andrei's head, a large beam of energy will fire. It has a range of 300 yards and is 10 yards in diameter.

Bankai Description: His armor will implode, and the resulting debris and dust will cover him for his Bankai to be revealed. He is now 18 feet tall.


Bankai Abilities:

Omnis Aliquo Incurso: (All Directional Attack) Runic circles will appear from anywhere and everywhere. He can only create 10 at a time. Each one will fire a concentrated blast of reishi.

Acerbus Inflatus: (Dark Blast) From the two largest mouths, he can fire large blasts that act like a cero. The power is in between a Gran Rey and a regular Cero.

Pius Penna: (Holy Wings) From some of his many arms, there are large wings attached. These are actually large blades that can be launched.

Citivolus Iumentum Caput: (The Flying Beasts' Heads) He has a total of eight extra heads, including the ones that can fire the Acerbus Inflatus. The ones that cannot fire the Acerbus Inflatus can fire smaller blasts that can easily match the power of a lower Espada's Cero.

Lacuna Lamnia: (Blades of the Void) On the ring on his back, there are a total of 22 katar-like blades made out of reishi. They are colored black due to the blackness in Andrei's heart. They can be launched towards an opponent one at a time. After they are all released, Andrei will have to either put his mask on or he will exit bankai.

Puniceus Lamnia: (Violet Blades) In his 10 total arms, he has a blade in each hand. Each one can fire a wave of energy, much like a miniature Getsuga Tenshou.

Ab Aeterno: (From the Eternal) There is a large black circle within a white ring within a small black ring within a white ring WHICH is all inside a golden ring in the center of the larger ring on his back. From the center of this, he can summon the reishi "fingerprint" of deceased weak Shinigami that have passed on. All that they are is the form. They have no powers...nor can they move. They're mainly used for distracting opponents or causing bad memories to surface. He can only use this thrice per release, and once per 3 turns.


Vizard powers:

• Gran Rey Impacto Cañón Cero (roughly Grand King Impact Cannon Zero) is a special form of Cero only useable by the leader of the Arrancar, or possibly the leader of the Vizard. It is ranked "level zero" because it is unlike any other Cero. It does not explode, and it deals no external damage. It is a heightened form of Cero, useable only by a master. Only the strongest can hope to add it to their arsenal. To perform it, the user clenches their hands into fists and presses their knuckles flat against the enemy's body. They then release a burst of Cero energy from each fist that passes through the enemy's skin, dealing no external damage, and directly attacks the enemy's insides. Being attacked by this Cero technique can make one ache so much that they are doubled over in extreme pain, and is described as being like "trauma". Using it on a limb, such as an arm or leg, can leave the muscles so damaged that the limb goes numb. When used on the torso, the victim can sometimes begin to cough up blood from the internal damage. However, the technique is also dangerous to the user. Using it even once can leave the user extremely winded, panting and gasping for air. Firing it repeatedly can put the user in physical pain. It is the ultimate Cero attack, but using it is extremely risky. While the technique is traditionally used by pressing the user's fists flat against the victim, the bursts of Cero energy actually travel through the air about a foot from the user's fists. But despite this distance, it is almost exclusively close-quarters.
  
  
• Luna Paso Cero (lit Moon Step Zero) is a Cero expelled from the user's feet to propel them through the air. By controlling the power of the blast, the technique can vary. A powerful blast can cause the user to rocket upwards, but damages the ground they were standing on. By doing this repeatedly, the user can zigzag through the air. A weaker blast will merely cause the user to "hop", but if done repeatedly, the user can literally bounce on thin air, allowing them to cross gaps by bunny-hopping across them. And if the user is sent flying, they can merely hop down to the ground safely in the same way one would walk down stairs.
  
  
• Cero Lluvia (lit, Rain Zero) is a series of small Cero blasts shot upwards. They bounce of the ceiling and fall onto the enemy like rain. Each blast is slightly weaker than a regular Cero.
  
  
• Cero Artimaña (lit. Trick Zero) is launched like a normal Cero however when launched the Cero dissapears and reappears behind the target making it an effective sneak attack.
  
  
• Cero Ametralladora (lit, Machine Gun Zero) is a series of smaller, weaker, rapid-fire Cero blasts. It can be somewhat draining if used for extended periods.
  
  
• Cero Baile (lit, Dancing Zero) is a Cero that is formed and launched from the center of the user's fore-head. The color of Baile Cero is silver to white, outlined by orange, red, or yellow. It's range is medium-long range. Baile Cero's width is small. When Baile Cero hit's an object, or target, dealing a small fraction of it's damage, it then reflects off, launching itself in a different direction, based on angle, hitting whatever is in it's reflected blast with the remainder of it's power left. This can be used in strategical situation, or when an engaged enemy is fleeing or hiding behind an object, especially useful in tight quarters or where the Cero Baile can easily be reflected off of. This Cero can be used 1-3 times.
  
  
• Especho Cero (lit. Zero Reflector) is a somewhat powerful type of Cero in which the user will create a large thin rectangle of Cero that emits from their palm. It can deflect projectile attacks, but cannot stop physical attacks such as a strike from a Zanpakuto. It can however crack, like a mirror.
  
  
• Cero Sierra (lit, Saw Zero) is a Cero that the user will summon above their open palm and throw. It takes the shape of a disk, and can grind and cut through things like a buzz saw. Cero normally explodes, so to be able to grind and cut, the energy in Cero Sierra is very condensed and compact, making it unstable and very difficult to create and maintain.
  
