Redd & Tesome V.S. Colin

He shook his head, he ha considered following it up, but he wasn't sure if he was fast enough to hit him had he dodged. He then heard the man point it out, but strangely it didnt sound like he was gloating at all. He shook his head again, and felt his senses being effected, he closed his eyes and a sheath of what appeared to be steel slid over his body, just as Redd touched him, he was quick enough touch his skin before the steel covered him, He felt the effects lift away from him and he understood what was happening, Redd had activated another sensory dampening power, but it wasn't quite as potent as his own. His eye started to glow white, as his reitsu became visible to those inside the sphere wether they could see or not, the bright reitsu would form into wings that extend from his shoulder blades. They would flap a couple of times dragging him off of the ground and into the air. Yes, he can fly. He saw the man pull out what looked like a large gun and before Colin could fire Tesome disappeared into the shadows of the sphere again appearing in the air over Colin. Spitting down on him, this time it wasn't with spit, around him and inbetween him and Redd, 5 seeds would shoot out, two would be inteded to land between Colin and Redd, two would be aimed to land behind Colin, and the fifth seed would drill down at the top of Colins head. Again these are contact explosives, so if they struck something solid they would explode again with the force of a 2012 hand gernade these would hurt....alot if they explode as they are meant too. Luckily Tesome was too high up to be effected by the explosions. He would then again disappear into shadow step, and reappear near the edge of the sphere of darkness right around 200 feet away from the two of them. His eyes flashing purple again, but this time something occured.... He started to grow larger, the small man literally trippled in height, becoming just under ten and a half feet tall and gaining almost six times te mass he had previously. He was now a metalic greyish green in color as he took on his second demon form. He didnt need his speed at the moment, he needed pure brute power to beat this guy. He turned his eyes on Colin again, but didnt move for the moment. "... but some of us deserve it sooner than others."

In spite of whatever delusion the Vizard seemed to be suffering from The appendages wouldn't budge-- a plasma sword most likely wouldn't help seeing as each of these blade were reiatsu re-enforced. While he may a centimeter into the first, his momentum would be slowed and the strike diffused as he again dis-appeared.

It had been less than a second before the cero had erupted from the barrel of the sniper. Redd could only be warned by the dis-appearance of his demon counterpart Tesome. Redd shunpoed from view a fraction of a second later-- narrowly avoiding the wave of energy that was below him. Redd had leaped about 30 feet into the air above-- his legs crackling with the red tendriled energy that was his own reiatsu.

The ground where he'd previously been standing was utterly decimated. There was no doubt in Redd's mind that if he'd stayed there he would have been utterly destroyed -- If not severely injured.

It would seem that Colin would have been wrong in his assumptions-- The effects of Chiwosuu allowed it to negate any special properties that applied to another reiatsu signature. It was this reason that one the one which had been attached to the left side of his neck would remain-- if not both of them. The other one being connected to the hand that had grabbed his appendages previously. It was now only a matter of time before Colin would feel his reiatsu level decline. 1/3 of his reiatsu would be depleted and the number would only increase.

Redd had detached the other threads-- Colin might have been right-- the use of the techniques would certainly burn him out-- though Chiwosuu counteracted this fact. His ability had been steadily replenishing his own reiatsu reserves-- the only problem now was that even if Redd was to completely drain the male of his own reiatsu could his body take it ? Doubtful. It was this alone that had brought him to the conclusion that it was now his main objective to burn off as much reiatsu as possible.

Before he could dwell on this matter any further his chest sprung open-- skin being cut to ribbons under the onslaught of, while of a great amount, minuscule slashes. His heart, lungs, and stomach would be protected by his chest plate and ribs which were-- believe it or not a great deal harder than his appendages and on top of which coated in his reiatsu to a great degree.

Redd's reiatsu was at immense level-- though this was usually shrouded by the fact that it served so many purposes. It was startling to think what he could do if he was to sacrifice these defensive measures to allow his energy to do other things.

