• Reasons For Upgrading: Truthfully, I don't serve it which some admins and people might agreed with. But I done some stuff ruthlessly with this guy now that he's back from the dead. I was wondering if I can get a tier upgrade hopefully to ctrate more evil antics like before. In the past, you guys didn't stop me from creating some bloodshed moments I mean you are now. But my hellraiser had some good moments of creating pain and killing on his enemies