  
• Cero Circunferencia (lit Cicumference Zero) is a Cero that radiates outward, blasting everything within a radius. The distance it travels can be controlled, but it takes an immense amount of energy to use. Blasting a large area more than once or twice can kill the user.
  
  
• Cero Oblivion is a purple Cero, used only by the top five members of the Arrancar Five in their released form. This cero compares to the Cero Oscurus in power. It covers any exposed light into pitch darkness. The Cero Oblivion's range is vast, and its attack power is great. The Cero Oblivion is far greater than a average Cero. It is stated by Lucia that Cero Oblivion's blast range is slightly larger than Cero Oscuras, meaning it is able to damage more enemies.
  
  
• Cero Deslumbrante (lit. Blinding White Cero)This Cero is the counterpart of Cero Oscuras, this is a blinding white Cero which has the same amount of power as the Cero Oscuras, although this blinds first the opponent and takes all the light from the immediate surroundings. It can only be used by Arrancars in their release forms and Vizards with high amount of power.
  
  
• Cero Oscuras (黒虚閃, セロ・オスキュラス, sero osukyurasu; Japanese for "black hollow flash", Spanish for "Dark Zero") is a black Cero, used only by an Arrancar in their released form. This cero compares to Ichigo's black Getsuga Tenshō. It covers any exposed light into pitch darkness. It is too early to tell for sure if Gran Rey Cero is stronger or not, because only Gran Rey Cero coupled with any Espada above Cuatro releasing their power are forbidden under Las Noches. Obviously Cero Oscuras should be forbidden as well, since an Espada ranked below 4th should be able to use Cero Oscuras after his/her ressureccion under Las Noches. The Cero Oscuras' range is vast, and its attack power is unknown. The Cero Oscuras is far greater than a average Cero.
  
  
• Gran Impacto Cero (lit. Great Impact Zero) A powerful variation of Gran Rey Cero. It will launch a beam of Cero towards the sky, creating a large ring in the sky. The energy emmiting from the ring, will create a large sphereical ball in the dead center and will drop it at an extreme speed. The ball will explode when impact is made creating a devestating and destructive blast.
  
  
• Angel Vista (lit. Angel Sight): Divine sight, this allows a Soberano to view a large area without actually being there. When the energy that comes from the ability is reflected on a crystal ball it is maganified and allows the user even greater view.
  
  
• Protector de Sangre (lit. Blood Shield): Similar to Tajo de Sangre this attack is made of the user's blood. It seems to be able highly potent attacks that would normally severley damage the target if not blocked.
  
  
• Tajo de Sangre (lit. Blood Slash): A powerful crimson colored attack made of the user's own blood. It look's similar to Kisuke Uraharra's Shikai attack.
  
  
• Power Augmentation: With the acquisition of the mask via the subjugation of ones inner Hollow. Andrei gains access to a additional and separate source of power, in addition to the Shinigami powers one already possesses. The accumulation of both powers together greatly augments the powers of the Vizard beyond what a Shinigami and/or Hollow alone would be capable of.
  
  
• Reiryoku Absorption: Hollow absorb spiritual Power (Reiryoku) from their surroundings, or ingest it from spiritual biengs, while shinigami produce their own natural spiritual Power, some of which is then wasted, or leaked out. By combining these two properties the Vizard can reabsorb the spiritual Power that they themselves give off, making their techniques much more efficient. They can also take it in from other sources, further boosting their power.

Hollow form:

He grows two more feet into the Skeleton-Muscle Car mix. He now can create very weak that are in the shape of skeletons from the 52 "tubes" coming out from his body.

Hollow mask:

Andrei's mask is able to be kept on for 96 hours. Depending on the situation, the mask will "mirror" itself, with the eye switching places.



Resurrección:

His release is "Fiat Lux!" He is now 45 feet tall himself. When including the Visus ex Dei on his back, and having his wings extended vertically to their fullest extent, he is almost 57 feet tall.

Ex Nihilo: (Out of Nothing) From almost nowhere, dragons made of energy (much like the Omnis Aliquo Incurso) will appear and strike in a straight line. They are about 10 feet long and 2 feet tall.

Lux et Deo: (Light from God) From his hands and his arms, he can create large bursts of energy the power of a Gran Rey Cero. They have an EMP effect upon impact.

Lamna Manus Creatura: (Blade Hand of the Creature) He has six extra "arms" and the hands on each are in the shape of a dragon's head. The "teeth" on the hands have serrated edges. However, they can fire lightning-based attacks in high concentration.

Sub Specie Dei: (Vision of God) The large eye on his back allows him to see Reishi, Reitsu, Temperature, X Rays, Gamma Rays, UV Rays, etc. Basically, he CAN see all (This excludes things in the past and present, minds, etc.)

Rosa Rubicundor, Lilio Candidor: (Redder than the Rose, Whiter than the Lily) Andrei will create blades of reishi, much like Senkei Senbonzakura Kageyoshi. The difference is that these do not enclose the target, nor are they seen before they start moving. They are created seconds before they attack the opponent. The blades are also serrated and will tear flesh instead of slicing.

Vi Veri Universum Vivus Vici: (by the power of truth, I, while living, have conquered the universe) Andrei will revert back to his regular form, except he is wearing a white-on-gold version of his original outfit. He will place his hand on the target's forehead. After that, he will say:


There will be a burst of light from his palm. After that, if the person's powers involve the manipulation of another's reishi &reitsu and/or ambient reishi & reitsu, they will be "guilty" and a symbol representing the removal of the 5 senses will be placed on their forehead. This will then remove those powers completely. Or so it seems. Instead it is basically "hiding" the powers from anything but a full system search. If you do not have powers like that, you will only have a temporary mark representing the five senses.