It had only been that at the end of these strikes Redd could make out the form of Colin, and then he was gone. The explosion of pain made Redd dizzy, it was as if his torso was dragging him down-- SCREAMING at him to give up.

The ground below them was soaked in red and before long the male who held that name fluttered down on top of the crimson puddle which bloomed outwards as freely as a flower that could only be coaxed out of its slumber by the shadow of night.

Redd rolled over onto his back. He dared not look down at the mess that was his torso-- a trip to the 4th division barracks would fix it, no use in fretting over it now but at the moment this battle was still ongoing. Where despair had rooted itself into Redd's psyche there was not only rage. Rage that was fueled by the lines of fire on his chest where Colin had left his mark. Rage that fueled the next few of his words-- aiding him in his attempts to temporarily mend himself.

" Bakudo 9....Horin. "
This would have seemed as if it was meant to detain Colin but this wasn't the case. Redd had Taken to time to point his index and middle fingers at his own side as the orange and yellow rope sprung from his fingertips.
The crackling tendril of Kidō energy would snake itself around Redd's muscular frame-- covering close to 85% of the gashes he'd received from Colins attack. Redd assessed that this would only slow the bleeding-- and maybe even partly dilute the pain either way it was the best that could be done at the moment.

Redd staggered to stand up-- using the aid of his metal appendages to lift him from the ground. He himself may have been unable to do much moving with his upper body-- but that didn't mean he was immobile. Redd then activated his sealed ability which he hadn't used in to long speaking the words of yet another Kidō.

" Bakudo Twenty-Six, Kyokko "
Redd's sealed ability would cause his spiritual pressure to be essentially wiped from the map. Even if Colin was capable of seeing or even sensing out reiatsu it owuldn't do him any good-- all visible forms of Redd's reiatsu had vanished and this gave him the upper hand. Aside from that Colin-- and Tesome for that matter would no longer be able to see him due to the Kidō spell that had just fell over top of his lips, he was instantly invisible and thats exactly how he wanted it.

The effects of Jizen Ni caused Redd's voice to appear to be coming from every direction, his position was virtually impossible to pin-point even with the use of Colins reiatsu firing gun there was no way he could find him. The true catalyst of the stealth corps division.
By now Colin would have felt Redd's ability wavering for just a moment-- but this was short lived. Redd correspondingly shunpoed to the right side of Colin, His zanpaktou appendages poised and ready to strike. He hadn't made a sound as his fissioned into place next to Colin, not even breathing. He'd been using plates of reiatsu that would prevent him from crunching down onto the Forrest floor instead of the ground.
Even if he'd caught on before the strike could go through these blades would have been positioned in a loop around him from the moment Redd appeared near-by, although Redd had taken special care to keep each edge of the blades a distance of one foot from Colin exactly following his forward movement.

These appendages shot inwards -- as if Redd were giving the vizard a dangerous hug-- it was then that once again that the bottom left of these appendages began to spin-- emitting the high pitched ringing noise, though by the time Colin would be able to realize it was coming from such a short distance away it would be to late.

By the time the sound would be hitting Colin's ears these blades would be just inches from him-- his only exit being upwards seeing as these blades bent so surround him though there was no way he'd be able to see that.

If he were to move as fast as he'd previously done in any direction except for up he as likely to cut himself down by accident seeing as he would collide with the blades that surrounded him.

If allowed to connect these blades would bore into Colin's skin and leave deep gashes that would mar him in the front -- just below his rib cage and in the middle of his chest plate. Due to Colin's think skin the momentum would be severely reduced only allowing this incision to read a depth of four inches at the most. On the backside of him the damage wouldn't be HALF as bad -- Colin's thick skin as well as his durable bones would keep Redd from penetrating really anything deeper than a few centimeters.

Immediately following this Redd would Have raised his palm out in front of him -- he was at a 10 foot distance from Colin, having bent one of the joints of his appendages inwards so that the loop wasn't completed by him -- but by the blades just in case Colin would try and rush him.

