  Eric is handling the traitor situation within Shadowfall quite well coming up with a plan of taking this traitor down and quickly. Yet Eric has alternative plan if that should backfire focusing more on the plan then himself. He managed to keep many of the demon runes without any problem from the iramsha clan, soul society even vanguard. Eric had about 5 of demon runes of legend which were buried in different places around the world.(I mean I could kill somebody and not get caught again....Or is it you want me to succeed in summoning this thing of mine this dragon). Anyway, Eric is proving his worth to Shadowfall doing many missions and taking huge risks in obtaining power.

If you could finish that thread and then I will probably go ahead and approve you for the focus to master, but if you could finish that thread first then I will go ahead and do just that. Might just wanna wait for the next update so you can clump thing together though.