As he spoke he went on to close his hand into a fist-- as a yellow chain of Kidō en energy came rocketing forth from his fist-- This would follow Collin -- where ever he went-- but at the cost of more of Redd's reiatsu. This mid- level binding Kidō would coil itself around Colin's arms and torso -- beeping the two one in the same.
He'd exerted a great amount of power into this Kidō alone-- the steady siphoning of the vizard's reiatsu had been making him dizzy from the abundance he'd obtained. This would effectively bring Redd down to 2/3 of his original reiatsu level.

...Did I get him?

Colin wondered to himself as he stood up straight once more, his eyes blinking in the darkness. It was funny, Colin thought as he realized that he could see something from Tesome; he had grown wings. Colin smiled, giving a thumbs up in the direction of the reiatsu; after all, wings were the trademark of a Washi, although Colin knew perfectly well other people could have them too.

He blinked, the smile vanishing from his face. He could tell from the wings, the ones he had just sprouted; something strange had happened to Tesome. If Colin had to guess, from his expertise of wings, he would say that Tesome's mass had just multiplied quite a bit. Colin didn't know what this change would bring; he knew it had happened, he just had no idea what it implied.

He realized, then; he didn't know how Redd had fared. He knew he had sent the relatively young man through utter hell of the chest variety in that shot. However, even if he made some epic comeback, Colin would be unable to witness it due to their sensory dampening... before he blinked, hearing Redd's voice from everywhere at once, as he blinked, his eyes shaking slightly in his skull as his cyber mind processed this information. Seems... I didn't go hard enough. He thought as he let out a sigh, turning his head to one side as he cracked it, then to the other as he cracked it once more. Alright then... He's now completely invisible. He thought, noticing the complete lack of Redd's reiatsu. He sighed to himself, realizing this was going to drag out even longer than he wanted it to. Should I release...?

The question lingered in his mind as suddenly, Colin SHOT five feet... in some direction. Then five feet... in another direction. His body shot with Rapido Avaces; he knew that in this case, he would lose if he kept still. However, every problem had more than one solution; he knew that quite well as he continued to zip around sporadically, his lack of navigation causing him to shoot all around everywhere. He winced, as he felt something that felt like a vice grip touch the very edge of his physical back; he didn't know it, but the entire back of his shirt had just gained a large rip in it as Colin dodged away again.

Thanks to his constant zipping around, there were two possibilities. Either he ran into, and then over Redd; or he shot away from the vice grip, directly out of its net. Those were the only ways he could feel the cuts where he did, after all. He blinked again, as he heard Redd's voice speaking once more. He smiled; he had realized it. NOW. He thought as he found Tesome's wings with his reiatsu sense. So very, very kind of him... Colin thought as he kept the wings in a relative vision, using it as a guide line as he fired off Rapido Avaces at 80% throttle in his legs, as he EXPLODED out, his body creating a great roar towards Redd as Colin shot away from him, his body going past the wings as he swung his head around to keep track of them, 20 feet away as he kept running and running and running, as within three seconds he BURST out of the realm of shadow, at long last.

He looked around quickly, knowing his vision was diluted as well, but functioning, as he saw the chain of yellow energy coming for him. As he had gotten out of the area, he had realized; those things were still on him. He chuckled to himself, his right arm coated in reiatsu snapping forwards as he gripped onto the chain. He felt it beginning to snake around his arm, as he took a deep breath, his other hand firing out as he pressed onto the chain's tip with his thumb of his left arm.

He closed his eyes, as he felt the chain jerking and shaking in his hand. This was beyond weird. It's totally uneccesary! Colin thought to himself as with a great cry, he turned himself around, priming himself. YOU WANT TO LEARN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOU AND ME...? He thought to himself intensely, knowing just how cheap of a strategy they had nearly gotten to work to beat him. A sensory dampening technique that uses up no energy whatsoever... in addition to using Kidō to power his way through opponents... STEALING their own energy to fuel himself FURTHER, and the ability to completely vanish and yet see his opponent at the same time... He thought to himself as he broke down Redd's strategy he had used thus far. That Tesome; he's got those weird seed explosives, in addition to that massive shadow barrier thing. However, it looks like that's where his energy goes into. In fact... His eyes narrowed, then widened again, as he realized that the field had stayed stationary this whole time.

Alright. He thought as his entire body flipped around, and he smiled. There is one thing you will NEVER defeat, Mr. Jack-of-All-Trades. Colin thought as the RA built up in his legs, taking an entire second; as Colin blasted his full sealed power RA into his legs, his legs looking as if they were swirling around in an 8 pattern, as he leaned forwards. RAW SKILL!

He thought as his entire body VANISHED from the spot. The sheer FORCE of his speed shattered the sound barrier, ripping it into tiny pieces as the back of his wake would most likely be felt all the way back to where he left Tesome before; Colin's body was holding together only due to its endurance against impacts from the air currents as he shot forwards.

Trees were not a match for him as he went faster and faster, smashing into and through them, not even leaving footprints; his feet weren't on the ground long enough to press down. In addition, he still had Redd's massive Kidō chain in his protected hands; he had effectively sealed it onto himself, giving Redd one of two options. First, he would either run out of energy completely, Colin literally DRAGGING it out of his body in the form of this Kidō; or, he would let go of it, as Colin shot out of the range of the effect of even Redd's dampening effect, as he could see clearly once again.

In reality, there was a third option; that was the one where Redd was physically dragged by Colin, if the shinigami was unable to produce the Kidō fast enough to keep up with himself. Colin's speed at this point was, for all practical purposes, unmeasurable. Let's just say that he went roughly half as fast as the blasting cap for C4, and leave it at that. After all, Colin had gone so fast, he had left FIRE in his wake.

However, as he stopped, he blinked, swallowing as he looked behind him at the trail of flames. ...NO...! He thought as his temper flared, Windscar flashing in his hand as he slammed it onto the ground. The sheer amount of winds his blade had gone through was intense, as he focused the blast of air. The oxygen snuffed out the flames as he kept the attack very weak and thin, as it went all the way back to his start point, the flames snuffed out and no longer a danger to the forest.

Colin sighed, as he felt the energy used in that rapido avaces going back up into his body, thinking to himself for a few moments as he leaped up into the air, his body rising slowly as the influence of his hollow's ability utilized itself for a few brief moments, allowing Colin to stand on a reiatsu plate some three hundred feet in the air from that one leap. Amazing.... He thought to himself as he realized that he could still see it, even this far in the distance; that massive black sphere created by Tesome. Jesus Christ... I must be a half a mile away and still... He blinked at the sphere for a moment, before his eyes narrowed. Talk about delusional.

He thought, as his right hand shot to his left, gripping the thread that was laying on it. Time to go BYE BYE! He thought, a smile on his face as his cutting reiatsu surrrounded the tendril. However, it wasn't able to be absorbed. Colin was FORCING his reiatsu with his immense amount of control to resist the blood sucking effect as he made it perfectly slice into the thread from the outside at all times, acting as if he had actually taken a thousand blades to it as it was destroyed, turning into reishi. Colin's reaitsu was that sharp; Redd hadn't had the chance yet to go up against something like Colin. If he hadn't been able to think, he wouldn't be otherwise able to do this in sealed. However, he'd bought himself a bit of time and distance as he layed his left hadn on his face, closing his eyes as his reiatsu sliced up this thread into reishi as well. This cheap stuff is done... He thought to himself as he rolled his shoulders back, giving a sigh of relief.

Even with shunpo, it'll take a while to reach me here. He thought to himself as he scratched under his chin, before frowning. I REALLY don't like that fighting style. It may be a 100 in the lack of waste department, but in regards to the work one has to do for it... it's a 0. He thought as he closed his eyes, before blinking, the reason why he so disliked it finally clicking together in his mind, and making his decision. He doesn't deserve to try to suck on my released states. For one, it would kill him; my shikai alone would most likely cause him to suffocate; I don't even want to THINK about what HIS reaitsu would do, He shuddered, thinking about how his inner hollow was like. For two, someone that won't fight for themselves doesn't deserve to see something as rare as me releasing. If he has so little respect for what his opponent to steal it in this way...! He thought as he suddenly blinked, coming to a realization. ”...He takes something that can't protect itself...!” He said out loud before his entire body seemed to shudder for a moment, Rapido Avaces running all through it before his energy burst out around him, his body in the air forming an aura of his power as he smiled. You want to steal something without any defense, hmm...? Then you better be ready, Redd Tsueken... He thought, Tesome having left his mind for the moment.

When Collin blurred out of view in a path that appeared to be coming straight at him and as he attempted to pass right by Tesome, a massive Arm the size of some tree trunks attempted to close line him from a dead stop. Supporting that arm along either sides length was his Zanpakutō's chain, reaching out along his arm and then past the arm for another 22 feet, at approximately knee level. If Collin ran in that perfect path he would pretty much be knee capped by a being about 10 times the strength of an average shinigami. On Collins apparent escape attempt hs couldn't Follow collin with his eyes but the face, momentarily that he left a flaming trail behind him allowed Tesome to estimate his path. Especially seeing that he had been in this forest more times then he could count he smiled, Stepping into the shadows he estimated the mans ability to hold that speed for a bit more, he came out of a tree's shadow about half a mile away, leaving the shadow sphere behind. He shrunk back down to his origonal form, because he figured that he would need his best speed over power. He moved with the very speed of his own thought, even moving faster then many Shinigami can Shunpo, as he ran from his current position to where he could sense the massive energy source that he was sure was Collin. By the time he closed on the man he lept into the air and dived at the ground, rolling past collin and actiating The Darkness of soul on him again. Encasing him in the inky blackness, and pretty much answering the mans question about just how fast Tesome could move, as his attack came from behind Colin....in the path he had escaped towards. He rolled to his feet and spat directly at Collins Chest and face, it was a rather crude way to engage an opponent, but buried in that spit was five more Seed Explosives set to go off on contact with Collins body. This should be good enough to remind Collin that this fight wasn't over and he should never ever take his mind off of an opponent, no matter his apparent power level. The thing was tho, the two people facing Collin did not seem to be working together, whether that was by design or by the way the cookie crumbled. It seemed perhaps Collin would have to take out one to be able to deal with the other properly, and Tesome for one, wasn't going to let that be an easy prospect at all. Then green dot is Colin, Red dot is Redd the arrows indicate which way we're facing and the grey lines indicate what I meant by my post. Now Redd appeared with these appendages poised around Colin. So he can't just run out -- especially if he's already being cut he would sooner cut himself in two before he escaped Redd's grip like I said -- in the event he would go anywhere but up he would be severely injured, you can't run out..... Could you edit your post ? Or....

Redd, if Colin bolted faster than redd could pop around him, then what do you reckon happens? Exactly what I wrote in my post. Someone ask Raiki, Tsubine, or Aivee to do a judgment call on this thread here plox. And Redd... You gotta remember... It's not so easy to trap a granmaster of speed. Maybe I should have him shunpo in the next post when I get back...

Redd, I know this. or rather, knew it. Point is, everything Colin did was perfectly within his abilities. Unlessyou're saying the blades appeared and cut down simutaneously, which is pretty much BS since that would, based on what YOU SAID, make them faster than an 0-2 speed grandmaster.
For fuc*ssake, man, you got a cut on the back of him anyway. Can you not be satisfied? I mean, Jesus Christ, I didn't even TOUCH Dai when I went up against him. Just take what you can get and play the game, like shinji is. That's one thing I'll say for him, he's happy to learn from what he gets.

Now my thumbs are tired. If you still have a problem with it, I've told you who you can talk to. Not to mention I said use the communication thread of mine to stop cluttering this one so bad.
